Presented thesis is focused to the document management system in the firm E-solutions, Ld. Selection of this firm is purposeful, because I have been working in the firm for several years. My thesis is targeted to the complex analysis of document management system (DMS) in the firm and the results of the analysis will be used for the implementation of new DMS. The target is accomplished by following steps, which can be expressed as partial concrete goals: First, the present situation of DMS in the firm is described, next, the detail description of the documents, the system should work with, is presented. Description of these documents is structured to the DMS needs. Subsequently firm processes which should DMS support are identified and analysed. These processes are converted to the optimal conditions to maximize their effectiveness in the DMS support. Integral part of the analysis is the consistent collection of the requirements to the new system. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes DMS generally, explains basic principles of DMS (characteristics, documentation and functionality) and creates base line for the practical part. The more comprehensive practical part of the thesis is directed to the document management in the firm E-solutions, Ld. Presentation of the basic information about the firm is followed by detail solution of partial goals. Assessment of the achieved results creates the final part of the work. The thesis will serve in the firm or at a contactor of DMS as the base for the selection, parameterisation and implementation of the concrete DMS solution.

Vývoj zahraničního obchodu ČR s vybranými latinskoamerickými zeměmi, vůči kterým jsou uplatňovány teritoriální priority

Práce se věnuje obchodním vztahům České republiky s Brazílií, Argentinou, Chile a Mexikem. Úvodní kapitola se dotýká podstaty projektu teritoriálních priorit. Stěžejní část práce se soustřeďuje na obchodní vztahy s uvedenými zeměmi. Vždy je jedné zemi věnována jedna kapitola. V první části každé z nich je popsán vývoj vzájemných vztahů od vzniku samostatné ČSR do současnosti, dále je věnován prostor současné situaci obchodní výměny a ekonomické spolupráce a v závěru každé kapitoly se práce obrací k výhledu do budoucna a popisuje perspektivy vývoje a případné další možnosti spolupráce, jakož i aktivity směřující k podpoře této spolupráce.

The visitation cards of the Cistercian monasteries in Bohemia in the 14th century

Once a year the abbot of the 'mother' monastery visited aU foundations, which he had established. The more the abbot visited friars, the more they were happy. This is the main regulation which is written in the basic document of the Cistercian friary called Carta caritatis. The visitation of 'father' abbot was ordered at the beginning of the 12th century. As was mentioned above, the abbot had to visit all foundations which he had established. His task was to find out whether the discipline and the regulations of the friary were followed or not. He had to examine how monks follow the Saint Benedict/ s holy orders and he had to punish aH sins. All monasteries had to strictly follow the same way of behaviour and the same rules. The General Chapter (the gathering of the abbots, which was held every year) created directive regulations, which contained legislative, c1erical and disciplin ary issues of the Cistercian friary. The visitation guarded the following of these regulations and issues. Two institutions - the General Chapter and the visitation were the main garants of the existence of the friary. Every day the monks confessed from their rnistakes and sins during the gathering in the Chapter hall and they also warned the other monks against them. This gathering is called capitulum culparum. Analysis of the structure and the progression of companies on the ICT market in the Czech republic

This work analyses the structure and the progression of the ICT market in the Czech republic. The first part deal with czech ICT market segmentation with regards to different methods of particular institutions. The next chapter describes specific environment of the Czech republic, factors and conditions influencing the ICT market and companies progression. It is especially focused on macroeconomic development, policy in relation to ICT market, grant policy, flow of foreign direct investment, availability of labour force and relevant information technologies. The work also analyses market progression and related economic indicators such as a market volume measured by expenditures into ICT products and services and share of these expenditures in total GDP as well as expenditures per one employee. In addition it offers a view of progression of foreign trade with ICT products. The main part of this work deal with the structure of companies on the information a communication technology market in the Czech republic. The aim of this part is to analyze basic structural indicators such as number of active firms a its structure in accordance with their residence, legal entity and time of estabilishment, number of employees, revenues per employee or value added generated in ICT sector. The chapter also contains survey of firms from relevant ICT segments ordered by achieved annual turnover.

Model Characteristic Features of Shooting Situations in Top Level Performance Teams

Název práce Modelové charakteristiky střeleckých situací u družstev elitní výkonnosti. (Model characteristics of shooting situations at the teams of elite activity.) Cíle práce Cílem je zjistit a zaznamenat na základě studia odborné literatury a sledování videozáznamu existenci opakujících se trendů v zakončení útočných akcí u elitních klubů. Metoda K získání potřebných informací bylo použito podrobné sledování videozáznamu. Použil jsem metodu nepřímého pozorování. Zjištěné informace byly statisticky zpracovány. Výsledky Výsledky objasňují existenci opakujících se trendů v zakončení úspěšných útočných akcí. Potvrdily se vytyčené hypotézy. Vstřelení branky na elitní úrovni vyžaduje nejen vysoký individuální výkon, ale i vysokou úroveň spolupráce všech hráčů. The Evaluation of Students Readiness for the Profession of a Physical Education Teacher

Název diplomové práce: Hodnocení připravenosti studentů na práci učitele tělesné výchovy. Název diplomové práce v angličtině: Value of student's readiness for physical education teacher's job Cíle práce: Cílem práce bylo provést hodnocení průběhu pedagogických praxí studentů FTVS-UK v tělesné výchově na základních školách. Zjistit podmínky v jakých se pedagogické praxe konají (úroveň vybavení škol - pomůcky, sportoviště). Dále zjistit, které aktivity studenti nejčastěji zařazují do výuky a jak se studentům daří udržet kázeň, motivaci žáků a bezpečnost při vlastním pedagogickém působení. Zjistit s jakým úspěchem či neúspěchem jsou studenti schopni řešit problémy se kterými se v průběhu vlastní praxe setkali a museli je řešit. Zjistit celkovou připravenost studentů na pedagogický proces. Metoda: Jako metoda zjišťující podmínky a průběh pedagogických praxí byla zvolena metoda dotazníkového šetření, která shromažďování dat zakládá na dotazování osob. Je určena pro hromadné získávání údajů. Byl použit dotazník, který sestavil Tilinger a Kovář v roce 2005. Dotazování se zúčastnilo 147 studentů prezenčního studia, kteří právě ukončili pedagogickou praxi na ZŠ (květen 2005) v roasahu 4 hodin hospitací a 36 hodin výuky. Metody: Vyrovnávací cvičení byla navržena na základě sběru informací, které byly získány z dostupné literatury. Taktéž bylo použito vlastních zkušeností z dlouhodobého působení ve vrcholovém sportu. Výsledky: Na základě rozboru negativních jevů ovlivňujících pohybový a opěrný systém střelce jsem sestavil návrh vyrovnávacích cvičení kjejich odstranění. Marketing concept management of development projects

The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of marketing activities of development company with already implemented development project Panorama City in Bratislava. Marketing attributes are important part of development projects with orientation of their customers, build their image, acquisition of market share and competitive advantage in the real estate market. All the above mentioned facts are analysed within my project The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the strategy of the development project and looking at managing principles and strategy direction of other already implemented development projects. The main aim of is based on the facts from particular analyses to consider right or wrong seepage respectively find the best possible option for the management of the company on the market that develops along with potential customers. My project is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part is focused on familiarization with the basic concepts and processes in the area of construction the development process, analyze marketing environment and marketing strategies used in the construction using technical and scientific literature. In the second part-practical one focuses on analysis of specific Slovak development company and its already implemented a development project, and drafting strategies for marketing in the project. By applying a number of analyzes, which are blind, Porter and SWOT analysis highlight the results and findings after which it can be concluded any new variant of solution management direction and useful for other projects.

Characteristics of artistic expression in patients suffering from psychiatric illness

The bachelor thesis is about the development and characteristics in theart work of five people with psychotic illness in the period of three years. The cases were collected in the psychiatric ward at the hospital in Tábor. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part collects information about psychotic illnesses and a description of the therapeutic approach to the mentally ill. It also describes the visual artwork characteristics of psychotic individuals, the work with them and the efforts necessary from the art therapists' side. The practical part describes each patient. Observing the individual stories, approachesused in each case, their artwork, changes and progress in their development. There is a description of approaches used in the acute stage of the disease and after stabilization, the patients features in the artwork and the arttherapists influence.
