Verification of the Cyclus II for evaluating the performance and level of the training in the triathlon
Berka, Martin ; Kovářová, Lenka (advisor) ; Horčic, Josef (referee)
Title: Verifying the device Cyclus 2 for performance evaluation and training Triathlon Objective: The aim is to verify the suitability of the device Cyclus 2 for triathletes stressful diagnosis and suggest its use for performance evaluation and trénovanosti during RTC. Methods: The work is qualitative in nature with elements of the description and exploration. Results: The result of the work is to create a list of appropriate tests for analyzing training and performance in triathlon and their inclusion in the RTC. Then transfer the user interface device to create and czech manual for its operation in Czech. The most appropriate test for diagnosing trénovanosti and performance in triathlon roundedconsider a test that provides valuable information on growth performance during the annualtraining cycle. Another good test for triathletes is the Wingate test on the ability to work the muscles in the anaerobic mode. Test maximum cadence, maximum strength and CPI test is not stressful for the diagnosis of triathletes too important, but can be used to obtain an overall view of the level of cycling performance. Conconiho test can be used as a simpler butless accurate alternative test round. Keywords: cycling, diagnostics, perseverance

Aspects of the use of herbal preparations adult population in the Czech Republic
Knotek, Karel ; Kokoška, Ladislav (advisor) ; Zelený, Václav (referee) ; Jahodář, Luděk (referee)
The subject of this thesis is to map the approach and behaviour of the adult population in the Czech Republic as regards the use of plant products (PP), both medicinal plants and herbal dietary supplements. For the public, the high prevalence of PP is a good opportunity to use such plants for self-medication or to prevent illness. The general part of this thesis describes the characteristics and importance of both groups of plant products, as well as the topical issue of the choice, use and role of these plants in the world and in the Czech Republic on the basis of research. The practical part then presents the results of a questionnaire survey of people who use plant products - customers of pharmacies in selected regions of the Czech Republic: the capital, Prague, the Region of North Bohemia, and the Region of South Bohemia. Based on classification attributes the work monitors the public's approach and behaviour as regards the choice and means of acquiring and using PP and activity in relation to self-medication, such as consulting the suitable selection of PP or people informing their doctor that they are using PP. The work ascertains to what extent users know about and are aware of medicinal plants, how they are collected and used, and their properties on which the respondents base their choice...

Wikipedia viewer for mobile devices
Šurín, Tomáš ; Žemlička, Michal (advisor) ; Kopecký, Michal (referee)
Unlimited access to encyclopedic or other reference sources of information is considered by many people to be very convenient. Thanks to various mobile devices with Internet access, this is possible nowadays. There are, however, situations when there is no available Internet connection or the users are not willing to pay for it. Be-cause of this we decided to allow offline access to this kind of information to users of mobile devices. Specifically we are trying to provide data from encyclopedia Wikipedia. We have chosen this encyclopedia because it is very comprehensive, it has good quality content and its data is freely available. Wikipedia runs on MediaWiki system, which is used in hundreds of other online projects. Additionally many corporations are using MediaWiki to manage their internal knowledgebase. Hence our solution can also provide data from these projects. Solution was designed with simple extensibility in mind as we are planning to add support for other information sources.

Groupeas
Hrivík, Miroslav ; Hoksza, David (advisor) ; Eckhardt, Alan (referee)
Communication is one of the basic human expressions and needs. The Internet is ranked among its main means due to its flexibility, functionality and popularity. In this work I create application used for nonverbal form of communication. It is implemented as website accessible on the Internet. Specialization of this web system is in non-interactive communication of groups of people who are connected by common interest. Application users are allowed to communicate in chat rooms, create various groups with messages boards for their hobby clubs, send messages to other members or write own blog. Application support RSS, a family of web feed formats used to publish wall post of groups. Key features are good accessibility of service, intuitive application usage and multi-language support. Application is programmed in scripting language PHP. MySQL database is used as database management system of application data.

Graphic Calculator TI-89 Titanium
Pelcová, Kateřina ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor) ; Zhouf, Jaroslav (referee)
Summary: The purpose of my bachelor's work was to explore all the possibilities offered by graphic programmable calculator TI-89 Titanium and to create a tabular guide to functions with my personal experiences added. I wanted to show good features and benefits of using this calculator, but also to mention potential flaws and troubles, which every user should mind when making his calculations.

Compression corpus
Bertoli, David ; Žemlička, Michal (referee) ; Lánský, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design new structure of corpus, whose data won't be accessible for users, so that users can't specifically develop their compression algorithms focused on reaching good results in measured parameters. Next point of requirements is to develop test application, which will be able to test programs (algorithms) using designed corpus and store results of tests for creating complex statistic feedback of tested programs. Feedback will be accessible for signed users.

Selling of Trips on the Internet
Vondrová, Alžběta ; Sedláček, Jiří (advisor) ; Holeček, Jan (referee)
In the first chapter summarizes the work advantages and disadvantages of using the Internet, typical user and types of intangible goods, that are sold on the Internet. The second chapter describes traits of typical holiday, ways of payment, travel contract and selling of trips during the crisis. A comparison of statistical packages such as SPSS, STATISTICA, and SAS Enterprise Guide.
Torboněnko, Natalja ; Řezanková, Hana (advisor) ; Pecáková, Iva (referee)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to compare three statistical software packages when applied to analysis of categorical data. These packages are SPSS, STATISTICA , and SAS Enterprise Guide. They provide a wide variety of statistical and graphical techniques, and enable users to obtain the results of statistical procedures, without requiring programming. The comparison between these packages were based upon some features such as data input, capability to define missing values, value labels, producing a frequency tables (including multiple response), making a bar graphs, descriptive statistics, Binomial test, Chi-square goodness-of-fit test.

Unprofessional film-making and copyright law
Vitinger, Aleš ; Horný, Stanislav (advisor) ; Krsek, Libor (referee)
Main goal of this work was to map the area of copyright law connected with nonprofessional film-making. Due to fast expansion of the internet and digital media, the number of non-professional film-makers is increasing rapidly. And copyright law is not able to react on this change. Temporary Czech copyright law is strongly developed, with strong position of colective administrators of copyrights. For non-professional use is this situation quite unsuitable. Copyright laws are too strict and complicated and collective administrators are focused on professional use. The result is massive infringement of copyright laws. One of the answers is the Creative Commons iniciative, which proposed few licenses, based od copyright laws. These licenses can be published along with the artwork to encourage potential user to use the work without asking permission. Author can choose what rights would be limited, for example commercial use, or making derivative works. This bachelors work proves that Creative Commons licenses are good choice for non-professional film-maker. They bring simplicity and null costs, in comparison with complicated and expensive licensing from collectively administrated rights.

Routing simulation in wireless networks
Kouba, Jan ; Peterka, Jiří (referee) ; Kučera, Luděk (advisor)
This work deals with creation of system for routing simulation in wireless networks. System allows the user to enter relevant parameters for simulation and analyses the network. System can assign simulation parameters automaticaly based on chosen algorithm. First it counts node output powers and second communication routes. It is easy to add new algorithms. System is focused on user friendliness and good extensionality. The objective was not to implement realistic model of real network, but to create system where could be new algorithms tested. There is described architecture of the system in the work, so one can continue with development.
