Bačo, Antonín ; Bláha, Jan Daniel (advisor) ; Bayer, Tomáš (referee)
General methodology for creation of geoinformatic system of faculty: Interactive plan of buildings of Faculty of Science at Charles University in Prague Abstract The main aim of this thesis is to establish the general methodology for creation of geoinformatic system of the faculty, using the example of an interactive plan of selected buildings of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague. The result of the theoretical part of this project is the proposal of the framework methodology consisting of conception, construction, implementation and operation stages. These stages are then described in further detail and supplemented with important questions that should be solved by a designer in particular phase of the project. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part in which the discovered facts are verified during the creation of geoinformatic system of faculty realized using interactive plans. Gradually, a test version of the application was formed and then tested by questionnaire survey by students and employees of the faculty. Based on user's requirements final version of the interactive plan has been created so that it could be later put into common operation. The secondary aim of this work is the indication of the possibility of using 3D modeling in the creation of interactive plans...

State-Owned Enterprise
Hokr, Tomáš ; Horáček, Vít (advisor) ; Plíva, Stanislav (referee)
The primary focus of this thesis is a state-owned enterprise, its basic characteristics, the State-Owned Enterprise Act as its principal source of legislation and its status given by some other laws. The state-owned enterprise is a state organization and a specific organizational legal form of business through which the state carries out management of its property, carries on a business and thereby fulfills the purpose for which state-owned enterprise was founded. Specificity is manifested mainly by its property itself, the relationship to that property, the way of establishment and by performance of quasi-shareholders' rights. The main attribute of state-owned enterprises and state organizations in general is incapacity of possession of property rights. Inability of ownership does not only contrast with the ability to bind, but also raises questions concerning the legal personality. The relationship to the property has been expressed by rather vague "right to manage", which has not been used yet. The state-owned enterprise is regulated mainly by the State-Owned Enterprise Act. This regulation, though very brief in scope, has the ambition to be comprehensive legislation for state-owned enterprises. Nevertheless it is not sufficient for the treatment of all possible legal relations arising from the...

Toxicity of nanomaterials to aquatic crustaceans
Novotná, Kateřina ; Kočí, Vladimír (advisor) ; Cajthaml, Tomáš (referee)
Nowadays, nanomaterials are broadly used for many purposes thanks to their unique properties. The production of nanoscale materials is growing rapidly. Consequently, it means a high probability of their release into the environment and there are concerns about their possible negative effects on organisms. Furthermore, the behaviour of nanomaterials might be strongly influenced by many factors and there are many different types of them, so there is still a big information gap in this field. The aim of this work is to summarize basic facts about nanomaterials and their possible toxicity, especially to the fresh-water crustacean Daphnia magna. An impact of nanoscale zero-valent iron particles is tested on this species. This material is used for remediation so it is injected directly into the environment. Concentrations of 0,1 g·l-1 , 0,5 g·l-1 , 1 g·l-1 and 2,5 g·l-1 of two products with different surface modifications were tested. It was found that the toxicity depends on the type of stabilization. EC50 was not established for NANOFER 25S (with a special surface modification) due to the maximum immobilization rate of only 30 % for the concentrations tested. However, the EC50 value for NANOFER 25 (without the special surface modification) is 0,94 g·l-1 . These results confirm that it is necessary to...

ENUM client
Srp, Jaroslav ; Bednárek, David (referee) ; Peterka, Jiří (advisor)
For node signing and addressing in the internet the 32 bits number is used - known as IP address. Because the long numbers can be hardly memorize the abstract known as domain name is established. This abstraction transforms the domain name to the IP address via DNS (the reverse process is known as reverse DNS). But not everybody owns fixed awarded IP address, that is a problem. This situation is not true for the phone numbers (fixed or mobile phones), of course. The ENUM system which is introduced in this graduation theses uses the reverse DNS to save the information (web, e-mail, sip and other addresses, phone numbers for MMS routing and such like records) to the set phone or other number. After it you can send a query to the reverse DNS for the set phone number and by return you get the mentioned informations about the phone number. As addendum are implemented the applications (client and server) and web browser plug-in that can be used for ENUM system testing, using and exploiting.

Host, Daniel ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Fischer, Roman (referee)
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to an overview of potential risks and threats emerging to citizen (considered in this term as user) as a part of information society. These threats are possible to come across with using public administration information systems or electronic systems and services provided by private sector subjects. For establishing and developing information society were accepted several state information politics which were further supported by passing laws. Theses also gives the list with some state institutions which arose and are based on chosen laws related to information society, securing and protecting citizens' electronic identity from misuse. In further sections, there are public administration information systems described, also their principle and contribution for citizens, overview of chosen web-applications and services of eGovernment with overview of web-services of private sector institutions that can be met by citizen (user) on the Internet. In most cases, "common" user of services available on the Internet is not aware enough of potential risks and threats that he can come across. Therefore it's important for any user wanting to take advantages of services of public administration or private sector to have a certain amount of knowledge that will help user prevent such threats and risks. List of most common threats for user is also provided with explanation of how the user's computer can be infiltrated or attacked. For preventing infiltration and attacks are usually required special programs. Thesis gives a brief manual for user of most common programs each focused on chosen threat with some practical pieces of advice.

Skokanová, Jana ; Oškrdal, Václav (advisor) ; Klas, Jan (referee)
This case study is a practical example how to gather customer requirements with regard to information system innovation (which is shown on a real company example). The study target is to introduce readers to the issue of customer requirements, get them familiar with the requirements types and forms in which the requirements could be kept and finally to introduce methods for requirements collection. All this is demonstrated on an example of one real company; the requirements for an information system innovation have been collected based on selected collection methods, the gathered information was further processed and a requirement catalogue established which is the main contribution of this work to the company.
