Family and Divorce

The work "The Family and The Divorce" (Rodina a rozvod) discourses the problem of divorce - how it manifests in family life, life of the family members and especially the children. It is divided into six chapters. The first three chapters are talking about family and its necessity for life of every human being and about marriage and how to solve the marital problems constructively. The last three chapters concern divorce and problems linked with it. In the part concerning family the author writes about functions of a family, its evolution and actual situation of families in the Czech Republic. She deals with the importance of a family and its functionality for individual development. The author talks about divorce from the point of view of law, society and psychology and particularly discourses the child - possible consequences of divorce in child psychic and probably the best way for child - joint custody. On the other hand she discourses the Parental alienation syndrome, why and how it arises and how to reduce its effects. The work's targets define the most important problems which the child solves in connection with divorce of his or her parents. Is the divorce always stressful? Amenities in Czech collegiate chapters in the mid-14th century (on the example of Stará Boleslav, Litoměřice and Vyšehrad)

Majetkové zázemí českých kolegiátních kapitul prodělalo od svého vzniku značné proměny. Zpočátku byl kapitulní majetek užíván společně všemi kanovníky, jak naznačují zakládací listiny nejstarších českých kolegiát, v nichž jsou donace adresovány kapitulám jako jednotné instituci. Zatímco o společném soužití kanovníků pod jednou střechou panují určité pochybnosti, svůj majetek získávala kapitula skutečně jako celek. Někdy mohl být zvýhodněn představený kap i tu ly, l když tato praxe již odporovala původním ideálům. Jak kanovníci tento společný majetek užívali, není zcela jasné (zda se scházeli u jednoho stolu, což asi v případě ženatých kanovníků nepřicházelo v úvahu, nebo zda každý kanovník dostával nějaký procentuální podíl). V průběhu 12. a 13. století dochází k výrazným změnám ve skladbě kapitulního majetku a dosud společné jmění je rozděleno mezi jednotlivé kap i tuláry, kteří si své díly sami spravují a užívají jejich výnosy. Z kapitulního zboží se vydělují prebendy jako hmotné zajištění pro jednotlivé kanovníky, vedle toho pak zůstává část zboží nadále ve společném užívání celé kapitulní korporace, které slouží k zabezpečení provozu kostela a jeho výbavě, k vyplácení příspěvku kanovníkům přítomným v kapitulním kostele při bohoslužbách, případně jsou jako tzv. obedience pronajímány jednotlivým členům...

Respiratory Mechanics as Related to Discomfort Caused by Long-lasting Exertion in the Sitting Position

Theme: Relationship of respiratory mechanics to discomfort by longer lasting drain in sitting potion. Goal: To describe relationship between respiratory mechanics and discomfort - iťs influence on starting and evolution of discomfort; describe possible ways how to handle discomfort by breathing. Methods: An analysis of available literature by means of 'critical review', comparing each author and sequential valuation and searching of similar signs. The whole work is a theoretical base for next studies. Results: The work brought up useful information to the case of relations between respiratory mechanics, spine position and the change of hydrodynamics of cerebrospinal fluid by working in a monotone position, which after individua! long time force a man to take another position. The study brought up useful point of view on mutually chains of evens and shows next possible ways to solve problems of discomfort by monotone drain, when it gets to motory deprivation. We suggest accomplishing of text which should be a base for next studies and for segmentation into final grant report (MEYS 701 The creation of neuro- informatic databases and dare data-mining"). Typology of Quasi-states

Subject of my diploma thesis is typology of quasi-states. I primarily clarify and explain the defnition of sovereign states. After that I focus on the definition of quasi-state, which is in its fundamentals a deviation from a sovereign state. I define four basic categories of quasi-states based on analysis of international community during the active presence of UN, which reflect missing attributes of gregariousness at individual quasi-states. These are not meeting the geographical (experiental) charakteristics of gregariousness, partial limitations or full absence of internal sovereignty, partial limitations or full absence of external sovereignty or limitation of both internal and external sovereignty. I section these four categories into further subcategories. These break up the quasi-states according specific characteristics in given subcategories. There is a general description of characteritical trait at each subcategory that belong into the subcategory. Subsequently brief analytical case studies are being produced for each subcategory. Their objective is to clcarify specific traits of each subcategory and substantiate the presumed typology I conclude that in the times of UN we can witness steep growth of sovereign states, which have been very weak already at the time of its establishment. ABSTRACT This dissertation is a proposal of a strategical model for romany`s pupils education in Czech school system. This dissertation is conceived for primary and lower secondary schools teachers. Our goal was to make a model of the work with romany pupils which could be applied with some modifications for any basic schools where romany pupils are educated. It has been located to Náchod. It is a town where the current situation in education can be used as a good example for the similar educational problems we can observe in other towns of the Czech Republic. The dissertation includes many methodical suggestions which are designed for simple and useful practicing at schools. These suggestions should be used in order to solve various problems teachers still have and will probably have with Romany pupils. Tool for e-Book Creation

This work focus on problem with creating and maintaining multiple versions and formats of ebook with one source version. There is no tool supporting this kind of workflow at this time. The problem is solved by definition of one specification file holding all needed informations about the book and all result targets (result versions and formats) and by using templating languages and CSS preprocessors to create ebook content. This solution allows to easily create multiple versions of ebook and maintain only one source with possibility to use git (or any other version control system) to version the book. Also allows to display immediate visualization of how the book will look. There is also not small number of improvements in creation and maintenance workflow. Result of this work is one simple terminal application which controls whole process of compiling source files, packaging into result files and performing validations. Tool also provides local web server for displaying book in web browser with automatic refresh feature. Result tool also includes custom templating engine which makes easier to write book content.

This bachelor work is concerned with design of the remedy, how to improve the market position of the firm. In the first part of this work principles of Economy are used as initial view. Subsequent second part of work utilizes Economy principles for MISVO TRANS s.r.o. company dates. The result of this work is to design changes in the firm to reduce costs and to solve company problems to be able to survive in the time recession and prosper in the future.

ELECTRE methods: theory and applications

Multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is a field of decision theory concerned with analyzing discrete sets of variables evaluated by multiple criteria. Facilitating decisions in such situations are several methods, among them a family known as ELECTRE. Using threshold values and the concept of outranking, they allow for improved modeling of the uncertain nature of real systems. This thesis sets out to describe all of the basic ELECTRE methods, as well as several of their modifications and further extensions and aims to do so with a sufficient level of detail and using precise mathematical language. It also presents key applications of said methods and reviews their implementation in software. Lastly, it introduces a brand new software, ELIA, developed as a part of the thesis. It allows users to solve practical problems using four of the basic ELECTRE methods.

The analysis of financial management in selected municipalities

The main focus of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the financial economics of Stezery during the years 2010 to 2015. This village is located around 7 km from Hradec Kralove, inside Kralovehradecky region. The aim of this work is to find options on how to make better economics of the village and recommend possible actions. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretic and practice.
Theoretic part is focused on describing the concept of connecting to the village municipality, the budget of this municipality, authorities, incomes and costs. Briefly described are ideas for the village Stezery and propose an analysis of economics for it. The incomes and expenses of the municipal budget during the years 2010 to 2015 are solved in practice part. Except of the analysis of incomes and expenses there are a lot of economic indexes such as liquidity, analytical debt and budget balance, which illustrate the economics of the village.
There is an overall summary and evaluation of the minucupality is economics at the end of my bachelor thesis. According to established results were suggested to the municipality several recommendations.
