Employment of persons with health handicap

- 7 - Abstract - Employment of people with disabilities The thesis deals with the protection, rights and opportunities of employing disabled persons in the Czech Republic. It uses the information from the public-available sources and from the licensed sources available to all students of the Faculty of Law, Charles University. The thesis is divided into several parts, as current regulation in the international law, the history and current regulation in the Czech republic and in short practical part concerning real situation on the Czech labour market. The thesis follows the legislation at all levels and is structured similarly to the hierarchy of legal norms. First I deal with the definition of the concept, as has been altered over time. In a follow-up chapter are comprehensively analyzed the various international conventions that seek to identify and define a group of disabled people and set up for this group the broadest possible rights, and on the other hand, to define discrimination against such persons and to eliminate it. Here are taken into account obligations of the Czech Republic towards people with disabilities arising from membership in international organizations and in the European Union and from the ratification of international treaties. Analysis of Factors of Social Failure of Adolescent Boys

In my diploma thesis I deal with social failure of adolescent boys. The work is divided into theoretic and practical part. In the theoretic part I describe in detail the term of adolescence, the identity of juveniles, socializing of these adolescents and social failure. The chapter Adolescence is focused on the development of this period, talks on physical change, emotional development etc. In the chapter Identity we can find the definition of identity and relation features of adolescents. In the chapter Socializing the standards of behaviour, incorporation of individuals into coeval groups and the danger of extremist groups are presented. The chapter Social Failure deals with defects of personality, behaviour disorders, then with the negative influence of alcohol and drugs on young people and finally with delinquency, criminality of boys and their path to educational institutes. In the practical part we can find analysis of factors influencing social failure of adolescent boys. There are three charts showing the circumstances that bring the adolescent boys into a custody centre. Also the illustrative casuistry of the centre's typical client is presented in this part.

English element in Italian language from the perspective of contemporary Italian linguistics. Theoretical and methodological issues

Předkládaná práce má tři hlavní témata. Nejprve se zabývá obecným postavením angličtiny jako globálního jazyka. V dalších dvou částech práce se autor zamýšlí nad fenoménem kontaktů jazyků a jazykových interferencí z pohledu současné, zvláště italské lingvistiky a především provádí kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzu korpusu sestaveného pro potřeby této práce, ve kterém ověřuje východiska z teoretické části práce. Práce má tři hlavní kapitoly. V kap. 2 analyzujeme důvody, které vedly k rozšíření angličtiny a jejímu současnému postavení ve světě. Tato kapitola se zabývá klady i zápory anglického jazyka z hlediska jeho globálnosti. Po obecné analýze angličtiny jako univerzálního světového jazyka zaměřujeme naši pozornost na evropský kontinent a blíže ukazujeme působení angličtiny na evropské jazyky a zvláště na italštinu, které je věnována samostatná podkapitola. Zabýváme se zvláště obdobím po druhé světové válce, ve kterém se působení angličtiny na italštinu manifestuje nejvýrazněji. První část práce uzavírá kapitola o puristických tendencích a obecném postavení anglicismů v italštině z pohledu současné italské lingvistiky. Occupational Diseases in the Czech Republic

Occupational Diseases (NzP) are diseases whose definitions is defined by current legislation. The definition is based on Law No. 65/1965 Coll. Labour Code, as amended, Act No. 155/1995 Coll. pension Insurance, and Government Regulation No. 290/1995 Coll.establishing list of occupational diseases, divided into 6 chapters (see Annex No. 1). I Occupational diseases caused by chemicals II Occupational diseases caused by physical factors III Occupational diseases of the respiratory tract, lungs, pleura and peritoneum IV of occupational skin disease In Infectious and parasitic illnesses VI Occupational diseases caused by other factors and actors Each chapter represents a group of professional disease, which is either a common etiological factor (chemical, physical or biological, that is infectious noxa) or disability such a body, which is particularly exposed to influences work environment (skin, respiratory system, musculoskeletal system). Each chapter is then further divided into different number of items that represent nosologickou unit or group of related or diseases include diseases caused by the same etiological noxou professional.

Foreigners in the labour market in The Czech republic

This thesis represents basic information about foreigners in The Czech republic. We can quote their discretions and duties resulting from the legislature of The Czech republic which specifies stays, naturalization, asylum and sanctuary or social services. Another point of thesis is communication with foreigners, projects of ministries and not - for- profit organization about foreigners integration, national minority and migration, migration's theory and characterization of foreigners who have migrated to The Czech republic. Also it is concentred on employment and unemployment in the labour market. Main aims are analysis of obtaining working licence and projects for improving conditions in the labour market. It is used aggregate indicant for analysing situation in each 14 regions.

Další kapitola je věnována věřícím ve farnosti, jejich právům a povinnostem, laikům i kněžím, jejich vzájemné spolupráci v pastoračních úkolech. Třetí kapitola je věnována úkolům farnosti z hlediska kanonického práva a koncilních dokumentů. V autorské části, se zabývám pastorační situací ve sledovaném místě a čase. V několika stručných oddílech přibližuji některé klíčové momenty z dějin mostecké farnosti s důrazem zvláště pak na ty události, které bezprostředně časově, nebo tématicky předcházejí sledovanému období a souvisejí s ním. Významnou kapitolou v novodobých dějinách života mostecké farnosti je nepochybně výstavba nového kostela sv. Václava v areálu farní zahrady v Mostě. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány bohoslužbám a aktivitám v budově fary před dostavbou kostela. Payroll accounting in the Czech Republic

The subject of the presented Bacherol Work is The Payroll Accounting in the Czech Republic. The presented thesis approaches the main principles of the payroll problems and of the Labour Code principles. The theoretical part of the Thesis deals with the different forms of labor-management relations, the duties of employer by the lay off of employees, the remuneration of employees and the extra pays. The work marginally deals with the physical person income tax problems and the social and health insurance problems. In the practical part is given an example of the pay accounting and of the individual operations accounting.

The Impact of Entering of the Czech Republic into EU on Czech Steel Industry: Case of Třinecké železárny, a.s

The following paper assesses the impact of EU accession on the competitiveness of the Czech steel making companies, the position of the Czech steel industry in the European and global context . Case of ironworks Třinecké železárny shows obligations of membership, which the Czech steelworks must meet. The paper is divided into four parts, the first deals with the characteristics of the environment in which the Czech steel industry is currently found. In the next chapter I examine the steel industry in the following geographic units: the world, the European Union and the Czech Republic. The final chapter is devoted to importance of the accession to the EU for Třinecké železárny, a.s., including the environmental measures, which Trinecké železárny, a.s. had to take.

Cooperation of non-profit cultural institutions

In my paper I discuss the issue of cooperation between two cultural institutions in the peripheral part of Prague, namely the Chodovská Tvrz Cultural House and Cultural Center Zahrada. The first section is theoretical, and it is devoted to the non-profit sector from the national economy perspective. Subsequently, different types of non-profit organizations are defined. The theoretical section is concluded with a general description of the City of Prague 11 and its culture. The practical part of this paper is initially focused on the characterization of the aforementioned organizations. Next I discuss the activities and cooperation between these two cultural institutions which were merged to a non-profit organization in 2007.

Vycítí hmyzožraví ptáci rostliny volající o pomoc?

Two chapters in this thesis try to explain whether insectivorous birds can smell volatile compounds released by plants attacked by herbivorous insect, and use them as a cue to locate prey rich plants. First chapter describes field experiments with chemical induction of volatile compounds similar to those released during real herbivory. Second chapter depicts foraging behaviour of birds towards trees with "true" herbivory caused by live caterpillars in a cage experiment.
