Copyright and internet-focused on personal data protection on social networks

Herein presented thesis focuses on a very complicated relationship between the Internet and selected law areas. Its aim is to emphasize the influence of information technologies on law; specifically it examines challenges which these technologies present to the copyright law and data protection. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first and the second chapter with respect to the comprehensiveness of the topic, which they describe, do not have ambitions to analyse the issue in detail; they rather present it in broader and more general context. On the other hand chapter three and four discuss specific data protection and social network issue much deeper. The conclusion of the paper is considered as a certain summary and demonstration of author's thoughts and opinions towards analyzed issue. The first chapter aimed to describe specific environment of the Internet including its origin and development. This chapter also deals with law aspects of the Internet while it presents various considerations that characterise the relationship between law and the Internet, their mutual interaction and challenges they have to face in this environment. Práce popisuje jak pozitivní vlivy těchto technologií na společnost, tak negativní vlivy, které přináší.

The Internet and copyright - modes of the use and scope of protection of the work (traditional usage, peer-to-peer networks, email...) The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the relation between the internet and copyright. The aim of the thesis is to analyse modes of the use (traditional usage, peer-to- peer networks, inking, e-mail...) and scope of protection of the work on the internet from the legal point of view and also to explore new ways, alternatives and potential changes of this conception. The reason for my research is the fact, that the internet is new, dynamic, and one of the most important phenomena of the current interconnected world and copyright hardly keeps up with it. The thesis consists of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of copyright on the internet. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis. Firstly, it describes the internet as a legal term and provides a short view of its history. Rhetoric of users selected asynchronic discussions on the Internet.

Master thesis called "Users rhetoric of selected asynchronous discussions on the Internet" studies culture of language and rhetorical cultivation in the selected discussion pieces from the three news servers, namely Aktuálně.cz., iDnes.cz and Neviditelný pes. Under many of these virtual newspaper articles there are discussions that are meant to develop read ideas and opinions. This discussion space is accessible for practically everyone who has an access to the Internet, which is one of the characteristics and advantages of network media over traditional ones. However limitations of traditional media anticipated the use of appropriate and cultivated language. Network media have different characteristics and asynchronous discussion make other demands on language in them. Natural language is the basic communication medium, which is the primary content of most mass media. In the practical part there is an examination of users speech behavior in these discussions. The rhetorical analysis is used there, which allows a holistic view of speech including its argumentative construction. The aim is to find out what this type of online dialogues is characteristic from the point of view of rhetoric.

80 Abstract The aim of this thesis is to describe various ways of use of works on the Internet and method of their copyright protection in this specific environment. Because without any doubt the Internet interferes with everyday life of today's society and subsequently has a significant effect on further development of a legal system, this topic becomes very relevant. The thesis itself is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to general description of the Internet and copyright law, and contains explanation of development of this private law area in the territory of the independent Czech Republic, including list of national and international legal sources. The second chapter defines the copyrighted work and its different types according to the Czech Copyright Act, an individual author, use of the work, whether in the form of a contractual or non-contractual disclosure and also important topic of making the work available through the Internet. The third chapter analyzes the copyright protection in the private and public spheres, and technical means of such protection (DRM). The last, and with respect to the discussed topic the most important, fourth chapter deals with various ways of use of works on the Internet, including their detailed description. Online propagation of a small e-commerce

This dissertation titled Online propagation of a small e-commerce is focused on the propagation of the e-commerce on the Internet and on the online communication mix creation. At the beginning it briefly outlines the online marketing theory. The first chapter defines the term marketing and shows its targets, presents communication mix on the Internet, then it describes the czech statistics of the use of the internet and of online promotion. The second chapter is then focused on the application of some forms of propagation to the model e-commerce, which is selling sports clothes. The last part of the dissertation evaluates particular parts of the online communication mix and compares the paid promotion with regard to the orders and to the e-commerce attendance. In the end there are drawn up some recommendations, which could be useful for some similar e-commerces.

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat slang používaný na Internetu a popsat jeho vývoj, charakteristické rysy, funkce a vyhodnotit změny, které jeho vlivem nastaly v anglickém jazyce. Prostřednictvím konkrétních příkladů tato práce upozorňuje na nové prvky, kterými internetový slang, přispěl k vývoji anglického jazyka a tímto způsobem ovlivnil jazykové znalosti uživatelů internetu.

The bachelor thesis deals with leisure time of pupils attending the primary and secondary school. The aim of this thesis is to find the importance of the social networks in their free time. The theoretical part is focused on following topics: the psychological development of pupils from primary schools, leisure time, child and game, social networks, risks of social networks and the Internet and the relationships on the Internet. In the practical part there is the comparison between pupils attending the fifth and the ninth class either in a town or in a village.
System for Remote Monitoring of Electrical Values

The work deals with the measurement of electrical quantities, distribution of data across the Ethernet network into the Internet and intelligent selection of the required values to be transmitted and stored on a central node. The work describes the communication protocols in scale that is necessary for implementation, discussed the requirements for computational resources and microcontroller control is proposed by flowcharts. Attached are source codes in C programming language for microcontroller and PHP scripts for storing and presenting data on Web server.
