The diploma thesis focuses on the marketing mix of a company targeting the consumer market in the USA. It includes a theoretical review serving as the basis for the analytical section. Furthermore, it contains an analytical part providing an evaluation of the current company situation. The final section consists of proposals contributing to the improvement of the marketing mix.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of a selected company operating in the food industry Podravka – Lagris, a.s. with a specific focus on increasing sales and market share for a specific product category. Based on the theoretical knowledge, an analysis of the current state is processed through analyzes of the external, industry and internal environment, whose results are summarized into a SWOT analysis. The design part of the diploma thesis presents recommendations for the company that will lead to the fulfillment of the set goals in the field of the development of business activities.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of the development strategy of a coworking company in Ukraine in comparison with a selected coworking company in Brno. The theoretical part includes important theoretical background of the thesis to properly understand the issues in the field of management, including the concept of coworking, tools for comparison and implementation of selected tools to conduct research. The analysis of the problem and the current situation focuses on the introduction of the mentioned company, the application of the explained strategic analyses and the conduct of a research interview with the company's management. Based on the results from the analyses performed, recommendations for the strategic development of the coworking company are presented in the proposal section.

The situation of external and internal environment is described based on Porter Value Chain, indicators of financial analysis, PESTE and SWOT matrix. GE model and BCG matrix serve as complementary tools. All suggested strategies fulfill SMART criteria as well as strategic goal of Miss Claire Ltd, which is achievement of profitability and stabilization of market position.
