Author: Ludmila Humpálová Title: Orthotic and prosthetic equipment for patients with diabetes Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to synthesise the information from the available literature and to deliver a summary of the basic of orthotic and prosthetic equipment used for patients with diabetes. Another objective is a description of equipment's basic manufacturing processes , mainly used for patients with diabetes. This thesis should help to clarify the most common options for equipment of patients with diabetes. Methods: The basis of the analytical part is literature review. In the practical part I have consulted my findings with experienced prosthetic. During the continuous practice I process an inventory of equipment options to patients with diabetes. An Out-patients? Programme for Drug Users

Hlavním záměrem této práce bylo definovat a popsat ambulantní program pro osoby v konfliktu se zákonem a zdůraznit význam zachování kontinuity této služby a možný přínos pro klienty i veřejnost. Při popisu a nastavení služeb programu jsme vycházeli ze zkušeností z praxe a snažili se srozumitelně obsáhnou kontext a realitu, do které vstupují potenciální klienty programu. Současně jsme se v práci snažili do určité míry shrnout základní pojetí drogových služeb ve vězení, jejich vývoj a zavádění v naší republice a více popsat na konkrétním programu sdružení Sananim. Definice služeb, jejich cíle a poslání se formovalo zejména v posledních 10 letech. Tento typ služeb pro uživatele drog ve specifickém prostředí vyžaduje zejména neustálou reflexi jejího nastavení a pojetí.

Na základě praxe a odborné literatury zformulovat odpovědi na jejich otázky. METODA: Metodou neformálního rozhovoru zjistit otázky, se kterými se rodiče v počátku tenisového vývoje dítěte nejčastěji zabývají. Zaměřuji se na turnaje věkové kategorie 6 - 9 let v pražském a středočeském kraji. VÝSLEDKY: Vytvoření a nabídnutí příručky rodičům, aby se lépe orientovali v začátcích tenisové přípravy. Rodiče nejvíce zajímala problematika týkající se tréninkové přípravy, tenisové výbavy, trenérů, oddílů, minitenisu, tenisových kempů a táborů, kondice, regenerace a samotných tenisových rodičů. Název práce: Analýza pohybových činností hráče fotbalu elitní výkonnosti Název práce v angličtině: Analysis of movement activities of elite football players Cíle práce: Stanovit současné požadavky na hráčskou funkci krajního záložníka u hráčů elitní výkonnosti a aplikování výsledků do tréninkové praxe. Metoda: Výzkum byl proveden metodou nepřímého pozorování videozáznamů přímých přenosů, které vysílala Česká televize z MS 2006. Analyzováni byli tři krajní hráči středové řady z mužstev, která se probojovala alespoň do semifinále turnaje. Každý hráč byl analyzován ve dvou zápasech. K výzkumu byla použita kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýza. Výsledky: Získané výsledky byly použity při hledání vývojových trendů ve hře krajních hráčů středové řady elitní výkonnosti, a také jako podklady pro tréninkový proces. The main theme of the thesis is to help and support employees who have been set free due to redundancy in the form of so-called outplacement. Thesis is also focused on describing the process of group outplacement, along with its advantages and disadvantages of group work of consultants with clients. The reader is brought into the context of the release of workers from organization by description of the various ways of the labor deployment of workers in the organization and beyond. Redundancy and its methods are given as background information for further study of the issue of outplacement. The objectives of outplacements, its content and brief development of outplacement counseling in our country and in the world are also mentioned. The outplacement process itself is divided into individual steps, which may serve as a guide on how to successfully help and advice dismissed workers to find new jobs. The part relating to the characteristics of group outplacement defines the role of outplacement consultant in the process and outlines the development of outplacement professional organizations. Practical information from the following parts is complementary to all theoretical information and thus creates a comprehensive look at the outplacement.

Organization culture and the options of their level ratings

The objective of this Bachelor thesis is the creating of new model of organization culture which can make organization culture possible to be evaluated with the emphasis on easy applicability and financial modesty in comparison to other commonly-used models. The creating of OC-4 model was based on the connections between the pices of knowledge from second bibliografy, author's ideas and the examples of practice. Functionality of the model was verified by applying the new model to two organizations through the structured and unstructed talks. The results of the model were analyzed and consequently discussed. The résumé and recommendations are situated in the end of Bachelor thesis. The new OC-4 model demonstrated his functionality and modesty so the targets met.

Evaluation of the sensitivity of fingers at a group of physiotherapists Objectives: The main objective of this study is to evaluate the sensitivity of the hand, specifically stereognosis and two-point discrimination, with groups of ten physiotherapists and ten participants in the control group of normal population and to identify which of these groups will have a better sensitivity of the hand and fingers. Another objective is to compare the results with the age of all participants and with length practice of physiotherapists. Methods: I used a few simple tests for two-point discrimination (two-point discrimination test) and stereognosis (shapes of objects and their material) to evaluation of sensitivity of fingers for research subjects. The results of a professional group I statistically compared with the results of control group, which was selected from the general population. Results: The results of the first type of sensation, stereognosis, were by a group of physiotherapists in comparison with the control group significantly improved. Individual times of physiotherapists were from the first order of best to the last of the worst always smaller than in the same order in the general population. Web Analytics: Identification of new trends

The goal of this thesis is to identify the main trends in the field of tools used to analyse web traffic. The necessary theoretical background is extracted from relevant literature and field research is chosen to gain knowledge of practitioners. Following trends have been identified: a growth in demand for Web Analytics software, an increasing interest in Web Analytics courses, an enlargment of measuring Web 2.0 and social networks, use of semantic information as the most fruitful section of academic research. The thesis also presents the main techniques of Web Usage Mining: association rules, sequential patterns, and clustering. A section about query categorization is also included. According to the field research, practitioners express most interest in clustering. The first two chapters present Web Analytics in general and introduce the main aspects of current applications. The third chapter covers theoretical research, the fifth one presents results of the field research. The fourth chapter raises the point that terminology of Web Analytics is not unified.

Metoda: Návrh a demonstrace, aplikace modelu cvičebního programu formou kasuistického zpracování, rozhovor.
