Burnout Syndrome

The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical definition of the term burnout syndrome. The most threatened people by the burnout are those who have been engaged in some activity for a long time, especially, those who works in the so-called helping professions i.e. health professionals, health visitors taking care of the elderly and chronically ill, social workers, teachers, psychologists and others. Another part deals with the history, symptoms, the course and also prevention and treatment options of the burnout syndrome. The theoretical part also clarifies stress as a trigger of the burnout. The knowledge gained and summarized in the theoretical part was used during the processing of the empirical part. The empirical part is based on the method of a quantitative research. Originally, it was intended to conduct a qualitative research among social workers and medical staff working at Homecare Domažlice. The homecare institution in Domažlice involve only 33 workers. The Aftercare Centre Motol with its 30 employees was added to the experiment to get higher amount of respondents and to compare the incidence of the burnout syndrome between professionals working at hospital and those who work outside of it. The discussion and conclusion summarize the facts and results and suggest a possible solution.

Social and Economic Development of the Municipality Benešov

This work deals with social and economic development of the municipality Benešov. The objective of the work is to analyse and evaluate current condition of development and to determine strong and weak aspects of it.
The first part of the work is literary research. In this section the work explains the most important terms and areas of knowledge that is factually connected to the content of the work. At first, there are explained wide topics connected to the thesis, such as regional development or municipality and the municipal law. Explain of unemployment and demography follows.
In the second part, practical part, thesis deals with characteristic of the municipality Benešov and history of Benešov. Next, population is analysed in stretch of time and progress. Municipality budget is vertically analysed. And civil, social and transport infrastructure is described. At the end, there is look at projects from Benešov of the future portfolio and the SWOT analysis.

Social and Economic Development of the Municipality Roztoky u Jilemnice

Theme of this bachelor thesis is the Social and economic development of municipality Roztoky u Jilemnice. The aim of this paper is to analyse and evaluate the current socio - economic situation in the village and to perform an analysis of its demographic, economic, social and cultural aspects. The work is divided into two major parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on the characteristics of concepts, which are essential for understanding the topic of this paper. It covers terms such as: municipality, public administration, theory of region and micro regions. The practical part is focused on characterization of the village, its origin, history and geographic location. The empiric research is focused on demographic structure, economic characteristic, club activities and last but not least civil equipment. The research also contains survey which indicates opinions of citizens, regarding living in the village, were determined. All the obtained findings are summed up in SWOT analysis, which interprets strong and weak aspects of the village along with its opportunities and risks.

Human behaviour in crisis situation

Bachelor thesis deals with behaviour of people in crisis situation, specifically with issues of the divorce and what impact does it have on those, whose parents are divorced. In theoretical part is defined concept od crisis in different meanings and concepts that are related to crisis. In Theoretical part is defined durings of crisis and how to solve her. After that is explained concept of family and defined family crisis. On to that is following explained compects of divorce, his history and law difening divorce. Relative to that are defined impects of divorce on to state (society), economicis of family and on to the behavior of person. The analytical part is focused on research, if divorce of parents of person has impect on the person. Based on one part of analysis was found out that divorse of parenst of person affects perosn´s behaior in situation conected to divorse and family crisis. Another part of bachelor thesis is focused to find out, if getting married is perspective for people, when it was find ou that it is. Last part of bachelor thesis is focused at answering question, if persons in case of there parents divorse are choosing mother. This question was not possible unequivocally answer based on our analysis. In conclusion are resumed the results of the analysis.

Statistical analysis of young generation feelings about drug addiction problem

This thesis is focused to attitude to alcohol of young adult generation in age from 18 to 25 year.In theory part is described history of alcohol, comparison alcohol with other drugs, adiction, risk factors to alcohol addiction, alcohol consuption, alcohol prevalence, prevention and therapy of alcohol addiction.
Next part is devoting to questionnaire survey theory in which is suscribe proces from preparation, throught selection question, composition selective assemblage to processing. Final of the theory part is several statistic from ESPAD, the all-Europian survey, which this study following on. This statistic were processing from ESPAD 2011 data from Czech republic.
Then follow creation of own survey form in Survio software, its distribution throught personal contact and via internet. Data processing was made by Statistica10 software. In appraisal were results compared with ESPAD and WHO data and some MUDr. Karel Nešpor statement.

Analysis of Development Projects´ Planning History: Case Study Freight Station Prague - Žižkov

This bachelor thesis focuses on planning history of case study Cargo railway station Prague - Žižkov. Subject of this work and its territory is demarcated in the former grounds of the station, which was earlier owned only by České dráhy. Freely accessible documents were supplemented by informations from the interviews. Fundamental part of the work is analysis of the documents and their benefits for the planning. Purposes of the thesis are achieved by summary of the results of the analytical part and its evaluation. Main contribution of this work is description of causes why planning process on the Cargo railway station Žižkov runs so long and suggestion, how to prevent too lengthy planning in the similar development areas.

Development of foreign trade with wine in the Czech Republic

The topic of this diploma thesis is Development of foreign trade with wine in the Czech Republic and it analyses the evolution of foreign trade with wine in the Czech Republic, specifically since 2005 until now. This diploma thesis consists of two part.
The first, theoretical, part is processed based on secondary resources and focuses on wine characteristics, history and the evolution of wine-making. It provides information about important wine-making regions such as Bohemia and Moravia, classification and division of wines as well as important wine-making organisations. This part is also focused on complete information regarding foreign trade with wine.
The practical part is focused on an analysis of evolution of foreign trade with wine from the accession of Czech Republic to the European Union until now. Each year is thoroughly described. This part of the thesis is also focused on wine consumption in the Czech Republic and there is also a short outlook to the future.
All findings are described in detail and summarized in clear tables and graphs. The conclusion of this thesis is focused on an overall summary and evaluation of the results.

Consumer behavior when purchasing wine in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis depicts consumer behavior when purchasing wine in the Czech Republic. In the beginning of the theoretical part there is described the history of viticulture and winemaking in the territory of the Czech Republic. The following parts include short characteristics of wine regions and subregions in the Czech Republic, types of wines according to various aspects and description of few types of wine bottles. There is also mentioned the topic "wine as a medicine", which is still more discussed nowadays. The second half of the theoretical part of this thesis is dealing with wine from the economic point of view and it includes interesting issue of wine advertisement, the production of wine in the Czech Republic and the importation of wine from other countries. The end of the theoretical part is focused on the description of consumer behavior in general terms. There are mentioned traditional segmentation criteria, ways of consumer responding to the various marketing tools and the influence of the product packaging on consumer behavior. In the practical part there is an evaluation of the results of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was created in the way to correspond with the content of the theoretical part.

The Abstract The dissertation "Division of Housework from Gender Perspective" is concerned with housework and its division among members of a household. In the opening chapters definitions of the terms gender and housework are provided. In the following parts of this work history and various concepts of housework division and different economic approaches are emphasized. The involvement of particular members of a household as well as the situation of families with children is described. The influence of education on the division of housework is also demonstrated. In the conclusion the change of roles caused by the technological development is shown. Key words: gender, division of work, housework, family, education

The current possibilities of data networks

The thesis is focused on mapping issues when creating data networks. Overview solved problems briefly introduces the history and classification networks. Continues characteristics of active and passive parts of the network where it connects certification, ending a general guide for network architects, which can be used to understand the theory of progress in the design and implementation of data networks with regard to its functionality and reliability. This section explaining how the proposal looks like a LAN, which is one of the most widespread types of networks, and most standards it is just related. The practical part is focused on the demonstration of a possible case design, including its economic parameters. The various alternatives are worked out with regard to the choice of materials offered different levels of quality and possible types of treatment for the future. The alternatives are as follows economically analyzed and evaluated.
