At the first, theoreticaly part of the thesis I define a free time, recreation, life style and their relation. At practically part are writes down all areas and places for sport, including children{\crq}s playground and recreation places in České Budějovice. Every one of them has described placing, extent and equipment. Than are these objects drawe in the map.

This bachelor thesis concerns the problematic of social networks and their usage for marketing purposes. In theoretical part there are described tools of the most famous social site -- Facebook, that are usable for marketing purposes, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. In practical part there is analysed outdoor segment and suitable usage of social networks as Facebook. Furthermore analysis of electivity and current usefulness is done. In last practical part there are suggested and realized suitable Facebook tools, that company NorthFinder will use for marketing purposes as well as for feedback from users. Analysis of Facebook outputs is also done including the possible usage of these data for future development

Marketing strategy of a selected outdoor brand

This thesis deals with present marketing activities of the Czech outdoor brand LOAP. Theoretical part handles basic concepts of marketing theory - marketing conception, marketing mix, marketing strategy and brand managament. Analytical part describes outdoor market, competition on the market and present circumstances on this market. It analyses present marketing activties of the LOAP brand and it suggests alternations and future feasible solutions. Closing part of the thesis includes questionnaire inquiry into consumers buying habits and awareness of the LOAP brand.

Outdoor - building teams in an organization

This bachelor's thesis deals with a form of outdoor method of teambuilding in organizations. The methodic part introduces a general conception of building teams including work and cooperation in teams, team roles and teams within organizations. In conclusion the main concept of teambuilding is outlined trough the use of experience education. The practical part is dedicated to particular forms of outdoor programs in the Czech Republic and their influence over team members with response to rope course centre. This bachelor's thesis should serve as practical manual for personnel clerks, organizations seeking teambuilding expertise and also to suppliers of these services.
