Biological and Social Reguirements of Oncological Treated Child

The theory portion of the thesis is dedicated to the issue of cancer during childhood. The first chapter concentrates on possible causes for the genesis of the oncological disease in children. It also describes the kinds and types of children's tuber. The next chapter focuses on the developmental psychology of a child from birth through adolescence. The thesis is focused on children's vital needs so the chapter describes biological, mental and social needs. The chapter which deals with the socialisation of a child, describes the reintegration of him/her into society, specifically resocialisation and the importance of the child's interpersonal relationships after oncological treatment. Social worker's role in the department of the children's oncology is divided into communication with a child and with his family and to benefits for peole with disabilities. The final chapter of the theory portion of the thesis describes organisations which care for children who are treated for oncological disease. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to propose possible changes in satisfying children's needs during oncological treatment. Qualitative research for picking data is chosen in view of the aim and focus of the thesis, this research enables deeper exploration of the given issues. Questioning and technique of half structured interview are chosen as methods of research. The diagram of the questions which are prepared in advance is composed of the fields of children's biological, mental and social needs, these children are oncological patients in Clinic of children's oncology in Brno. A method of repetitive pattern called gestalts is chosen for an analysis of discovered data. Six children's patients, who were intentionally selected in Clinic of children's oncology in Brno, form a research complex. Parents are engaged into the research due to addition of children's answers and they answer a range of questions about themselves. The results of the practical part of the thesis shows that the influence of cancer treatment leads to a greater or lesser changes in satisfying the living needs of children. Side effects of the oncological treatment include absence of appetite, sickness or fatigue and make day to day life difficult. Experience and perception of cancer treated children go through the ordeal and many changes, from which it is necessary to set out first of all the positives that indicate to children. Child's oncological treatment has an impact on relationships within a family. Relationship between five children and their parents has been already consolidated during treatment. In looking at six siblings relationships, it was noted that three of them became stronger, however two children became alienated from their siblings. Relating to relationships between these children and their classmates no negative response showed up, they were supported by a class. In regards to relationships between friends, children did not lose contact with them, their friends supported them and keep in touch with them by means such as the Internet, letters or visits. The results show that awareness about social benefits and assistance options is very satisfying. A social coordinator provides high-quality counseling and support for children and their parents. The thesis confirmed the fact that issues related to oncological treatment bring a lot of changes in the field of child's vital needs. The thesis could serve parents whose children become ill and it could serve as a valuable source of information for others who know a child who is fighting oncological disease.

Problems of folk costume in the Vysoké nad Jizerou area

By revealing mostly not yet researched or up to this time neglected sources, new facts have been discovered, which put the research in the problems of folk dressing in the cultural area of Giant and Jizera mountains to a new level. The author directed his attention to the history of folk dressing in the Vysoké nad Jizerou area since the probably oldest references coming from the beginning of the 18th century. He succeeded in documenting individual generations variabilities of the folk dressing in the area of Vysoké nad Jizerou, how this dressing was involved by the urban fashion during the 19th and 20th century up to its use within the frame of "svéráz" movement and the specific use of the offcasted folk costumes in the present time. During the exploration there have been found some dressing specifies in the microarea of Vysoké nad Jizerou given by the economic, cultural, social, ethnic and geographic conditions of the explored area. The "Problems of Folk Costume in the Vysoké nad Jizerou Area" is the first complex work on this subject. It offers a basis for further studies connected with the exploration of folk clothing in the cultural area of Giant- and Jizera mountains.

Legal regime of water related land

in English This thesis deals with the legal regime of land-related waters. The initial part of the thesis explores relations pertaining to water and land. The main part of the thesis concentrates on legal aspects of land-related waters, powers of watercourse managers in respekt of such land and the legal regime of land connected with water structures, with an emphasis placed on the current legislative aspects of ponds and wells. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the general water protection in respect of land, in particular with water-resource protection zones and vulnerable areas. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to land-related issues of anti-flood protection, especially to limitations applicable to owners of property in flood zones.

Financing of promoting physical activity by the towns with extended scope

Title: Financing of promoting physical activity by the towns with extended scope Aims: Purpose of this work is to explore and analyze condition of financing of promoting physical activity in the towns with extended scope in Czech Republic. I am focusing on budget of towns with extended scope, analyzing of sport financing in these towns, analyzing of profit or loss of sport facilities, utilization of grants, the citizen attitude with this problem and the functionality of departments of sport. Methods: The work is descriptively-analytical. Collecting of data is done by recherché and questionnaire. Analysis and comparison will be used for evaluation of data. I will research whether the number of population is correlated with the amount of money put into the promotion of physical activity and with the number of workers in the Sports Department etc. Results: The towns with extended scope are recognized the importance of physical activities and they are very active to seek financial resources to support them. However, in many smaller municipalities with extended scope is not personnel involved in the sport at all, or this issue is passed on someone as a part-time. Educational Activities in Family and Maternity Centers

The thesis "Educational Activities in Family and Maternity Centers" discusses family and maternity centers in Czech republic. The work explores the changes in the roles of motherhood and fatherhood and puts them into the context of the functions of family and maternity centers. In the thesis is explained possible sorting of centers and history of family and maternity centers in Czech republic and Germany, where the concept originated. A great deal of the thesis is devoted to educational activities in family and maternity centers. Presented are educational activities of Síť mateřských center (Network of maternity centers in Czech republic) and Ligy otevřených mužů (Open men's league) in collaboration with family and maternity centers. Closer is described four Prague center (A centrum, Nová Trojka, Pecička and Children clubs Karlík and Osmík), which have a different history, formal organization and preoccupation. Differences in educational activities in these centers are put into context with other facts and the development of family and maternity centers in Czech republic.

Nursing care of the child with constitutional dermatitis

ABSTRACT Constitutional dermatitis is one of the most frequent skin diseases that come into being especially on an allergic basis. Establishing the number of individuals suffering from this disease is immensely difficult, although its growth has become obvious in recent years. Combined with this, the need of sufficient information in relationship with this diagnosis has grown, too. The thesis is aimed at surveying the knowledge of nurses in this field and at establishing the situation in the field of providing information on regime measures. Further, the thesis is aimed at surveying the informedness of parents of children suffering from constitutional dermatitis and verifying whether the measures related to this disease are observed. Altogether, five such work hypotheses were formed. The first hypothesis found out the differences in the knowledge of nurses in dermatological and pediatric surgeries, on the questions of the lifestyle of children suffering from constitutional dermatitis. The second hypothesis found out, whether parents requesting information on the disease, more frequently turn to nurses in the surgeries of pediatricians than to those in dermatological surgeries. The third hypothesis focused on surveying the informedness of parents of children concerning regime measures. The fourth hypothesis focused on surveying the parents{\crq} informedness of associations of patients suffering from this disease. The last, fifth hypothesis dealt with surveying the situation in observing the regime measures related to this disease. The second, third and fourth hypotheses were confirmed within the actual research, while the first and fifth hypotheses were not confirmed. The research was carried out in the Regions of South Bohemia and West Bohemia, in cooperation with the doctors and nurses in dermatological and pediatric surgeries. The quantitative exploration research, using the method of questioning was applied. The technique of data collection was that of an anonymous questionnaire. For the research purposes, two kinds of questionnaires were handed out, a different questionnaire for nurses and a different one for the parents of children suffering from constitutional dermatitis. The research set consisted of about 30 nurses from the above institutions, and 45 parents of children suffering from constitutional dermatitis. The outcomes of the research were summed up in the research part of this thesis and compared with expert literature and my experience. The information obtained from this thesis gave rise to a manual for pediatric nurses that contains basic information related to the questions of constitutional dermatitis. A great contribution of this thesis is the possibility to compare the theoretical knowledge of nurses and its practical use in everyday life and nursing care.

in English Obstacles to work as a set of legal facts have fundamental influence on employment relations and concern each and every employee as well as employer (correlatively). The goal of this thesis was to explore this area of employment law thoroughly and to indicate individual rights and duties of both parties in employment relations, including those which surpass the Labour Code and its implementing legislation. This was to be accomplished by providing a comprehensive treatise on the subject with solutions to possible unexpected situations not covered in the Labour Code. Obstacles to work are defined as legally acknowledged circumstances that - on the part of the employee - impede or forbid the performance of work, and - on the part of the employer - impede or forbid the assignment of work, in cases when the employee"s absence from work is excused by the employer in compliance with the terms stated by employment laws, internal regulations or employment contract. Compensatory wage or salary and conditions of payment to idle workers are determined by the above-mentioned documents. The prevention of spinal injury at primary school

The diploma dissertation is specialized in the prevention of the spinal injuries at the primary school. The goal of the exploration is finding out the condition of the prevention of the spinal injuries at the primary school and controling of the student's opinion in the issue of the people with physical disability. The results are used as a base for the creation of the new conception of the spinal injuries prevention. The theoretical part describes the history of the spinal injuries and determinates the spinal injury, the Frankel's spinal injuries categories, the statistics of the children's injuries according to the State health institute and the rules of the first aid by the suscipion of the spinal injury. This part contain preventive encouragement concerning the school injuries, sport and transport injuries and in-house injuries. The problem of identity in the Martinican literature of the 20th century

The document seeks to explore the problem of the (re)construction of an authentic identity in the twentieth-century Martinican literature. Outlining the everyday reality of the island, the work tries to itemize the principal traumatisms of the Martinican post-slavery society that the litterature adopts, striving to find for them the proper remedy. Moreover, analysing the concrete pieces of Aimé Césaire, Édouard Glissant and Patrick Chamoiseau, the document shows the actual evolution of the identity search in the Martinican literature as well as the cultural and literary means that the Martinican writers use to overcome finally the identity and cultural alienation of their original society, and presents at the same time the possible future developpement of the Martinican identity itself.

The Dynamics of The Self-concept of Self-development Music Therapy Group Participants.

This thesis pursues an issue of dynamics of the self?concept of self?development music therapy group participants. The intention is to investigate how participants evaluate their personal development in relation to passing the seminar. The theoretical part deals with self-concept as a dynamic part of the self. Its development is not related only to maturation but also to lifelong psycho-spiritual growth. Then it introduces a self-actualization theory. Self-knowledge and integration of unconscious part of the self is crucial for fulfillment of personal potential. That is possible also through music therapy. The practical part explores subjectively conceived self-development in non-intensive music therapy group. The research group consists of participants of a voice therapy seminar. The research is carried out by interviews, then processed by thematic coding and sorted into typology. Respondents reveal progress in preview of long-term-solved psyche problems, in integrating newly emerged problems and changes in communication.
