Study of sewage and waste water from the village New Jáchymov

The purpose of this thesis is to describe issues of wastewater systems and a design for separate sewage network in a particular village. Literary publications dealing with this particular subject and digital documents based on cadastral map were used to create the thesis. Drawing documentation of designed sewerage system is also part of the dissertation. Thesis is composed of two parts. The first part deals with the history of sewage disposal and treatment. Following familiarization with current trends in drainage of urbanized areas and the subsequent wastewater treatment. Types of wastewater, indicators of pollution and available options of draining from settlements are discussed. The second part is devoted to the practical part. Begins by describing the location of interest, continues with proposal of sewerage system and hydraulic dimensioning wastewater treatment plant. The benefit of this thesis is to deepen knowledge in the field of sewerage and waste water treatment. Another positive aspect is the application of knowledge gained in school examples to real practice.

Issue of a begining teacher in a contemporary school

The thesis deals with the issue of a beginning teacher in a contemporary school. This work comprises both the theoretical and empirical aspects. In the theoretical part it attends to the issue of a beginning teacher according to mentioned literature, it contemplates particularly about undergraduate preparation of teacher education, professional start of a beginning teachers and their introduction to practice. The empiric part is based on qualitative case study. It focuses on a perception of the novice in 110 the teacher profession from a view of the headmaster, expert teachers and student and of beginning teachers themselves. The aim of my diploma work is a particular description of a position of a beginning teacher in a school environment and to explain, how the participants of this study perceive this position and the relationships at the working place. This study wants to contribute for creation a space for a conscious attitude towards the beginning teachers in the school environment and induce a discussion about possibilities of exploitation of study results to eventual appropriate change of the perception of the beginning teacher in the social relationships in a specific school environment.

Title: Case study of Physioterapy care of patient with diagnosis Multiple injuries of soft tissues of knee joints with following rigidity Author: Eliška Poláková Aim: Treatment proposal to the pacient with diagnosis multiple injuries of soft tissues of knee joints with following rigidity Methods and abstract: This work was developed as a research case study in professional practice, which took place from 23rd January 2012 do 17th February 2012 in Regional Hospital Kladno. The work is divided into a theoretical part and special part. The theoretical part deals with theoretical knowledge in terms of anatomy, kinesiology and injury mechanisms. It also includes the possibility of treatment in the matter, the possibility of investigative techniques and physiotherapy practices in the postoperative period. Related special section describes a case report of a patient with multiple disabilities posttraumatic soft tissue knee followed by rigidity, behavior therapy and evaluate the effect of therapy. Results: Status of patient is different at the beginning and end of therapy. Mainly to improve range of motion in L knee, increase muscle strength and improve walking stereotype. Theology and spirituality of priestly celibacy

Anglická anotace Theology and Spirituality of Priestly Celibacy The aim of this diploma work is to show the basis of priestly celibacy and to draw conclusions for priests' daily life. At the beginning the autor speaks about biblical roots of celibacy and works out a brief history of priestly celibacy praxis. The main part focuses on recent theological debate on priestly celibacy and then introduces its own definition of theological basis of priestly celibacy. Last part shows some practical outcomes for spirituality of priestly celibacy. Keywords: priesthood, celibacy, continence, cleric, spirituality.

Analysis of Employees' Satisfaction in a chosen Firm

The aim of the bachelor work is to determine, how employees of the concrete company are satisfied with organization contribution to increasing their satisfaction and how employees themself promote the reputation of the company. The work is focused on an analyze of motivation, salary, remuneration, employee benefits, employee relations and employee participation in problem solving and their influence on job satisfaction. From the beginning there is a theoretical solution and then the solution is compared with the company SAND TEAM, spol. s r.o., which was got from question -- form survey. According to the survey results will be proposed some proceeding contribute to increase employee satisfaction.

The relationship between the lawyer and his client under the contract of mandate

Relationship between client and attorney-at-law according to mandate contract Resume This thesis examines the legal relationship between a client and an attorney-at-law who conclude a mandate contract. Its aim is to characterize the most important rights and obligations which arise in such a relationship in accordance with valid Czech legislation, judicial decisions and disciplinary practice of the Czech Bar Association. The thesis begins with a description of the special role of attorneys-at-law in the market of legal services among other professions that are involved in provision of these services. Then it focuses on the legal nature of a commercial mandate contract, its comparison with a civil mandate contract according to Czech law, and examines whether such differences in fact have any impact on the rights and obligations in the client and attorney-at-law relationship. After a short analysis of the possible legal causes of a creation of the legal relationship between a client and an attorney-at-law and I focus on the different rights and obligations which are the content of the relationship. I start with a description of the attorney's-at-law right for remuneration and the limits of this right, where I notice the different legal views towards a success fee. The telephone crisis intervention and its importance due to difficult life fituations solving

Graduation theses is composed as a theoretical paper and is divided into six chapters. First chapter is focused on concept of crisis. Beside the explication of the concept of crisis, it also describes types of crises according to Baldwin. Posibilities of help in crisis are mentioned at the end of the first chapter. Second chapter is concerned with crisis intervention and it begins with its brief history. It also describes its forms, principals and phases. Third chapter defines and analyses telephonical crisis intervention. As in the previous chapter, it also begins with both czech and world history of telephonical crisis intervention. Other paragraphs describe its advantages and disadvantages. Following paragraphs outline stages of telephonical crisis intervention and a dealing with emotions at helpline. Fourth chapter presents the personality of the telephonical crisis intervention worker and it also mentions problem of burnout. Fifth chapter contains the most common topics of helpline callings. Last, sixth chapter, is focused on analysis of real practical case.

The use of Czech terrier in hunting practice, bacelotthesis Brno: Mendel univerzity 2013 This bachelor thesis describes the development of Czech terrier in hunting methods and its transfer into practice, sought grants for national competitions, the overall development of the initial CT cross Scittish Terrier and Sealyham terrier breeders through the first CT after a full breeding material of Czech terrier, which was recognized as Czech terier 24. 5. 1963 by the FCI (International Organization Canine). It also contains complete breeding material of the Czech terrier both females and males in the beginning of 2013. And total evaluation of the founds spent from the allocation MZe on keeping our Czech national breed hunting terrier for use in practice.

Role of the Czech Republic in the International Trade

This Bachelor Thesis titled Role of the Czech Republic in the International Trade deals with a current situation of Czech exporters on international markets and with new opportunities which arise for them nowadays. At the very beginning the foreign trade policy of the Czech Republic is defined, it is presented how the government can influence its exporters and to what extent this role has been affected by the membership in the European Union. Also, the immense importance of the biggest trading partner of the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, is described and some new markets with a great potential are defined. Finally, the given data are supported with concrete information from a particular company and therefore the company Elitex Nepomuk, a.s. and its figures are introduced.

Good manufacturing and hygienic practices with processing of freshwater fish.

HACCP and good manufacturing practices are tools to the safeguard of food safety. Technologic process of fish processing begins by receiving of live fish and ending with stock and expedition of fish products. Stocking is the operation, whereat is able to get to consumer{\crq}s health hazard. Wrong temperature regulation causes multiplication of microorganisms. Stocking proceed at temperature 0 {--} 2 °C, which is stopping increasing of microorganisms. Practically were tracked difference course temperatures during hours and days. During monitoring was average temperature at 10 AM 2.33 {$\pm$} 1.25°C and average temperature at 10 PM was 2.11 {$\pm$} 1.19°C. During monitoring was average temperature 2.10 {$\pm$} 1.03°C. Maximum temperature was monitored in the morning. The temperature raised trough storage of new products. This short - period increasing is able to influence quality of products.
