Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat, popsat a vyhodnotit chování seniorů ve veřejných knihovnách, a to na příkladu Městské knihovny v Praze. Ve vybraných pobočkách této knihovny byl také proveden rozbor statistických ukazatelů a pozorování. - První kapitola se zabývá vymezením pojmu senior a jeho terminologií, krátce je popsán problém stárnutí a stáří, na který navazuje vývoj populace ve světě i v ČR a jeho důsledky. Dále je pojednáno o mezinárodních a národních programech stárnutí a aktivitách v oblasti vzdělávání. Druhá kapitola popisuje služby veřejných knihoven seniorům, informační potřeby seniorů a aktivity knihoven v oblasti stárnutí. Poslední kapitola je věnována představení Městské knihovny v Praze a analýze výsledků dotazníkového šetření a pozorování v jednotlivých pobočkách této instituce. [Autorský abstrakt].

Importance of imaging methods in neurology

The nervous sytem is one of the most important organ system of the human body. All the functions of the body are regulated and controlled by the nervous system, which consist of two main divisions: 1. the cerebrospinal nervous system - systema nervosum centrale 2. the peripheral nervous system - systema nervosus periphericum. Neurology is very large branch and that's also the reason why there are use many of the imaging methods which help the neurologists first in the diagnostic. In dissertation I deal with the importance such methods like are e.g. magnetic resosnance imaging (MRI) , computer tomography (CT), digital substraction angiograpgy (DSA) and the other. There will be described a progress of investigation and especially the importance and applying the technology to the neurology. Analysis the role of the radiologic technician in neurology is the separate chapter, where I try to sum up the way of applying the radiologic technician in so-called auxiliary neurological investigations. Payroll accounting

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of payroll accounting. Payroll accounting is modulated by wide range of legislation. The main goal is to create a comprehensive picture of how wages are calculated and what changes in this area occurred in 2007 - 2009. The individual chapters are examples, which tries to introduce the method of calculating wages. In a separate chapter describes how to calculate wages in a particular company.

New groups of potential antituberculotics with thioxo group

ENGLISH ABSTRACT In the rigorous thesis are described the influence of replacement oxo group for thioxo group in the series of halogenated 3-(4-ethylphenyl)benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-diones and 6-chloro-3- (4-butylphenyl)benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-dione. The starting ethyl (or butyl) salicylanilides were synthesis from substituted salicylic acid and ethyl (or butyl) aniline in toluene by the presence of phosphorus trichloride. (The set of halogenated salicyl acids compounds: 4-chloro-, 5-chloro-, 5- bromo- and 3,5-dibromosalicylic acid). The halogenated 4'-ethylsalicylanilides were reacted in dry pyridine with methyl-chloroformiate to form 3-(4-ethylphenyl)benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-diones. Similar were prepared 6-chloro-3-(4-butylphenyl)benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-diones. The mixture of 3- (4-ethyphenyl)-4-thioxo-2H-1,3-benzoxazine-2(3H)-one and 3-(4-ethylphenyl)-2H-1,3- benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-dithione was prepared by the reaction of the halogenated 3-(4- ethylphenyl)- 2H-1,3-benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-diones with phosphorus pentasulfide. The products were separated by chromatography. The 3-(4-ethylphenyl)-6-chloro-4-thioxo-2H-1,3- benzoxazine-2(3H)-ones and 6-chloro-3-(4-ethylphenyl)-2H-1,3-benzoxazine-2,4(3H)-dithiones were prepared by similar way. Postoptimality changes in the transportation problem

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to outline a postoptimality changes in the transportation problem. Postoptimality analysis evaluates how may be the optimal solution affected by an additional changes. I will point out procedures which are using in cases of the postoptimality change in the price coefficients and change in the right-hand-side values for constraints. Described methods will be applied to the practical examples.

Andrea Svobodová Komplexní studium Rukopisu dzikovského se zam ením na grafickou, jazykovou a textovou analýzu eské sbírky kázání A Comprehensive Study of The Dzikowian Manuscript Focusing on a Graphic, Language and Textual Analysis of the Czech Postil Abstract The thesis submits a comprehensive philological analysis of the Dzikowian Manuscript, an insufficiently explored late medieval manuscript containing two postils, de tempore in Latin and de sanctis in Old Czech. The thesis aims to specify the place of this work in the context of medieval preaching, to critically review the previous research and to find new paths of research in evaluating this work. It is divided into three chapters, their common topic being attribution of both the postils on the grounds of codicological, content, and especially language features. Special emphasis is put on description of non-standard language phenomena, their interpretation being a key factor for transcription rules (one of the main results achieved apart from precising probable dating and localisation is a complete transcription of the Old Czech postil). Suggestion on Communication Strategy of the Company

The goal of the thesis is an evaluation of a present communication with customers concrete company and proposal of the new communication campaign for the next years. The thesis is separated on a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part concerns importance of a marketing communication, analysis methods of internal and external background, description of particular tools of a communication mix and it solves budget determination for communication campaign. In the practical part is described the selected company, its current situation analysis of communication mix, customer satisfaction research which is focused on current services and new communication campaign proposal.

Financial Market Guarantee System

This bachelor thesis follows up the Financial Market Guarantee System in Czech republic and aims to describe its establishment based on the regulation of the European Union, its competence and relevance in Czech republic. The Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes the development of the Deposit Insurance Fund, new legislation of the European Union and Czech law, which is based on European Union legislation. Practical part mostly examines newly established Resolution fund. On the sample of three different sized banks is shown the impact on the profit as a consequence of the contribution to the Resolution fund. The second part also focuses on ability of the system to help banks in financial problems, which was proven as very limited. Practical part in addition provides estimate of the annual contribution to the Resolution fund, which turned out to be quite accurate.

Impact of graph structures' features on the behaviour of the choosen distributed algorithm

The goal of this thesis is to describe the effect of the graph structures’ properties on the behavior of the chosen distributed algorithm. In the first part, I have described the theoretical concept and the behavior of the distributed algorithms. In the next part, I have focused my attention on describing the mathematical tools used to analyze the distributed algorithm. In the second part, I have focused on a detailed description of average consensus and wireless sensor networks. In the last part, we have presented the results of the practical experiments.
