Design of Lacquer Thickness Meter
Rzyman, Michal ; Sládek, Josef (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a device designed to measure the thickness of the paint. The aim of the thesis is to design a device that is visually attractive and has a well-designed ergonomics. The result of the work is a hand-held device that comes out of the shape of a pen. The grip parts are designed from soft plastic and the buttons are appropriately spaced. The whole device is designed in an elegant shape inspired by the automotive industry. Particular benefits for this area can be, above all, these things. Compact shaping, using the latest technology, namely USB type C, electronic gyroscope or Transreflex LCD display. The overall benefit of the work is a different new look at the traditional design and the whole concept of measuring devices.
Cavitation heater
Rovder, Juraj ; Závorka, Dalibor (referee) ; Rudolf, Pavel (advisor)
This report is considering an equipment that is using cavitation to heat water. The theoretical part explains basic principles of its function and different types of such device. Following chapters describe a construction of used heater and an experiment carried out on this device. The results of the experiment are collected and evaluated. The final part of the thesis contains suggested adjustments of the given cavitation heater.
IoT Application Deployment Platform
Hrvol, Marek ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this work is simplifying deployment of Internet of Things in households or smaller companies and also reducing the need of maintenance of created network.  Main goal of this web application is creating platform capable of deploying applications across ARM single-board computers. Moreover, application provides intuitive preview of all registered devices including its state, shows all the necessary data and informs user about failures on devices.
mHealth a IoMT in professional sports
Zenkl, Lukáš ; Potančok, Martin (advisor) ; Smutný, Zdeněk (referee)
The following bachelor thesis is focused on implementation proposal of mHealth and IoMT elements for professional martial arts. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of mHealth implementation for professional sports in order to increase performance, better regeneration and thus prevent injury. The first section of this thesis discusses the main concepts behind mHealth, IoT, and IoMT technologies. Followed by the role of mHealth in modern healthcare, and the impacts of IoT and IoMT within the current healthcare field. The second part of theses delimits mHealth, IoMT technologies, as well as defines their roles within professional sports. The next part analyses the current overall awareness and use of these modern technologies within the field of sports. Based on the results of this analysis, the implementation itself is proposed in the next part. The last part deals with the evaluation of the success of the implementation and the benefits for the athletes.
Interdisciplinary metrology in the field prosthetist-orthotist
Drnková, Jana ; Černý, Pavel (advisor) ; Mikšíčková, Petra (referee)
Title: Interdisciplinary metrology in the field prosthetist - orthotist Objectives: The main objective of this work is to give a comprehensive overview of the available and used methods of measurement tools used within the field orthotist - prosthetist with regard to interdisciplinary cooperation mostly with doctors and physiotherapists. Method: The work was developed using the method of qualitative data collection of research articles, literature and oral information obtained from experts in the field, which was subsequently traced in written form, so everything was underpinned by relevant literature. Result: In the field orthotist - prosthetist there is a large and diverse range of measurements with various devices on which it is produced by an orthotic, prosthetic or calceotic device. Measurements must be performed as accurately as possible, always with respect to the used product and to a patient who will use the product. What is important is cooperation with doctors when taking radiographs especially when making the torso braces or corrective braces for limbs. Keywords: measurement, prosthetics, orthotics, calceotics, apparatus, balance weights

Irena Malá School: Charles university, Prague 1st Faculty of Medicine Institut of Theory and Practice of Nursing Vídeňská 800, 140 59 Prague 4 - Krč Program: Health Care Administration Title: Early postoperative care of the patient with the left ventricular assist device HeartMate II Diploma thesis supervisor: PhDr. Hocková Jana, PhD. Number of pages: 170 Number of attachments: 41 Year: 2013 Key words: early postoperative care, hypotermia, blood transfusion, fluid resuscitation, perioperative cardiovascular dysfunction, pharmacologic support, ventricular assist device HeartMateII, monitoration, device, cardiac arrhythmias, ventilation management, postoperative anticoagulation, glycemic kontrol, renal insufficiency, nutrition, nursing, complications, physiotherapy, psychological aspects The occurrence of the heart failure is similar to an epidemic with high mortality. This fact, together with stagnate or even decreasing number of suitable donors, led to a need of replacing the heart pump activity with an artificial one. Mechanical cardiac support systems are sophisticated devices that are able to support a certain period of time or completely replace the function of the heart as a pump. The indications implantation of mechanical cardiac support is significant symptomatic heart...
Motor driver for aerospace applications

This bachelor thesis deals with electric excitation circuit 28V / 1A for aerospace applications. The proposal involves specifying requirements for power, durability and noise excitation circuit further proposal block trade, power, power and control of the driver circuit. The last part is focused on linking individual blocks into a functional whole.
Problems of patients with long-term cardiac support
Ondráčková, Lucie ; Pavlíková, Pavla (advisor) ; Černá, Alena (referee)
Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is devoted to heart failure, given that it is patients with end stage heart failure is a long-term cardiac support implemented. It is described surgical treatment of heart failure and various cardiac support. A separate section is devoted to long-term cardiac support-Heart Mate II. Conclusion The theoretical part is devoted to the specifics of treatment of patients with established long-term cardiac support. The empirical part of the paper maps out the problems of patients with established long- term cardiac support. The method used to implement the survey questionnaire. The studied group consisted of 21 patients with established long-term cardiac support in outpatient care. Reconnaissance survey conducted in the outpatient department of heart failure IKEM in Prague. The work shows that although the introduction of cardiac support for patients and mentally demanding affects their daily life, most of them feel improvements in your health and well-established cardiac support perceived as a chance to wait for a heart transplant.
