Diplomová práce se zabývá developerskými cenami stavebních objektů. Součástí práce je zpracovat metodiku ocenění objektů podle etap životního cyklu, ve kterých developerská činnost probíhá. Objasnit rozdíl mezi stavebním a realitním trhem. V praktické části se zabývám popisem konkrétní nemovitosti a sestavením rozpočtu na základě projektové dokumentace. A nakonec sestavením prodejní ceny bytové jednotky a srovnání této ceny s realitním trhem. This thesis deals with developers prices buildings. The work process methodology for the valuation of objects according to their life cycle stages in which the development activity takes place. Explain the difference between construction and real estate market. In the practical part is concerned with the description of a specific property and constructing a budget based on project documentation. And finally assembling the sales prices of housing units and a comparison of prices with the real estate market.
