Content and motivation of employees in Amrest s.r.o.

This dissertation is focused on the problematic of content and motivation of employees in a concrete firm and the problem of high fluctuation connected with it. In the theoretical part there are summarized basic knowledge from the sphere of motivation and work motivation, demonstrated the best known theories of motivation and leading styles; and summarized knowledge of The work life quality research which is related to value orientation of employees in the Czech Republic. In the practical part I have analyzed recent situation in workmen's content and motivation using a questionnaire enquiry among employees. The employees were asked about a importance of single aspects of content with work -- wage, supervisor behaviour, processing atmosphere, access to information, job stability, appreciation of attained results, service conditions, scope of employment, employee benefits and financial bonuses. From gained information I have summarized conclusions and recommendation for leading an organization.

Coexistence of Norwegians and Sami people in the northern Norway's region Finnmark

Bachelor thesis is aiming to analyze coexistence of Norwegians and Sami people in the northern Norway's county Finnmark. It is topic about mutual coexistence of two seemingly different groups with different languages, different lifestyle and different historical and political proceses. First part is focused on methodology and acquitance of reader with basic concepts. Next one reflects author's own field research in area. Other parts analyze mutual relationships in different topics, such as history, politics,education system, and current issues. Combination of extensive field research and theoretical approaches allows to look at problematics from variously points of view and offers different perspectives. Management of sporting events - 6 Nations

Title: Management of sporting event - 6 Nations Objectives: Target of the thesis is brought and defines problems with organization sport action 6 Nations. Whole organization will be describe and next will be analyzed the problems, with which the organizers had the opportunity to meet. With help of selected theoretic method will be on the conception of the project the next year show, how prevent and eliminate the arising situation so as the negative repercussion was least. The most important chapter is propagation of the action and options, that this part was the best result. Methods: With help of descriptive case study and date analysis of case study will be description organization of whole action that will be analyzed. On a questionnaire and discussion will be shown problems with propagation and will be devise the methods of propagation so as the propagations was the most intensive and reach target groups. In conclusion is done generalization the obtained results and setting assumptions to successful organization of sport enterprise. Results: Have been identified deficiencies in quality of propagation that wasn't focused on ideal target groups and thus not be met, which was set before the event. Plumbing Systems for Hotels

This thesis deals with plumbing in the hotel. The theoretical part is devoted to pumping tech-nology and the internal pressure of the water mains in high buildings. The work presents different variants of a possible solution in a given speciality. Project part solves sanitary equipment installation in the variant selected in the given building.

Heating of housing complex

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design heating and hot water preparation in a complex of buildings consisting of retail space and two residential buildings. Retail space is heated using VRF system and apartment blocks are heated by gas boilers located in the mechanical room in the basement. Gas boilers are connected to heating system and storage water he-ater. The heating surface is created by tabular and tubular heating units. Heat consumption in apartments is measured by calorimeters with remote data collection system. The temperatu-re in each flat is controlled by an electrically powered zone valve.

Proposal of flood protection on the river in the basin of the Morava

The main aim of the thesis is an appraisal of the stream Oslava which belongs to the Náměšť nad Oslavou region with the focus on flood control of the town. The thesis asseses current state of the stream with respect to the state of riverbed, bulwark of the stream and evaluation of the capacity of the stream channel. Calculation water surface profiles have been made by usage of the 1D mathematical model HEC-RAS for selected N-year flows. The capacity of flows and objects in the given period has been detected. There is also a map of the water runoffs included and possible solutions of how to protect the area surrounding the stream are proposed. The thesis was complemented with hydroecological monitoring of the stream channel - the HEM analysis 2014.

Effect of sloped green roof on to rainwater retention

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the retention effect on the pitch green roof from the selection of different roof sets. Measurements of retention proparties were performed on four semi-scale testing elements. Monitored period was evaluated during initial growing cycle on extensive, biodiverse and icelandic green roof in comparison with roofing tile surface. The theoretical part describes effective water retention management, historical and present development in the Czech Republic and closed European countries of green roofs.

Tax reform in the Czech Republic from 1993

My Bachelor thesis analyzes the tax reform in the Czech Republic in 1993, 2004-2006 and 2008. The analysis is based on comparation of the selected targets, especially reducing the government deficit and stabilizing the tax-to-GDP, and the results of the tax reform. Then there is an assessment of how these reforms managed to meet the economic and social targets and whether these targets are sustainable.
