77 Summary Legal Regulation of Disability Pensions in the Czech Republic and its Development The diploma paper is focused on addressing the area of legal regulation concerning disability and disability pensions with suggestions of possible amendments in the current legal regulation in the Czech Republic. The paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one addresses history of the legal regulation of disability pensions including the assessment of health conditions and disability in order to be eligible for a disability pension. From the general outline of the development of the provision of those individuals who are not able, due to their long-term disablement, to work, it proceeds to detailed addressing of the development of legal regulation of disability pensions as of the formation of Czechoslovakia until its split as of 1 January 1993. The legal regulation of hunting Summary This diploma paper considers the legal regulation of hunting. Hunting also aims to the wildlife protection in terms of execution of specific economic activity. It is a part of human activity with rich historical tradition, certain customs and usages, particular living space requirements (countryside and landscape) and close relation to animal production or breeding. Game management and hunting partly separate this activity from agricultural production, however there is an indisputable connection with problems of agricultural law. The paper contains the legislation in force of hunting in the Czech Republic and considerations de lege ferenda, review of the legal regulation development and confrontation with the foreign legal regulation. Consider to my opinion the legal regulation of Hungary and Slovakia is a convenient inspiratory source, because these countries have comparable hunting tradition, their legal regulation start from common historical roots. Handicaped people in the labour market and institutional-legal framework of their employment in the Czech republic

The topic of this thesis is the situation of handicaped people in the labour market and identifies the causes of high unemployment of this group of inhabitants in the Czech republic. It is derived from theoretical presumptions of lhe labour market and legal framework of this problem . It consequently recognizes effectiveness of measures of active labour-market policy within this group. Focus is mainly on function and problems of employers who employ more then 50% of disabled workers. This thesis examines the loophole in the law of obligatory part in employment of the handicaped and misappropriation of subsidy for their employment. This thesis also looks at ways of augmenting active labour-market policy and employment efficiency towards the correct setting of the law frame for handicaped employment. There are possible measures outlined at the end of this thesis leading to improvement of the aforementioned situations.

The first section describes the theoretical background and the legal definition of consumer protection. The second part is devoted to tobacco products. Here are given their types and tobacco companies operating in the Czech market. The third part examines the specific laws that relate to the production and sale of tobacco products. It is mainly focused on regulating the tobacco industry. The last part deals with smoking. It outlines the problem of youth smoking, and describes some anti-smoking organizations and campaigns against smoking.

Start up a business

Start up a business is not a simple matter. Each start-up businesses should question whether it is sufficiently determined and motivated. Since the initial idea, to implement and maintain long long way. Often such implementation takes many years. My work, I divided into two major units. The first part of "theoretical part" deals with the theory of business, what features should be a successful entrepreneur, what it should look like a successful business plan, and I dismantling all the legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, I explained the concepts of what is the definition of enterprise and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. In the second part, entitled "Practical" I demonstrate setting up a business Pagada.cz Ltd. and I outlined the first three years of life. I also evaluate oportunity costs.

Development of the European Security and Defence Identity (Perspectives of Cooperation between EU and NATO)

This master thesis deals with the topic of the European security and examines its development from the end of the Second World War. Single development stages are analyzed, with an increased attention paid to the Western European Union in the first part. Further the thesis explains the formation of the Common Foreign and Security policy, its development in particular primary documents on the EU, its major actors and tools and than the gradual emergence of the European security and defence policy. The recent EU operations are described as well. The entire thesis reflects the relations between the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty. Various legal, political and practical conflicts and difficulties arising from these relations are analyzed in detail. A significant part of this thesis focuses on the national positions of the selected countries regarding the European security.

Working hours in The Czech Republic

The working hours, as a very important life part of most of the economically active people, are a significant indicator of the job market's flexibility. The first part of this thesis deals with the economic analysis of an individual person's time, forming of the labour supply and demand, and State's interference with job market. Afterwards follows the outline of the historical development of working hours, with the origins and progression of a regulation of this area. The third part is focusing on the legal form of working hours in the Czech Republic, including regulation of breaks, working hours' set out, privilege leave and special arrangements for a certain groups of employees. The next part analyses unusual working modes that are helping to create a more flexible job market and more job opportunities, such as part-time work or labour time account. The thesis includes a part where is being compared regulation of the working hours with the world, from the point of view of certain international institutions such as the World Bank. A special emphasis is placed on the confrontation with countries of the European Union. The last part deals with the analysis of the contemporary adjustment of working hours in the European Union, which greatly influences the competitiveness of the job market in the EU.

Member's ownership interest in a limited liability company

The thesis focuses on a member's ownership interest in a limited liability company. In the introduction, we provide an outline of the basic institutes of a limited liability company such as its incorporation and creation, composing of memorandum of association, the way of member's liability etc. Then we define the legal nature of an ownership interest as another property value. The main stress is put particularly on a member's rights and obligations arising from the ownership of his/her interest, and on different changes of members. To illustrate the issues described in the thesis, we also provide relevant judgments rendered by Czech courts in appellate and appellate review proceedings related to ownership interests in limited liability companies.

This part contains all types of competitions,legal regulations and outlines present problems in this area. In the practical part of the work author describes juice market and target group. Key part is the competition design itself, including the economic impact of the competition.
