For each risk, a measure have been proposed to improve road safety or to eliminate the risk completely.
Rules designing roads for skaters
Skalická, Petra ; Bačová,, Katarína (referee) ; Kocourek,, Josef (referee) ; Radimský, Michal (advisor)
The dissertation deals with non-motorized transport. Specifically, it focuses directly on the new non-motorized traffic sector, which is the riders of roller skates. Title of the dissertation The rules for designing roads for skaters were selected from the point of view of unresolved issues. The main goal of the dissertation is to enable the legislative inclusion of skaters as a separate group into the transport hierarchy so that they can gain space for their movement in the transport area. The result should be primarily a reduction in accidents and an increase in road safety for non-motorized vehicles. Other objectives of the thesis include the creation of design parameter tables for methodological instructions based on the analysis of the data obtained by measuring and determining the critical traffic intensity on existing roads. The dissertation summarizes the current issue of non-motorized transport, but especially the issue of skaters transport. It assesses the situation in the Czech Republic compared to the conditions abroad. It explains the physical patterns of the skater's movements, based on which the spatial demands on the used transport space are derived. The following is an overview of selected methods dealing with measurement and evaluation of transport speeds and intensities. Depending on the values found, rules are then created for designing the basic parameters of the skateboard trail network, which includes, for example, traffic sign design and construction requirements.
Analaysis of the Number of Vehicle Extrications at the -0.4 - 60.5 Section of the D2 Motorway Depending on the Traffic Rate
Hrdličková, Petra ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Libertín, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the processing of basic technical data for a designated motorway section in order to develop a technology for removing obstacles on the motorway. Depending on the predicted traffic intensity, they can predict the recovery and recovery services in the sections. The thesis deals with technological process work. Because poor recovery technology and ignorance of the vehicle construction result in consequential damage after an accident. The professional approach of the company leads to the minimization of these damages. Recovery and removal companies must have properly trained personnel and well-chosen rescue technology. This leads to a shortening of the time limit of the operation and thus also to the shortening of the columns. Another topic addressed will be the traffic intensity, which is important in the evaluation depending on the number of accidents and the number of interventions, in the places with the highest traffic intensity.

Vyprošťovací a odtahová firma musí mít náležitě vyškolené pracovníky a správně zvolenou technologii vyprošťování.
Change in the intensity of the road traffic in Prague due to the Blanka tunnel complex
Petříček, Jakub ; Jaroš, Václav (advisor) ; Netrdová, Pavlína (referee)
The main aim of this thesis is to compare the intensity of road traffic in Prague and its spatial layout after the Blanka tunnel complex has been put into operation, based on two time periods for a different range of monitored communications. The work includes the development of these intensities and their negative impacts on the environment of the capital city of Prague. Further attention is paid to planned traffic projects in the capital city of Prague. The secondary aim of the thesis is to evaluate the predictions of the transport models that were created before the opening of the Blanka tunnel complex and to compare them with the real measured intensity after tunnel commissioning.
