Problematics of Muscle Chains
Šimáková, Tereza ; Malá, Jitka (advisor) ; Véle, František (referee)
SOUHRN Název práce: Problematika řetězení svalového hypertonu. Name of physis: Problematics OfMuscle Chains Cíle práce: Získat ucelený přehled a zpracovat problematiku "zřetězeného hypertonu" ve smyslu "funkčních" poruch pohybového aparátu. Dominantní úlohu v procesu vzniku řetězení a následného...

Unfortunately security of control of students out of skiing course time period remaining the weakest point. Key words: skying, skying course, physical training, framing and school education program

One child policy in China and its consequences
Šindelářová, Dagmar ; Munková, Gabriela (advisor) ; Kotrusová, Miriam (referee)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is to inform about development and the present form of the one child policy in China and about its consequences and to evaluate the potential of this policy in the future. It describes former forms of population policies and the circumstances and the reasons for the introduction of the policy. It identifies the targets of the one child policy, its program, the measures and the ways to exact the policy. Special attention is given to the results and the consequences of the one child policy. It examines the influence of the policy on the course of the national growth rate, the birth rate and the fertility rate and it mentions several positive consequences of the policy. It deals minutely with the problems that the policy caused or at least worsened - the ageing problem, the enlargement of the ratio between men and women, the discrimination, the differences between urban and rural areas, breaking of human rights and the problem with "little emperors". At the end it evaluates the potential of the policy for the future. It states that it is possible and covetable to cancel or at least lighten the one child policy. Although the Chinese government reject this step it is probable that growing ageing problems caused the adjustments or cancelling of the policy.

Changes of bone mass density in selected endocrine diseases
Vašátko, Tomáš ; Čáp, Jan (advisor) ; Zamrazil, Václav (referee) ; Hána, Václav (referee)
Osteoporosis is a serious social and medical problem. About 6% people suffer from osteoporosis in European countries. As for aetiology it is a multi-factorial disease. Endocrinopaties play an important role in it's development. We focused on three specific endocrinopaties with relation to bone metabolism in our study. Goal of the study: 1/ To evaluate the influence of long term thyroid hormone therapy (substitution and suppressive dose) on bone mass and bone metabolism. 2/ To evaluate the possibility of prediction of bone mass increase after the operation in patients with mild primary hyperparathyroidism. 3/ To evaluate changes of bone mass, bone metabolism and body composition in patients with growth hormone deficiency treated with growth hormone substitution. Patients and methods: 1/ a) First - cross sectional part of the study - 76 patients on suppressive dose of L-thyroxine therapy, 34 patients on substitution therapy. We examined bone markers and bone mass in each group. We evaluated how each of the two doses of therapy influences the bone metabolism and we compared the groups with each other. b) In second - prospective part of the study - we observed the changes of bone mass in the course of the time (5 years) in each group. 2/ Retrospective cross-sectional study - 54 patients with primary...

Magnetic resonance imaging of the respiratory and postural function of the diaphragm
Rychnovský, Tomáš ; Kučera, Miroslav (advisor) ; Smolíková, Libuše (referee) ; Novák, Daniel (referee)
Objective: The goal of the thesis was to objectify changes of the diaphragm motion and shape in a different tasks using dynamic MRI in volunteers with pathological structural finding of the spine and the control group. Methods: Two groups of volunteers were made, those without pathological finding (n=16) and with structural pathological finding of the spine (n=17). We analyzed diaphragm function in three different tasks in all the volunteers during 1) primary breathing, 2) breathing in the course of lower extremities flexion against resistance and 3) holding the breath in the course of lower extremities flexion against resistance. Diaphragm activity was analyzed using static a dynamic parameters. For the first time ever was used postural and respiratory trace, which were separated from dynamic MRI recording. The thesis analyses frequency and amplitude of the respiratory and postural activity (independent on breathing) and their relationship. Furthermore the thesis evaluates breathe in and breathe out rotation, diaphragm excursion magnitude, inclination of the diaphragm, its height in thorax and also diaphragm motion within its different portion. Results: Diaphragm respiratory and postural changes are slower, bigger in size and better balanced in volunteers group without pathological spinal finding....

Syslová, Zora ; Opravilová, Eva (advisor) ; Rýdl, Karel (referee) ; Poláchová-Vašťatková, Jana (referee)
Evaluation of the educational development is only one part of the self-evaluating process in kindergartens. It is very significant part mapping complicated system of the institutional education of pre-primary aged children. Concerning the personal development this age is the most important period which the basis of skills, life and word opinions and self-view is formed. It brings or self-confidence or some self-doupts and decrease the potential to reach successes in life. Substantial factor affecting child's self-recognition and helping to orient him/her self in amount of unfamiliar is besides of the family the kindergartens teacher. The partial chapters deal with the progress of education in kindergartens, defines the conceptions concerning with these processes and indicate the connections with curriculum changes. The partial chapters deal with the progress of education in kindergartens and defined the kindergartens teacher competences. Theoretical part of the work is aimed to the demands desired from the kindergartens teacher and to her professional skills. The research brought the answer on the question how is the educational development evaluated in the kindergartens. Crucial part of the evaluating activities is discharged by headmaster by way of inspection and the less part rests of the...

Comparative Analysis of Game Activities in Table Tennis
Šopová, Hana ; Pravečková, Petra (referee) ; Süss, Vladimír (advisor)
Title: Comparative Analysis of Game Activities in Table Tennis Objectives of the Thesis: The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the involvement of chosen muscles during table tennis game (measured with electromyograph) and to compare the muscles involvement by forehand and backhand topspin. Method: EMG is a common method for movement recording which, according to (Smidt 1991), measures the involvement of muscle in motion, together with the time aspect of this involvement. The most common method is electrical activity recording connected with contraction of certain muscles in the course of kinetic load. This way of measuring is based on electrodes which are fixed to the skin covering the involved muscles, then on intensification of the signal, and on recording on the polygraphic machine which is needed for a subsequent analysis. The surface EMG in kinesiology probes the muscles' activation, co-activation of muscle groups during the complex and selected motion, and influences of the load on muscles functioning. It can also monitor the effect of workout load. Thanks to surface electrodes, the surface electromyography registers the electrical responses of muscle group activities. The electrical equivalent of dynamical ionic exchange in the membrane area during muscle activation is recorded on the...
