Education-supporting interactive applets
Korbel, Jakub ; Mekyska, Jiří (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor theses is focused to the support of education in branch of image processing. The teoretic part deals with mathematics view to this problematic. The pratical part is focused to creating of web applets (tools for supporting of education) - applets Gamma correction, Rate shape, Bit plane, Numeric minimization convex function.
Image data shape analysis
Kylián, Jakub ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Chmelík, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on shape analysis of image data. This thesis clarifies usage of methods, techniques and procedures that lead to such analysis. The content of this thesis is divided into three chapters – theory, analysis solution and conclusion. In the chapter theory, methods and general theory of the topic are introduced. The rule is, that every method used in subsequent sections is explained in detail, but this doesn't necessarily mean that it applies in reverse. Next chapter, following up the theory section is analysis solution. In this section, a problem is presented. This problem is then, with knowledge presented in chapter theory solved. The solution consists of many processes and preparations that are also explained in detail in this chapter.
Simulator of Physical Model
Šváb, Štěpán ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is basic methods of rendering the scene. By creating a simulation model in C# using the bullet phyzic that defines the world of physics. Creating an parser of X3D format and how its data will fill the world of physics.
To Dvur Kralove by train - Transfer Terminal in Dvur Kralove nad Labem
Burešová, Karolína ; Lekeš, Architekt MSc Vojtěch (referee) ; Foretník, Jan (advisor)
The assignment is to elaborate the architectural design of the new transfer terminal in Dvůr Králové. The terminal has to associate current bus lines and a new train line using the current siding. In the proposal I was primarily concerned with connecting the Terminal to the city with respect to the development area of the city. The shape of the building is based on urban planning. The building continues in the rails and turns into a street line. This creates a scattering surface towards the ground floor of Christmas decorations. The conveyor solution enables the pedestrians to move freely through the platform without crossing the means of transport, facilitating movements of the body and the visually impaired. The stops are located in the immediate vicinity and a direct bus-train-public transport will be created. The aim of the project is to design a node of all movements - pedestrians, cyclists, trains and buses. The proposal builds on all important directions and considers the creation of a city ring from the terminal, the city center and the zoo.
Application of morphometric methods in anthropology
Pešek, Adam ; Eliášová, Hana (advisor) ; Šuláková, Hana (referee)
In last thirty years a new branch of comparative biology is growing rapidly, this branch is called the geometric morphometrics. Methods of geometrics morphometrics allow to gain and evaluate data about shape and size of studied object in 2D or 3D space. The character of input data divided methods used in geometric morphometric on method based on analysis of outlines and method based on analysis of landmarks. Many modern technologies like contact scanner, laser scanner or tps software are helping in data acquisition. The main conclusion of this bachelor work was exploring usability of methods of geometric morphometric in many cases in Anthropology. In many biological and mainly anthropological studies, geometric morphometric were applicated to compare shape variance and in studies of variability of shape. Common are studies of sexual dimorphism on human skeleton, ontogenetic developement of skeleton, disparity of sign on human skeleton among population and ethnicity or changes of these forms of structures in populations during time.
Reflection of zodiac signs in shape - Set of ceramic vessels
RAABOVÁ, Eliška
This thesis contains an introduction to astrology and zodiac in theoretical part. It represent zodiac during the art history and discusses its symbolic meaning as a whole and its individual signs. Furthermore, affects the issue of language art forms in the psychology of art. The practical part of thesis is focused on objects realization, they result from combination of shape elements and importance of astrological signs. The outcome of this part of work is set of 12 ceramic objects.
Water quality assessment during flood events
Tomíček, Martin ; Uhmannová,, Hana (referee) ; Julínek, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis is dealing with the changes in quality of surface water modelling. Case study is done on selected short reach of the Dyje River. The subjective of the work is comparison of application and findings in programs HEC-RAS 4.0 and Info Works ICM 2.5.
Neuromarketing and analysis of purchase decision according to special typology of the costumer
Jarolímová, Nikola ; Pešek, Ondřej (advisor) ; Jančík, Jaroslav (referee)
The Bachelor's thesis on the topic of Neuromarketing and analysis of purchase decision process according to special typology of the customer is focused on the use of neuromarketing methods in practice. Neuromarketing is one of the marketing research methods and it represents the combination of neuroscience and marketing. This Bachelor's Thesis aims to analyse the use of neuromarketing methods in marketing communication based on the psychophysiological research which measures responses of respondents and emotional system Limbic. The Thesis is based on certain neuromarketing research output. The data employed in the thesis are collected by participating on a research in a company eMerite, survey and further research made by the author.
Geometric - morphometric study of gastropod shells \kur{Hexaplex trunculus} from Croatian coast line of the Adriatic sea
MACÍK, Jiří
The shape variability of three hundred shells of sea snail Hexaplex trunculus (Linné, 1758) of three sites of Croatian coast line was compared. No criteria were found for distinguishing among males, females and imposex disabled females by traditional morphometry. With the help of traditional morphometry and geometric morphometry, differences in the shape of shells among the three investigated populations were identified. On the shells of H. Trunculus, there were found moderate sexual differences using the geometric-morphometric methods. The results separated females from the remaining two categories (males and masculinized females).
