Job satisfaction analysis in PIKE Electronic, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) focused on the motivation of employees

This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part reviews some theories of motivation as well as theories of work motivation. Secondly, it describes the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Thirdly, there is a description of job satisfaction factors. In the practical part, job satisfaction was analysed in the particular company and a few recommendations to the company management were made. The company situation was revised after ten months and other recommendations to the management were made.

The main aim of the thesis work is a description of internal budgeting. The work is divided among eight basic questions concerned with company budgets compared with my observations from the firm. Theoretical part came out from a basic managerial accounting literature. Internal information, methods and tabs from branch of Japanese firm which act her business in a local Czech market.

When a Solution is Available or Three Angles on Graph Paper

My diploma thesis contains the solving description of three tasks: seeking after the shortest ways in a grid rectangle m x n, exploring the location of grid isosceles triangles within the frame of cross-section paper, and identifying the number of grid abscissas with at least one grid point and with the marginal points on the rectangle perimeter m x n. The task solving is accompanied by self-reflection method. Experiments with primary school pupils are analyzed in the next part of the diploma thesis. The experiments' tasks are similar to the ones I solved. Seeking after the shortest ways task was already solved and subsequently described in another diploma thesis. This method is analyzed and compared with my own in the next chapter. The diploma thesis also contains a chapter about cognitive process, which is the theoretical background for these analyses. The tasks in the last chapter are either related to the previous mentioned tasks or they develop meta-cognitive abilities necessary for task solving. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

My diploma work is ment to introduce the method of drama education in group works on the first level of primary school. I present the outcome of a project of pupils who had drama education at first class. In this project you will find the basic informations about drama teaching at this level. The practical part descraibes the project The Past, the Present and the Future of Bubeneč. It descraibes children's activities within the project and the final theatre performance. A DVD with the performance is also a part of this work. The appendix documents the activity of children during the project. Paddling technique and race strategy for K41000 m Aim: 1. Give complete information on proper execution kajakářského shot while riding Kayak Four. Trace the second best tactics to track 1000m, used representational Kayak Four crews in top international competitions. A method: ad 1. Qualitative overview of knowledge in the art of paddling a kayak. Description shot exploded basic phases. Synthesis of practical and theoretical knowledge discipline of K4. Ad 2. Analysis, the subject of which is a set of results top world races levels. We define variants waveform rate, that affect the explicit transformation (order ships in goal) and we find the relationship to the quality of results achieved various options strategies. Results ad 2 shows the most frequently used options strategies used in the discipline K4 1000 meters the world's best crews in recent years. Financial management of municipal waste in municipality Dacice

The graduation thesis concerns on questions of financial management of municipal waste in municipality Dacice. Profits and costs, related to waste management, are analyzed. Relevant economic theories are presented in the first chapter. Consequent chapters describe economic instruments and legislative regulation of waste policy in Czech Republic. The practical application of the theoretical findings is presented in the final chapter. Pursuant to analysis of waste management the deficiencies are mentioned and recommendations are given.

This bachelor thesis deals with the F. D. Roosevelt's New Deal program in the United States of America. The first part characterize the Great Depression, which preceded the New Deal. That is followed by the description of Roosevelt's personality, career, political campaign and theories he used for his New Deal. The next part is focused in more detail on the first and the second New Deal, its measures, programs, reforms and institutions. It continues with the description of the economic and social situation in the given period. The last part of this thesis shows opinions and thoughts of significant world's economists.

Peter and Paul in Brno in August 2006. I present the concept and aim of the centre summarised in the project Petrov - the key to the living history, the realization of this project, the services and activities of the church information tourist centre and I have tried to evaluate a year experience and draw some prospects for the future. Planning and realization of construction contract

This study dissertation deals with the planning and implementation of construction projects. The theoretical part gives the definition of project management structures, describes the compilation prices of construction work, time models of construction and construction tender documents. In the practical part is the description of the selected building sites, then the description deals with the alternative evalualing application of construction provided by budget program and planning documents. The aim is to evaluate the difference between the actual and alternative progress construction.
