Design of the calibration box
Šácha, Tomáš ; Motyčka, Martin (referee) ; Škoda, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the description of basic photometric quantities, light sources and their parameters. The work also describes the LumiDISP luminance analyzer, for which the calibration box is designed. The next part of the diploma thesis deals with the design of the calibration box in the Inventor program and later the simulation of the calibration box in the Ansys Speos program. The simulations in Ansys Speos led to the determination of the number of light sources in the calibration box, which were then used for production. The work also describes the procedures and partial parts of the design and production of the calibration box, including its revitalization and testing.
Design of the parametric model of the furnace carriage
Baláž, František ; Valena, Martin (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of an algorithmic model of a cart into the furnace using Inventor software. The emphasis is mainly on the speed and simplicity of editing. The adjustment is based on the change of parameters that resulted from the assignment. Thanks to this work, the editing speed will be accelerated several times. The results can help other companies to implement parameterization in practice and subsequently accelerate production.
FLUID HANDLING USING THE ABB YUMI PLATFORM
Červenka, Roman ; Parák, Roman (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and create program for laboratory manipulation. The robot will handle beakers. For further presentation of possible usage of ABB YuMi, a program for drink preparation was made. For robot programming, RobotStudio was used, in which was used RAPID programming language. To understand the philosophy of using RobotStudio to program robots, was also one of the goals of this work. At the end the created programs were tested in robotics laboratory and the results of this work were evaluated.
Visual inspection of component dimensions
Kadaňka, Jan ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the comparison of an industrial system for object recognition and measurement with an affordable camera on the Raspberry Pie platform. The theoretical part briefly describes several methods for measuring dimensions, which are commonly used in industry, along with a general description of technical equipment for image recording. The next section describes 3 industrial systems for image analysis. The practical part of the work deals with the design of the measuring stand, the description of the technical equipment, the implementation of measurements using both platforms and the subsequent evaluation.
Design of vibration energy harvester with blade joint
Beňo, Martin ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rubeš, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of vibration generator with blade joint. Firstly, its main aim is to design a working vibration generator, and secondly is to entice the reader to continue on with reading. Such a vibration generator is a handy, inexpensive to manufacture, and especially very simple. The basic design element of the vibration generator is oscillating frame connected to the blade joint and is the carrier of the magnets. The electrical part of the generator consists of a magnetic circuit and coil on the static bracket. Oscillating frame with magnet creates a changing magnetic field and induces voltage in the coil. For the design of the construction was used the program Inventor. For the calculation of the magnetic circuit has been selected, the program FEMM controlled by MATLAB. For the calculation of the static and the dynamic analysis was chosen the program ANSYS.
Magnetic Energy Harvesting Device for Low Excitation Vibration
Szabó, Hugo ; Singule, Vladislav (referee) ; Rubeš, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor theasis is focused on a concept of a magnetic energy harvesting device for low exitation frequencies. The device is made out of mechanical and electrical part where mechanical part is made out of two levitating magnets that repent each other and an electrical part is made out of magnetic circuit and a coil whose relative motion induces voltage in the coil. Mathematical model is made in Matlab, Simulink and FEMM. Construction model is made in Inventor.
Production of planetary gear set model on 3D FDM printer
Magdon, Jan ; Prokeš, Tomáš (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This Bachelor's Thesis is looking into designing of a planetary gearbox then subsequent production with using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology. The first part describes the production process using additive technologies, focusing mainly on FDM technology with properties of materials used in this method, then the theory of planetary gears with their practical use. The second part is devoted to production of model planetary gearbox, which is designed with regard to possibilities of FDM printer. Single parts were designed in 3D programme Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016. Finally the product is evaluated technically and economically.
Návrh a simulace mechanického namáhání propouštěcí branky pomocí CAD nástrojů
SLAVÍK, Roman
The diploma thesis is focused on computer modeling of the mechanics of the release gate used in agricultural practice. The theoretical part describes several computer programs that can be used for this purpose. Specifically, these programs are: SolidWorks, CA-TIA, Solid Edge, Pro/ENGINEER, NX, and Autodesk Inventor. For each program, their basic descrip-tion, user interface and basic features are provided. In the practical part of the diploma thesis a new design of the release goal was proposed. Using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016, a mechanical simulation of this goal was performed step by step.
Temperature measurement on electrical machines
Prezbruchý, Martin ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Mikulčík, Aleš (advisor)
This work is trying do describe the temperature allocation on the electric machines. In the first part it is describing the temperature measurment, principals of measuring, thermocouples and a contactless measurment. In the second part, it is theoretically proceeding with engine types and a heat generation on them. In the third part, the work is describing simulation in the programs Autodesk Inventor and Ansys Workbench. In the next part, a work is showing the creation of a elektric machine model in already mentioned programs and a practical measurements of temerature allocation in the laboratory. In the conclusion, it is evaluating the measurment achievements and comparing the results of both used metods.
Design of Device for Vehicle Center of Gravity Height Measurement
Rektořík, Jiří ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
The objective of this diploma thesis is the design of a device that measures the vehicle’s centre of gravity height position. The first part defines individual methods of measurement using various measuring equipment. The next part deals with the definition of requirements for the device and the definition of the design. A stress-strain analysis was executed for selected components. This diploma thesis describes the preparation process of the vehicle and the device for the measurement. The next part is dedicated to the design of the measuring chain and to the evaluation of the results. The thesis concludes with a theoretic analysis of the measurement inaccuracy.
