The thesis contains the main part of the building and technological project of outbuildings it manufacturing facility. There is prepared a technical report on the structural and technological project, situation with broder relations roadways, time and financial plan, studies the implementation of major technological stages, project construction site, design of building machines and mechanisms, plan for securing materiál resources, technological regulation for warm flat roof and saddle truss roof, inspection and test plans, budget and health and safety at the technological stage roofed.

Cost Management in a Chosen Health Care Facility

Goal: On the base of analysis of cost make suggestion for effective data assimilation for added value in health care facility. Introduction: Every manager needs tools to manage company which help him to lead company to prosperity. There are direct tools as comands, meetings, etc. and indirect tools, for example economic management. Economic management includes whole line of elements which in their cohesion are integral part of every business, for example controlling, cost management, dealing with short term-assets, management accouting, investment decisions, financial analysis, material incentives. Recently every company focuses its management attention to cost management. We often meet such efforts to reduce costs, which in fact cal lead to damage in short-time or long-time period. In my thesis I will analyse main traps which managers confront while working in chosen health care facility. I will also describe more flexibile access to management costs which provides company with stable and tenable position in global market conditions. Achieving maximal outcomes from company resources and all at once minimalize costs is still one of main strategic target of company.

Food insecurity in developing countries

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to point out that the battle against hunger can be won in our lifetime. However, this problem can not be solved without concerning all connections between undernutrition and other global problems. This thesis contains an analysis of various aspects of health, education, population growth, agriculture or trade which are strongly related to poor nutritional status. The technology, knowledge and resources exist to meet the needs of hungry. As it was revealed in my study, they should not been implemented unless they respect mutual links between different problems.

The main object of this thesis is to review financial situation of the company I. Kamenická stavební a obchodní firma, s.r.o. by using financial analysis method. The first part gives the outline of information resources and fundamental methods of financial analysis. In the second part the acquired theoretical knowledge from the area of financial analysis is used to assess financial health of company I. Kamenická stavební a obchodní firma, s.r.o. The evaluation of this company goes entirely out of the results gained by elaboration of publicly available data. The final values are compared with regional competing company Hora, s.r.o. and with averages in branch, in which the selected company is working.

The goal of my thesis is to assess the financial health of the brewery Černá hora, as. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section describes the basic methods of financial analysis and related data resources and users. In the practical part, I apply the methods of financial analysis to brewery Černá hora. For a more precise evaluation of the results of financial analysis I carried out a comparison with the inter-family brewery Bernard. Finally, throughout the work are summarized all the findings from the analysis and assessment of the financial situation of the brewery.

The financial analysis of Škoda Auto, a. s.

The main goal of this bachelor's work is to make the financial analysis of Škoda Auto company in years 2005 -- 2007 because of exploring its financial health. The paper is divided into two elementary parts: methodological and practical. The first part introduces to financial analysis problem, specifies subjects and goals, describes users and required data resources. In addition, there are explained fundamental terms and methods of a financial analysis. The practical part is based on the concrete calculations and answers. At first I introduce the company: its main activities, organization structure and its history as well. Then I apply the knowledge as explained at the first part to the company's data and interpret the calculations. In conclusion, I summarize important answers, evaluation of the financial situation and suggested recommendations for the company.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to deal with the most used methods of financial analysis and carry out their practical application to accounting data of a real company. The first part gives the outline of information resources and fundamental instruments (techniques) of financial analysis. First of all it focuses on horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and analysis of ratio indicators. In the second part the acquired theoretical knowledge from the area of financial analysis is used to assess financial health of a particular factory company, which is Spojené kartáčovny, Inc. The evaluation of this company goes entirely out of the results gained by elaboration of publicly available data.

Distribution warehouses in Prague - construction technology project

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.

Landscape management - lessons from the landscape development

The landscape of the Czech Republic is unable to sufficiently compensate for extreme weather events such as droughts and floods within the current climate change. Damage is done to human health, property and key resources (water, soil and biodiversity), and costs are rising in agriculture and forestry. Sustainable soil management is in the public interest, and the fundamental question is how to encourage land users to farm the landscape while respecting its fine-grained mosaic and in accordance with the European Landscape Convention. For this purpose, we have set up the so-called Platform for Sustainable Landscape Management, in which research institutes even outside the Academy of Sciences are increasingly involved. The main objectives of the platform are the sharing of information, assistance in developing strategic advice and education on sustainable landscape.

Healthy lifestyle of young population

Name of the thesis is Healthy lifestyle of young population. Teoretic part explains elementary concepts, which related with this topic, highlights the main principles of healthy lifestyle and describes risky behavior at adolescents. Attention is given to programs and projects which support sports and healthy food for adolescents. Besides legislation and financing examined institution is define institutional analysis from the Bronislaw Malinowski in last chapter of teoretic part.
Institucional analysis from the Bronislaw Malinowski is applied in practice in the empirical part of the thesis, concretely on Elementary school Město Touškov. From this analysis enables to determine whether the institution fulfils its public role regarding healthy lifestyle of its pupils and whether it has enough resources for this purpose. The values of the pupil´s BMI is used to determine whether the activities of the institution have an effect on the health condition of the pupils. Another step is describing the provision, which the school apllies for pupils of first class. After overal evaluation is recommendation for school and better healthy lifestyle of young population.
