Perinatal morbidity and its prevention

Within the perinatal period, the mother and the fetus exposed complications that may jeopardize or adversely affect their life. The thesis is focused on maternal morbidity, from which I most impressed operative deliveries, particularly repeat cesarean (SC). SC has now become convenient and safe public awareness and way to bring a child into the world. But is it really so? Few people seem to think the risks for the next birth in women with a history of SC. The number of women mainly from the 80s has risen considerably, so I think that is a current topic and discussed.

Financial evaluating of industrial investment

The main goal of my thesis is to evaluate industrial investment in the field of metallurgical basic industry. It is extrafurnace desulfurization of pig iron as a interface in the three-chain : production of pig iron - desulfurization - steel manufacture. There is a capital project in the metallurgical concern Třinecké železárny, a.s. in Třinec, in the year of 2008, financed from internal resources. Investment effect is calculated only from the cash-flows, investment acquisition is expressed simplifiedly by the reduction of operating costs. There are positive findings, which are based on calculation of investment criterions. The investment of desulfurization is very modern and effective and has a very low economic return.

Prevention of Social Pathological Phenomenons at Primary School - School Methodist for Prevention

My diploma thesis is mainly concerned with the prevention of the social pathological phenomenons on the primary and secondary schools and the role of the school methodist of prevention. The first section contains terminology and legislation from the domain of prevention, the rest of it take care of description of external and internal preventist operating at the primary schools. In the second part I am trying to make reader familiar with the basic competitions of prevention and with methods and forms of education, capable of passing desired behavioural models and social skills to the students of primary schools. The third part is devoted to the school methodist of prevention, to the description of his activities at the primary schools, his competencies. Along with it, there are informations about Minimal prevention program - basic set of rules and suggestions for prevention. The fourth part is dedicated to opinion poll amongst the school metodist of prevention in the area of Mlada Boleslav.

Nutrition defects and the wellness education of the preschool age children

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výživou, poruchami výživy a výchovou ke zdravému životnímu stylu u dětí v předškolním věku. Hlavními záměry práce bylo zjistit postavení obézních v kolektivu dětí mateřské školy a realizace vzdělávacího projektu, který se týká zdravé výživy a zdravého životního stylu. Postavení obézních dětí v kolektivu bylo zjištěno prostřednictvím metody strukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníku. Metoda strukturovaného rozhovoru se v praxi projevila jako nevyhovující pro děti předškolního věku, a proto byl výzkum ukončen ve fázi předvýzkumu. Vzdělávací projekt byl navržen na základě teoretických poznatků uvedených v první části bakalářské práce a poté zrealizován v mateřské škole během dvoutýdenní praxe. Vzhledem k tomu, že se při realizaci projektu neprojevily žádné vážnější nedostatky a z reakcí dětí bylo patrné, že pro ně měl určitý vzdělávací přínos, je možné projekt využít v dalších mateřských školách. Valuation of investment in the existing firm

The goal of the disertation is valuation of economic effectiveness of the project of building and operation of data centre (telehouse centre). The theoretical part contains basic principles and methods of risk analysis of investment project (break event point, sensitivity analysis), the description of preparation and realisation of investment project, planning of cash flow, determination of discount rate, the possible ways of finance of investment project, the methods of valuation of effectiveness investments. The practical part contains the analysis of telecommunication market, Porters model of competitive powers in the sphere of telecommunication firm, specification of the costs of the project, price statement of Serverhousing, the plan of costs, plan of profit and lost statement, the determination of net present value.

Project Preparation for Financing from EU Funds

The Bachelor’s thesis approaches the possibilities of project co-financing using the financial resources from EU funds. The introductory chapter deals with the concept of EU regional policy, further there are particular European funds presented and connection to the Czech system of programme documents. The Fundamental, practical part of the thesis concerns with the selection of a suitable operational programme and the processing of materials necessary for the completion of the Grant Application Form. Particular steps that the applicant must accomplish before his application is passed are also mentioned as well as the conditions for the recipient of the grant.

Aplikace metodiky PMBOK při řízení rizik v projektech IS/ICT

Hlavním cílem této práce je aplikovat způsob řízení rizik podle metodiky PMBOK na skutečně probíhajícím projektu z oblasti IS/ICT. Dále na základě dosažených poznatků navrhnout vhodný způsob začlenění tohoto způsobu řízení rizik do firemní metodiky projektového řízení. K tomu je nutné dosáhnout určitých dílčích cílů, které postupně vyplývají z jednotlivých kapitol této práce. V první části, která se zabývá čistě teorií, se jedná se zejména o nabytí teoretických znalostí z konkrétních oblastí. V části praktické jsou pak tyto znalosti v kombinaci se zkušenostmi z reálné praxe použity k vytvoření vhodného způsobu aplikace řízení rizik podle metodiky PMBOK na skutečný projekt.

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan. The aim is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a beauty salon. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains theoretical data, the definition of basic concepts relating to business planning and analyses are formulated. The practical part contains a systematic application of individual parts of a project based on the theoretical part of the work. An essential part of this work is a financial analysis. The conclusion summaries and evaluates the thesis and will answer the question of viability, feasibility and operability of the project

Evaluation of the influence of grant projects for the management and development for the selected city

This thesis evaluates the impact of grant projects for the management and development of the city Poděbrady for the period 2011 to 2015. The years 2014 and 2015 are considered as the key years focusing on the individual grant projects. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part characterizes public administration including terms related to the topic. Last but not least, the thesis describes regional policy, structural funds and operational programs which are the main sources of grant projects.
The practical part of the thesis is divided into five subsections. There is a brief characteristic of the town as well as the analysis of the individual grant projects completed between 2014 and 2015. Based on analyses, an evaluation of the selected projects and the town economy is the essential part of the thesis. The survey classifies selected grant projects from the public point of view. Moreover, it recommends developing strategies for the town Poděbrady.
