This dissertation is about problems of tax evasion on VAT. The aim is to confirm hypothesis that subjects which are committing fraud on VAT have many of the identical characteristics. Another goal is to determine this identical characteristics. The theoretical part of this dissertation contains introduction into VAT problematic with emphasis on carousel fraud, where are presented individual parts of carousel chain and approaches which administrators of tax are using. In Analytical part of dissertation, which form a basis of this work, are analysed data from 50 real tax control. This data are analysed and searched for identical characteristics of VAT fraud. By using regression analysis is searched bond strength of this characteristics to amount of assessed tax. In conclusion are evaluated results from analytical part of this dissertation.

Analysis of changes of households expenditures in CR
Muchová, Hana ; Svatošová, Libuše (advisor) ; Jaroslav, Jaroslav (referee)
The subject of this thesis is the analysis of household expenditures changes (families with two parents and one-parent families) in the Czech Republic based on CZ-COICOP. The theoretical part includes types of Czech households, (in)completeness of families, existing findings on the management of Czech households with children and the way how Czech Statistical Office uses to collect and analyze data, terms like income or expenditure of households and classification of individual consumption by purpose. The practical part consists of evolution of revenue and expenditure of full and not full families witch children in the years 2004-2015, based on CZ-COICOP. Income and expenditures are evaluated not only in real terms, but even more thanks index which shows proportions of every section of expenditure to total household consumption. Last charter is about index of price ganges in European Union during year 2015.

Interaction between Mobile Working Machines and Rolled Surfaces
Pokorný, Jan ; Hrabovský, Leopold (referee) ; Červinka, Jan (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is concerning with an interaction between mobile working machines and rolled surfaces. Machines and their constructions parts behavior were observed. There are some machines that can change state of surface. And due to these change of surface the machine is in different conditions for drive and also for works. The interaction of working machines and rolled surfaces was categorized in this work and for each category here is a methodic work flow for solution of various cases. Three examples are described in this work. Some simulating programs were used for all cases and therefore there is a methodic work flow for creating and simulating of models. Three described examples include a complex solution of hydraulic drive for vibration exciter of vibration roller, small cleaner of canalizations with aim on load case to frame of this cart. The third example describes solution of undercarriage frames of agricultural semi-trailers. This example is the most extensive chapter from this work due to including of marketing research at the beginning of development and also verification of simulated results with results from real prototype tests at the end of development of these undercarriage frames.

Ground Fault Location in Compensated Distribution Network
Topolánek, David ; Janíček,, František (referee) ; Mišák,, Stanislav (referee) ; Toman, Petr (advisor)
The most widespread system of an earthing neutral point of a supply transformer in a MV network is an earthing through an arc-suppression coil. In this case of a resonant-earthed power system a fault current is compensated by the suppression coil and only residual current flows through a fault point. A value of the residual current is much smaller then a value of an original capacitive current of the network and is not dependent on the fault location. According to that reasons it is really complicated to fast and accurately determine the fault point location. Since nowadays used methods for the ground fault location inside wide distribution networks have a lot of disadvantages, the thesis is focused on a proposal of a new method for the ground fault location especially inside of a compensated network. The main reasons for a consecutive installation of power quality meters into distribution transformer substations are a power quality monitoring and a global evolution of an electrical network onto the “SmartGrids”. In case that all results from the meters are properly synchronized and centralized, new possibilities of control or of an evaluation of a network are enabled. This doctoral thesis proposes the possibility for the ground fault detection with an aid of synchronized records recorded on the low-voltage side of the distribution transformers 22/0.4 kV into the network equipped with automatics for short-time increasing of an active part of a faulty current. The described method uses a voltage drop evoked by connecting of the auxiliary resistor for location of the faulty section. The proposed method is tested with help of numerical model which presents a part of the distribution network Series of simulation are executed and correct function and force function of the method is reviewed. Finally the thesis describes real experiment and also a confrontation between simulation and real measuring, and also possibilities of method usage are commented.

The incidence of heparin resistance in patients operated with the use of extracorporeal circulation
Brzek, Vladimír ; Harrer, Jan (advisor) ; Tošovský, Jan (referee) ; Gwoździewicz, Marek (referee)
Heparin resistance occurs in about 20% of population. In that case, after application of a usual dose of heparin (2-3 mg/kg) ACT will not be sufficiently extended. Aim: To determine the real incidence of heparin resistance in patients scheduled for a cardiac surgical procedure. To determine whether there is an association between preoperative treatment with heparin and the incidence of heparin resistance. Also, to establish whether there is an association between platelet count, patients' age, and heparin resistance. Patients and methods: A total of 624 patients scheduled for on-pump surgery were included into a prospective study over a period of three years. Preoperative and intraoperative activated clotting time (ACT) values were recorded. Additionally, four factors referred to in the relevant literature as potential causes of developing heparin resistance were monitored in all patients: age 65 years, preoperative platelet count ≥ 300 × 109/l, preoperative administration of various types of heparin, antithrombin concentration ≤ 60%, and a combination of all. Patients were considered heparin-resistant if a heparin dose ≥ 5 mg/kg had not produced an anticoagulation response with ACT ≥ 480 s. Our data were evaluated using the test of agreement of relative frequency and the χ2 test. Results: In our...
