Myšíková, Jitka ; Jezberová, Michaela (advisor) ; Mokrý, Milan (referee)
(English version) Title: Stability of phytocanabinoids during storage of Cannabis sativa Author: Mgr. Jitka Myšíková Supervisor: RNDr. Michaela Hamerníková, Ph.D. The rigorous work deals with the problems of determination of ∆9 -THC, CBD and CBN and their precursors. It assesses the influence of storage time and way on marijuana and on n-hexan extract of marijuana. A validation of the method of ∆9 -THC, CBD and CBN determination was carried out through HPLC with UV detection at wave length of 220 nm, mobile phase methanol : water ( 85 : 15), colomn SUPELCOSILTM LC-18-DB. The main aim was to detect the influence of various storage ways and storage time on principal content items of marijuana. There were 2 samples of marijuana available, each of them was divided in 12 parts, whereas 6 parts were placed in a plastic bag and the other 6 in a linen bag. After that one part of the sample in the plastic bag and one in the linen bag were located in 6 places, respectively from each sample. The places of storage were choosen with respect to possible location by marijuana users or to their possible experiments with this drug. The observation went on for 8,5 months. The samples were put in a refrigerator, an ice-box, a room with daylight, on an exterior window sill, under a UV lamp or a sample was soaked and...

Lepš, Kamil ; Nosek, Bedřich (advisor) ; Vogel, Jiří (referee) ; Weis, Martin (referee)
Zrod a proměny figury antikrista v raném judaismu The Birth and Existence ofthe Antichrist Figure in Early Judaism Kamil Lepš The main topic of the study is the antichrist. By the means of a hermeneutic approach the study enables a detailed look into the antichrist figure. The topic was analyzed and studied in Jewish religious and historical sources, which originate from the period between the Old Testament and the Talmud, with an occasional overlap to the early medieval midrashes. Texts from the New Testament noting the Christian adaptation ofthe Jewish eschatology were also carefully studied as well. The study did not subject the studied texts to text criticism but concentrated solely on text interpretation. In accordance with the study methodology applied by renowned hermeneutic Jacques Waardenburg, the emergence of the antichrist is described in the social, cultural and religious context. AIso the intluence of the most important historical event s linked to the emergence ofthe antichrist was studied in detail. With regard to the importance of the beginning of the antichrist figure, the biggest part ofthe study concentrates on the period ofthe Old Testament. The chapter dedicated to this period proves that the reason behind the emergence of the antichrist figure was the existential experience with...

The principal themes and motifs in Rubén Darío's poetry
Grabec, Jan ; Vydrová, Hedvika (advisor) ; Poláková, Dora (referee)
The aim of this work is to capture and explain the motivic and thematic aspects of the poetical work of Rubén Dário. Rubén Darío has substantially contributed to the formation of the hispano-american modernism, that originated mainly from the literary movements of the 19th century in Europe. Hispano-american modernism has formally revived obsolete poetical structures of its time and has provided other Spanish speaking writers for enriching their writings with new elements. This work then concerns itself with the analysis of themes, which have appeared in his writings most frequently. The motivic part of his writings was, especially in his earliest writings, deeply influenced with mythology, mainly the classical and the germanic one, but also with oriental art, and often evoked the environment of aristocracy. His critics have often declared those motives to be exotic as they were not common in Darío's times. Finally the work is trying to capture the motivic and thematic shift between his fundamental writings, the Worldly hymns (Prosas profanas) and the Songs of Life and Hope (Cantos de vida y esperanza). In contrast to the Worldly hymns, the Songs of Life and Hope decline to existentialism.

Risk Analysis, Prevention And Following Crise Measures During A Possible SARS Desease Importation
TOUSECKÝ, Peter
The topic of my bachelor thesis is {\clqq} The Risk Analysis, Prevention and Subsequent Crisis Precaution within Possible SARS Spreading.`` Nowadays SARS {--}Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome belongs to the possible threat to the population and starting with 12 th March 2003 the term SARS was defined as a risk phenomenon by the World Health Organization (WHO). As a matter of fact, SARS at the time of its beginning and spreading all over the world, didn´t occur in the Czech Republic and has been forgotten. More than ever it is necessary to remind the principal aspect of SARS origin and its potential impact on the inhabitants of the Czech Republic and its neighbouring countries in the case of SARS reccurence in the world. Educational training in a form of the anonymous questionnaire consisting of 80 respondents as well as information processing are the parts of my bachelor thesis. To the topic mentioned above I was motivated, at the time of SARS pandemic in the world, by the work in the Security Corps whose aim was monitoring and eliminating refugees inflow toEurope from the region of developing countries. Research data unambiguously prove that the developing countries were the area of SARS origin and occurence. Especially in 2003 in the land register of Strání Květná, district Uherské Hradiště, national border with Slovakia, the inflow more than 1000 refugees was recognized. But the estimates in this region start from the number of 5000 refugees who used this area of national border of the Czech Republic for illegal transferring to the developed European countries, namely Germany, with the help of passers. At that time the members of Force Corps had to face up to refugees drive although they were not trained and protected from SARS infection. I was interested in the problem of the infection transmission and I concluded that the fear in dealing with refugees in this post was wasted. SARS incubation period was maximum 10 days but the refugees´ transit from the country of origin especially from China to the Czech Republic was examined to the period from 1 to 3 months. The necessity to inform inhabitants of possible SARS transmission to Europe and the Czech Republic afterwords results from the mentioned personal knowledge.

Application of Pd-Catalyzed Reactions to the Synthesis of Lactones
Šnajdr, Ivan ; Pour, Milan (advisor) ; Kotora, Martin (referee) ; Opletalová, Veronika (referee)
Within the framework of this Thesis, a method fot the preparation of 3,6- disubstituted pyranones was developed and 15 final lactones were synthesized, and their cytostatic and antifungal activity was investigated. Principal steps in the preparation of the compounds were Yamaguchi-Hirao alkylation, hydroalumination followed by iodation and Pd- catalyzed carbonylative lactonization. None of the target compounds displayed interesting cytostatic or antifungal activity (IC50 < 10 μmol/L), which was suprising given the significant antifungal activity of analogous butenolides. The development of the synthesis of 3- monosubstituted pyranones is described next. Our strategy is based on the use of 5,6-dihydro-2H- pyran-2-one as the starting material, which was converted into the 3-iodo-5,6-dihydro-2H- pyran-2-one in one step. The key step of the synthesis was Pd-catalyzed Suzuki coupling. Finally, the preparation of α- and β-substituted-γ-alkylidenepentenolides is described. The target compounds exhibited significant cytostatic activity (IC50 < 5 μmol/L) against all tested tumor cells (CCRF-CEM, HeLa S3, HT 29, HL 60, L 1210).

The Kingdom of God in Paul
Bandhauer, Petra ; Roskovec, Jan (referee) ; Mrázek, Jiří (advisor)
This graduation work focuses on the topic of Kingdom of God which does not belong to the main topics in Pauls Epistles. It seems that the topic of Kingdom of God is not in the centre of Pauls theological concern because there are not often mentioned words about Kingdom of God, Gods government, reign and governing in the Pauls true epistles. But it is in strange discrepancy with synoptical gospels where the topic of Kingdom of God is a principal and in fact main topic. Providing apostle Paul met and knew the tradition about Jesus Christ it must be possible to find some traces of this tradition in his Epistles. The work first researches Pauls theological resources which are based on his Jewish pharisee education. Consequently it interprets Pauls texts, in which he comments directly or indirectly on Kingdom of God, and tries to find relation with texts about Kingdom of God in the synoptical gospels. Then the work tries to describe the character of the topic of Kingdom of God in these gospels. Finally the work compares Pauls conception of Kingdom of God which came up from the exegesis of his texts about enouncement of Kingdom of God as the authors of the synoptical gospels noted. Comparison of legal regulation of the trade relationships of obligation in Germany and the Czech Republic
Přecechtělová, Jana ; Kotoučová, Jiřina (advisor) ; Švarc, Zbyněk (referee)
This Master thesis deals with the comparison of trade relationships of obligation in Germany and the Czech Republic. In order to introduce and analyse the topic thoroughly at first the main legal acts connected with relationships of obligation and trade relationships of obligations in both compared countries are being introduced. The main stress is put on the content of these legal acts, on their historical development, their application methods as well as on their mutual relationship. The next part of this Master thesis then explains the term trade relationship of obligation with respect to the definitions obtained in both compared legal systems. After the theoretical introduction the general legal regulation of the trade relationships of obligation is being characterised. Since the general legal regulation of the trade relationships of obligation is based on the general legal regulation of the relationships of obligation at first the differences between these two legal regulations in Germany are explained. After that the German general legal regulation of trade relationships of obligation is being compared with the Czech general legal regulation of this area. After the characterisation of the general legal regulation of the trade relationships of obligation the individual types of German trade relationships of obligation are being compared with their equivalents in the Czech legal system. The specific trade relationships of obligation that are being analysed and compared in both legal systems are namely contract with a commission agent, contract of consignment, forwarding contract and storage contract.
