Experience with European Infrastructural Projects (ESFRI) and Cooperation in ERIC (European Research Infrastructure Consortium) and Connected Communication (Free Access to Information) with European Commission
Kolman, Jiří
I work in Global Change Research Centre AS CR, v. v. i., where within Operational Program Research and Development for Innovations is realised project CzechGlobe that is hand in hand with other national and European projects interdisciplinary focusing on climate change research. One of the key activities of the Centre is involvement in international networks examining fluxes of greenhouse gases (ICOS ESFRI), participation in experimental measurement of fluxes in various ecosystems in the ESFRI ANAEE and currently is Centre involved in preparation of international measurement of aerosols in the atmosphere in European cooperation ACTRIS. International cooperation within EU framework programmes and ERIC brings not only benefits but we can see also some challenges that faces each European consortium. In my article are analysed following aspects: 1) Pros and cons of consortium agreements of the FP projects and ESFRI cooperation. 2) Aspects of intellectual property and open data policy. 3) Open Access – Access to data and research infrastructure 4) Related communication with European Commission from the point of view of free access to the information legislation.

Extracellular microRNAs and their role in pathologies especially in the field of gynecology and obstetrics.
Štěrbová, Monika ; Hromadníková, Ilona (advisor) ; Balušíková, Kamila (referee)
microRNAs (miRNAs) represent a relatively newly discovered group of RNA molecules and they serve to regulate gene expression. In spite of processes of differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis, miRNAs influence the whole biological systems, such as embryogenesis, oncogenesis, and immunity. There have been a number of experiments in recent years concerning diagnoses and predictions of complications during pregnancy, and tumour growth. Extracellular miRNA molecules participating in circulation of patients are used in the non-invasive diagnostics. RNA molecules usually get into the extracellular fluid during the apoptosis process. I chose four diseases, which extracellular miRNA have diagnostic potential - preeclampsia, intrauterine growth retardation, gestational diabetes mellitus and breast cancer - for my work. An aberrant expression of different levels of various extracellular miRNAs has been reported in these diseases but the clinical use of microRNAs in the diagnosis and prediction of those still requires further research and optimization. Keywords: breast cancer, extracellular nucleic acids, fetal growth retardation, gestational diabetes mellitus, microRNA, PCR, preeclampsia

State-Owned Enterprise
Hokr, Tomáš ; Horáček, Vít (advisor) ; Plíva, Stanislav (referee)
The primary focus of this thesis is a state-owned enterprise, its basic characteristics, the State-Owned Enterprise Act as its principal source of legislation and its status given by some other laws. The state-owned enterprise is a state organization and a specific organizational legal form of business through which the state carries out management of its property, carries on a business and thereby fulfills the purpose for which state-owned enterprise was founded. Specificity is manifested mainly by its property itself, the relationship to that property, the way of establishment and by performance of quasi-shareholders' rights. The main attribute of state-owned enterprises and state organizations in general is incapacity of possession of property rights. Inability of ownership does not only contrast with the ability to bind, but also raises questions concerning the legal personality. The relationship to the property has been expressed by rather vague "right to manage", which has not been used yet. The state-owned enterprise is regulated mainly by the State-Owned Enterprise Act. This regulation, though very brief in scope, has the ambition to be comprehensive legislation for state-owned enterprises. Nevertheless it is not sufficient for the treatment of all possible legal relations arising from the...

Andrej Bělocvětov - Theakston 1923-1997
Šrejma, Josef ; Wittlich, Petr (referee) ; Lahoda, Vojtěch (advisor)
Andrej Belocvetov first dedicated his efforts to chiaroscuro still life paintings and portraits, often using heavy, pasty brushstrokes. He let himself be inspired by the work of Frans Hals and Rembrant. He also paints urban landscapes and still life work in various impressionistic variations. A very important factor influencing the artistic expression of Andrej's life was his synesthesia - in his case it was a neural connection between music and colours, the so-called coloured hearing. For Andrej, the fifties were a period of surrealist tendencies on the one hand, and to Picasso-like Classicism and the new German Objectivity of George Grosz and Otto Dix. Andrej paints portraits of women and children and still life paintings. He is diagnosed with severe epilepsy. Belocetov's health problems culminate in the fifties and persist during the sixties. The author himself spoke about "Neosurrealism", and even though he was familiar with Surrealist methods and techniques, he never really felt bound by them. He created freely, guided only by his imagination. He also put a great emphasis on the graphic aspect of the painting. He participates in group exhibitions of the Máj 57 movement in 1957 and 1958 in Prague, in 1958 in Warsaw (where he is not personally present), and in 1964 in Prague. In 1958, he has his first...

Property relations between spouses
Kettnerová, Karin ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jan (referee)
81 Summary Common property of the spouses The common property of the spouses is an essential institution marital property law since August the 1st 1998. Until then, there was no mutual co-spouses. The common property of spouses is the unity and indivisibility of the legal property of spouses, without their interests were expressed in common property. Common property may arise only between spouses, not between companions. Common property of spouses may arise in two wals, on the basis of law - by the emergence of a marriage, even invalid; or by contract form of a notarial deed, which is a joint property of spouses postponed to the date of dissolution of marriage, in addition to the usual things forming equipment household. After the conclusion of this contract, each spouse acquires property only for himself. If the spouses acquire property together then it becomes the subject of their co - mutual. The subject of common property of spouses acquired certain assets and commitments of the spouses or both together for the duration of the marriage. From the joint property of spouses under the act is excluded property acquired by inheritance or gift, the property acquired by one spouse for property belonging to his exclusive property and affairs, which serves the personal use of only one spouse and the case issued...

Effect of feeding MDOCTM the atherogenic process in experimental / / model of atherosclerosis.
Tomalová, Pavla ; Nachtigal, Petr (advisor) ; Kopecký, Martin (referee)
Influence of MDOCTM Administration on Atherogenic Process in the Experimental Model of Atherosclerosis. Mgr. Pavla Tomalová In this study we investigated prospective hypolipidemic and anti - inflammatory effects of modified oxidized cellulose (MDOC). In the therapy of hyperlipidemia and blood - vessel complications (atherosclerosis) there are used the most considerable substances - statins, today. However, it was also documented, that feed dietary roughage has positive influence on cardiovascular system, inclusive of cholesterol level. MDOC (polyanhydroglucuronic acid), because of it's properties can be classified probably as the soluble fibre. We used apoE deficient mice as the model of atherosclerosis, fed by atherogenic diet. We analyzed levels of total cholesterol and other lipoprotein fractions and serum concentrations of inflammatory markers (IL-6 and VCAM-1) in blood. Total cholesterol concentrations were assessed enzymatically by conventional diagnostic methods and spectrophotometric analyses. For the detection of VCAM-1 expression in aortic sinus and part of aortic arch we used imunohistochemical methods and for quantification of VCAM-1 expression we used stereological methods. Biochemical analyses results showed that MDOC administration did not affect levels of total cholesterol, VLDL cholesterol,...

The permanent diaconate as a paradigm of ecclesiastic services
Šourků, Jindřich ; Kohut, Pavel Vojtěch (advisor) ; Novotný, Vojtěch (referee)
Anotation THE PERMANENT DIACONATE AS A PARADIGM OF ECCLESIASTIC SERVICES The Permanent diaconate, that have on the west extinction to practically for a thousand years, was restoration on the Second Vaticans council, practised on the years 1962-1965. It is the congregational sacrament, that can to give away to the married and the single man. In the present-day side by side there has been double diaconate, permanent and transient. That be related to yet used linear model congregational sacraments. Much better is the pyramidal model for to express congregational sacrament, which theological faithful shows the plentitude of the priesthood episcopacy, whereon the diaconate and the presbyter every one his specific way participate. The centre of diaconate is the action "in personnel Christi-Servi",which about to be also central structural member of the deacon's spirituality. He succeed Christ - Servant, which did not come be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Deacon has be bearer of the Spirit services and in others Christian he has to wake up that Spirit.

Semerádová, Daniela ; Trnka, Miroslav ; Hlavinka, Petr ; Balek, Jan ; Bohovič, Roman ; Tadesse, T. ; Hayes, M. ; Wardlow, B. ; Žalud, Zdeněk
The use of satellite data offers a potentially well usable tool to accurate drought monitoring. The study examines the space-time possibility of agricultural drought detection using freely available data from the MODIS instrument onboard Terra and Aqua satellites that reflects vegetation condition. Vegetation greenness metrics used in this study are based on the spectral reflectance curves in the visible red and near-infrared part of the spectrum and are expressed in relation to the average for the period of 2000-2014. The results are presented in weekly time step for the whole area of the Czech Republic, and are compared to the drought monitor system, based on the SoilClim dynamic model for soil water content estimates. These data, as well as other parameters, such as soil properties and land use, are integrated at 500 meters spatial resolution.

Vliv klíštěcích slin na fagocytózu borelií dendritickými buňkami
MARŠÁLKOVÁ, Eliška
In this study we examined the effect of the tick saliva from I. ricinus and the effect of recombinant protein IRS-2 from the saliva of I. ricinus on dendritic cells derived from the mice bone marrow. We studied their effect on the production of cytokines by dendritic cells after the stimulation by B. burgdorferi, their effect on the expression of genes, that participate in phagocytosis, and the impact of the tick saliva on phagocytosis of B. burgdorferi by dendritic cells.
