This bachelor thesis is focused on the "Marketing of sale of the property" and it mainly deals with the availability of information, which are provided to the customers. Further amendment of the law on real estate transfer tax, when the newly passed tax burden on the buyer, how does this change in the law on the real estate market, the realtor, the seller or the buyer. The subsequent resolution of disputes or complaints in the purchase/sale of real estate and the analysis of the time that is needed to meetings and to the conclusion of the contract through a realtor or without her help. The work consists of the theoretical part and the practical. In the first part are mainly specified the basic concepts related to marketing, in the second part it is applied to marketing research in practice. In conclusion are described proposals and possible recommendations for improvement.

The diploma thesis Impact of the economic crisis on the construction market and the current trends in the construction sector focuses mainly on the development of the Czech construction market in relation to the economic crisis of 2008-2009, while looking for conjunctions with macroeconomic indicators. It also describes the following period of development of the construction sector with an emphasis on current trends. Exemplifying how this is implemented into practice, the diploma thesis includes a description of the activities of a group of companies called EBM Group.

The theoretical part is concerned with defining basic concepts and theories connected with the subject of this bachelor thesis. The empirical part deals with the questionnaire survey and controlled interviews. The practical part serves as a basis for verifying set hypotheses. The thesis is concluded by evaluating the empirical part, and proposing recommendations for the construction companies.

In the first part I focused on theoretical information about marketing mix, SLEPT analysis, marketing strategy and budget. The practical part describes the characteristics of company ALPINE Bau CZ as and a marketing plan for this company.
Preparation and financing of construction contracts during its life cycle, from the viewpoint of a contractor

The thesis engages in an assessment of financing the building contract from the view of a contractor. In the introduction of a theoretical part there is concisely characterized the meaning and current state of the construction market in the Czech Republic. Then there is a basic description of the characteristics of the building and construction market, followed by a description of the life cycle of construction contracts. Main attention on the theoretical part is paid to the possible ways of financing the building contract from the view of the constructor. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two examples. In the first example, an analysis of financing the building contract from the view of the constructor or construction company can be seen. Following the method of financing the business activity of the construction company is a financial analysis of its capital structure with subsequent evaluation of the results. The second example contains processing of progress financing of the building contract using a form of forfaiting, i.e. redemption of medium-term debt.

These parts are both based on processed theoretical basis and they are a practical application of marketing processes in civil engineering. Along processing the emphasis has been posed to maximalization of positive effect during the plan implementation and changes of the company’s marketing processes.

And finally assembling the sales prices of housing units and a comparison of prices with the real estate market.
