The Reconstruction of Vyškov Rectory

The thesis solves the reconstruction of the rectory and its extension. The building is located in the historical center of Vyskov. The form of protection is the urban zone. The building will be renovated rectory and build a new gym, which responds to an insufficient number of sports facilities in the center of Vyskov. The building is designed to maintain in green. Objects will be used for spiritual purposes, commercial exploitation as activities for children and youth. There will also be park landscaping and creating a public space in the neighborhood.

"Centrum" Department Store in Brno

The study solves the reconstruction and extension department store called Centrum, which is located in the city center of Brno.It is designed by the famous Czech architect Vladimír Karfík. The building was designed as a skyscraper, unfortunately, was built only 8 floors. The proposal for the reconstruction of the floors, where there will be placed services for public, then will be build the superstructure of 7 floors, where will be the apartments. The interpretation of facade design to back the idea of original horizontality.

Study of the two-axle semi-trailers used in the agriculture

This bachelor thesis deals with tandem trailers connected to tractors and their use in agriculture. Main part of the work is devoted to the structural elements and nodes of these machines. Another part I described by some national and foreign manufacturers of transport equipment used in agriculture. The remain part is devoted to the legislative conditions connected with this issue, the overview of technical parameters of individual product categories and their subsequent critical analysis.

Support for Form Filling in Web Browser

This thesis deals with the creation of an extension for the selected web browser, which should make working with web forms much easier for the user. The document describes ways how to automatically fill in data forms and principles of their storage. It also deals with tools for writing SMS messages, such as text compression, removal of diacritics, spell check. In thesis also discusses the often repeated filling in data forms. In conclusion, there are mentioned results of the thesis with possible future expansion proposals in the document.

A Great Opportunity for Municipal Palace

The study deals with the reconstruction and new functional use of the castle in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. He is currently unused and disillusioned. The owner of the castle is the town of Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. City leadership takes steps to save the building. The proposal takes into account the city's wishes regarding the use of the building and the arrangement of dispositions is designed to meet today's operational requirements. The design tries to highlight the architectural values of the castle and offers a dignified use of this monument.

Extension and adaptation to apartment building

The concept of bachelors thesis was a modification design of renovation, vertical extension and another building modifications of existing almost unused building in the village Salaš. The building previously served as a public services and is currently out of order. In order to restore the functionality of the building, the municipality, as the owner and investor, decided to use the building for collective housing (apartment building). The proposal addressed the change and adaptation of the internal layout for housing units with a variable layout, and their useful spaces, building modifications, remediation measures of existing structures so that in the coming years the building is fully functional and compliant in terms of parameters and demands that are current standards, imposed, especially in terms of building physics, fire safety, etc.

Completion and Optimization of a Temporal Extension for PostgreSQL

This thesis focuses on a implemenation of a a temporal data support within traditional relational environment of PostgreSQL system. I pick up on Radek Jelínek's thesis and an extension developed by him. I've analyzed the extension from functional, practical and performance perspectives. Based on my results, I've designed and implemented changes to the original extension. The work also contains implementation details as well as performance comparison results between the new and the original extensions.

Reconstruction of the Pohorelec at the JAMU Stage Design Studio

The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to renew and rebuild the building of the former Supreme state prosecutor to the place for The Stage design of Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno and The Rectorate od Janáček Academy. The building is located on the corner of the busy streets Jánská, Kobližná and Pohořelec where it forms a rather drab end point of these streets. The object was built in the post World war II period and carries features of late functionalism. The building has been abandoned since 90s. The ground floor was used for commerce, the underground floor for technical equipment of the building and other upper floors were purely administrative. The building has one underground floor and seven above-ground floors. In the ground floor were designed a public café and exhibition spaces. On the second to the fourth floor there are administrative places for the Janáček Academy Rectorate. On the fifth to the seventh floor the are spaces for students of the Stage design. In the new eight floor there is a background for the Light design. The main focus of the work was to restore life and create a functional and aestetically friendly environment. This was achieved by changing the internal layout where some dividing structures were removed, including the vertical connections of the floors and finally the use of glass partitions.The layout is now more open, lighter and airy. A main element of the reconstruction is the extension of the next floor, which has increased the space for students and employees and confirmed the unclear verticality of the building. The entire extension has more dominant look, but with natural respect to the surrounding buildings. The superstructure fasade consists of pre-installed electroluminescent panels with a holographic foil. This foil produces rainbow effects on the facade and reflects light, relieving the mass. The Repechy Guest-House

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the renewal and extension of a farmhouse in Repechy in the Drahany Highlands. The aim of this work is to find a suitable architectural and urban design that would meet the requirements for new functional use of the original building. This is a guest house in the countryside, in addition it provides a long-term accommodation and additional features, sports and recreational nature. Given the extensive damage to the existing four-winged object, only the northeastern wing was retained, which dominates the entire complex. The main design criterion was to reduce the overall scale of the new extension. Therefore, the objects were broken down into smaller two-storey mass insight as to the capacity of the size of the entire complex would not fit in the rural environment full of small rural buildings. The newly designed guest house consists of renewed north-eastern wing and five other relatives shaped buildings with gabled roofs, which are interconnected with each other by necks with flat roofs. A semi-enclosed public space, which invite the public to visit the house and planting the rest area used for recreation accommodated clients was created by arrangements of individual objects to the letter "s". Accommodation of the complex complements the restaurant with an adjoining courtyard, building for stabling, sauna, outdoor swimming pools and a playground with gazebo. The aim of the project is a clear differentiation existing building from new extensions using a nationwide wooden paneling and green facades.

Extension of School

The content of the thesis is a static design of the supporting parts of the extension of the textbook pavilion of the elementary school in Mirošov. The proposed building is a four-storey reinforced concrete monolithic column construction. The ceilings above the first three floors are designed as cross-reinforced slabs with internal girders. The roof slab consists of a monolithic slab with additionally prestressed beams. The internal forces were calculated using SCIA Engeneer 19.0 and these values were subsequently verified by manual calculation. The design followed the applicable European standards. The result of the work is a static assessment of the object and corresponding drawing documentation.
