Labour market and the international mobility of the labour force
Kaczor, Pavel ; Macáková, Libuše (advisor) ; Breňová, Lubomíra (referee) ; Hazuka, Ladislav (referee)
The main subject of this project is the international migration of the labour force. There are two questions which it responds to. The first one: Is it necessary for the Czech labour market to use the foreigners (immigrants) labour force? The second one: Is there a risk of abnormal work emigration and shortage of the Czech national labour force as a result of it? The first part of this project describes current situation at the Czech labour market, potential impacts of the shortage of the labour force and the main factors that are able to improve the situation at the labour market. There are particular analysis in the second part of this project. The object of them are the migration differences among EU countries as same as the imigration and emigration flows of the labour force. One marginalized but very important migration factor is mentioned in the part 8. This is related to differences in child benefits in EU countries. In the part 9 I realized my own empirical survey. It is concentrated on the work migration and migration motives in three various regions in the Czech republic. The result of this dissertation is: 1) The work imigration to the Czech republic is necessary and adequate. 2) The work emigration of the Czech labour force is marginal and not dangerous for the Czech firms and Czech labour market.

Rhymomat
Vytisková, Zuzana ; Bojar, Ondřej (advisor) ; Spousta, Miroslav (referee)
This thesis studies the possibilities of transformation of standard Czech text to a rhymmed form including design and implementation of a program for this transformation. The program uses the following oportunities: substitution of a word by its synonym, insertion of a word and ommitting of a world. The tesis also proposes an automatic measure for selecting the best rhymmed version and a comparison of this metric with human judgement. The first part of this thesis describes literal-theoretic concepts and their representation. The key algorithm of rhymming in three phases is described in the next chapter. These three phases are progressively solving rhymming, keeping the number of syllabls in a verse and distribution of word stresses in a verse, which allows both syllabic and syllabotonic approach, optionally with rhymming or without it. The thesis continues by a description of the metric and its experimental certification including a discussion of possible extensions of methods of the transformation. The work contains a programming and user documentation for the implemented program too.

Use of filter algorithms in cluster analysis
Pacovský, Matěj ; Antoch, Jaromír (advisor) ; Novák, Petr (referee)
The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first two chapters I give the overview of clustering data analysis, I present definitions of terms used in the work and describe the k-means algorithm. Third chapter focuses on the filtering algorithm that uses heuristics when algorithm pass throught the MRKD-tree. The fourth chapter describes the x-means algorithm that uses all of the above-mentioned findings. In the fifth chapter I test all algorithms both on artificial and real data from physics. In some cases I refer to the WEKA program where the x-means algorithm is implemented. Algoritms that are discussed in this thesis are intended only for objects described by quantitative variables. They are also suitable for large datasets. In the attached CD I present the implementation of algorithms in Matlab language.
