Analyse and evaluation of financing education at the region level

The bachelor thesis is devided to five parts. In the first part is writen about public expenditure with a view to externalities and education. The second part describes system of education in Czech Republic with a view to particular level of education. In the third part of bachelor thesis is writen about conception system of education and legislation. The fourth and fifth part are more important. Parts are aim for basic characteristic of education expenditures and mechanism of financing from government budget and regional budget. Common findings are in last part apply to concrete region, Moravskoslezský region. It does mean analysis concrete flows of money form sources to education organization. Aim of bachelor thesis is komplex analysis financing regional education at present, which includes firstly description general principles of financing according to significant regulations and conceptions and then compare it with educational experience.

The aim of my Bachelor thesis on the topic Analysis of education system of the region CZ with an emphasis on the Hradec Králové region is " determine compliance with the graduates of Hradec Králové region, and the current requirements of the labor market in the region " In the first part of the thesis will explain the basic concepts related to education. Subsequently, detailed structure of the educational system and evaluated the CZ legislative and institutional framework for education policy in the Czech Republic. In the third part of the thesis will analyze the development of the educational system in the CZ applied to individual regions, and characterized by changes in educational structure of population of the CZ. In the fourth part of the work is already closer focus on the development of education and educational structure of the Hradec Králové region. To achieve the objectives of finding links education to the labor market in the region, will be the fifth of the labor market is analyzed the work of Hradec Králové region and reviewed the questionnaire, firms located in region.The work will rely on statistical data from the CSO, data from the Ministry of Education, UIV and the county yearbooks.
The role of the region in funding of transport in the Czech Republic for example Vysočina

The aim of this work is mapping of financial flows in the financing of transport in the Czech Republic, and subsequently characterizes the role of the region, which results from this system. Transport is one of sector of economy in the Czech Republic when its funding is largely carried out through the state budget. Funding will include transportation to the complicated financing, where financial flows are complex. In a lot of regions of the transportation is one of the most challenging areas for funding. Labour sets out the main tasks of the region in this system and is characterized by linking with other regional actors in the financing of transport. Subsequently, the work deals with the funding mechanism of transport in the region and examines its role in funding transportation.
Vzdělání a vzdělávání obyvatel krajů ČR s důrazem na Kraj Vysočina

The goal of this thesis, with topic, "Education and Education of inhabitants of districts in Czech Rebublic with emphasis on district Vysočina", is to find out relation between education system and labour market in Vysočina district and whether the offer meets demand of Labour. In the first part of the thesis, basic concepts relating to education (upbringing, education, lifelong learning) are explained. Subsequently the educational system in the Czech Republic and related regulations and ducuments are described. In the second part of the thesis, the development of the educational system in the Czech Republic is analyzed and the changes in the educational structure of population of the Czech Republic are characterized. The third part of the thesis describes in more detail the development of education in the Vysočina district, and then this part follows the development of demand for labour, the development of jobs in the district and link the labour market in areas of education in Vysočina district. The thesis uses the statistical data from the (Czech Statistical Office) CSO, data from the Ministry of Education, Institute for informatik on education, regional yearbooks and information from key companies in the district Vysočina. Data is processed into tables or graphs.
COMPARISON OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE REGIONS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND THE POSSIBILITIES OF DEVELOPEMENT

This diploma thesis concentrates on the evaluation of the quality of transport infrastructure. The main aim is to compare regions of the Czech Republic from the view of transport infrastructure. This thesis uses as a source of information, strategic documents from regions, data from Czech Statistic Office and data from Ministry of Transport. This thesis concentrates on every type of transport -- road transport, railway transport, air transport, water transport. It takes bicycle transport as an additional type of transport. For each region, analysis has been compiled for all functional components of transport in the region's territories. The parts that include road and railway transport are filled in by results of calculation based on statistical data. Characteristics of regions and their aims in transport infrastructure are included in the thesis. Categorization of regions is based on elaborated analysis. When looking at the overall evaluation, the best region was Kralovéhradecký Region, the second best was Pardubický Region and the third best was Středočeský Region. In the second part of the table were the following places regions: Region Vysočina, Jihočeský Region, Liberecký Region, Plzeňský Region and Olomoucký Region. Last three positions have Jihomoravský Region, Moravskoslezský Region and Zlínský Region.
Analysis of rail infrastructure in the regions

In my bachelor thesis I engage in development of rail infrastructure, influence railways on regional development and I subscribe current state and near future of rail infrastructure in Czech republic. I also characterise Plzeňský kraj and Moravskoslezský kraj and I subscribe their rail infrastructure. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis I engage in determine differences of rail infrastructure in Plzeňský kraj and Moravskoslezský kraj. I compare only numbers of railway's kilometers, but I perform a comparison of single - line railways, double -- line railways, electrified lines and corridor trails. With the aid of method of similarity and difference in regions I compare railway infrastructure with population counties and area counties too.
Estimation of the impact upon changes of Budgetary allocation of taxes on management of autonomous regional units since 1996

This graduation thesis is dealing with changes in Budgetary allocation of taxes and its effect on economy in autonomous regional units since 1996. In first part I will characterize the competences of municipality, their authorities, possession and budget. Next their revenues, expenditures and changes in budgetary allocation of taxes. In second part I will analyze the structure and development of revenues and expenditures. In chosen municipalities since 1996 till 2008 and the Region of Central Bohemia since 2001 till 2008. In the end I will aim on results of chosen municipalities and region in separate year. The result of this work is review of effects on changes in Budgetary allocation of taxes mainly on tax incomes of municipality and the region and their management.
