Use of thermal paging camera in evaluation of kinezio taping impal on shoulder girdle for female volleyvall players
Pillerová, Kateřina ; Lopot, František (advisor) ; Kubový, Petr (referee)
Title Use of thermal imaging camera in evaluation of kinezio taping impact on shoulder girdle for female volleyball players Objectives Aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how kinezio taping affects the temperature of shoulder girdle during the physical load at female volleyball players' smash Methods The thesis is devided into theoretical part which serves as a basic for research in the second empirical part. The complex will consist of a total of 16 female volleyball players. During the measurement we will examine the effect of kinezio taping on the temperature change of shoulder girdle during the physical activity using the thermal camera before and after a physical activity. And at the remaining eight players we eill record the values before and after physical activity without apllied kinezio tape. Results Using the thermal imaging camera we found out that after application of kinezio tape the temperature in the shoulder girdle at rest raises gradually. The increase of temperature during physical load is in the reporting period lower with applied kinezio tape. Keywords Thermal camera, kinezio taping, shoulder girdle, temperature, blood flow. Non-contact temperature measurement
Sládek, Vojtěch ; Minář, Petr (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
The aim of the thesis was the study of non-contact temperature measurement and the use of this measurement in the field of production machines. The first part of thesis includes concepts and definitions that are necessary for familiarization with the issue. In the second, practical part, contact and non-contact measurements were compared in two experiments. In the first one the machine frame was measured, on which the thermal load was simulated, the emission was determined, which was compared with emissivity from the tables. In the second experiment, the temperature gradient of the ball screw was measured during the ball screw operation and was determined emissivity, which was again compared with the table values. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes advantages and disadvantages of non-contact measurements that have been verified in practice.
Camera for biological applications
Jurák, Petr ; Slovák, Jiří (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the design of IP blocks for thermal camera. This termal camera is intended for plant research. The main part of the thermal camera is an infrared detector that detects a frequency in the range of 8 – 14 m. The analogue signal obtained is modified and subsequently digitized. The detector also includes a Peltier device which is designed for both detector cooling and heating, and is controlled by an external signal. The MicroZed development board implements IP blocks. The thermal camera is designed to be controlled from the MicroZed board. Device analysis is first described from the theoretical part to the design of IP blocks.
Application of thermal camera for analysis of heat
Palička, David ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Lízal, František (advisor)
Within this bachelor degree thesis I have focused on the thermal losses from storage tanks serving as asphalt binders. I have used the theory of non-contact temperature measurements using a thermovision camera. In the first part of this document I deal with the history, theory and some basic principles of non-contact temperature measurements. In the second part I am examining the thermovision camera settings. The third part considers the function of the asphalt mixture production plant itself, as well as the function of storage tanks. In the last part of this thesis I analyze the results of the measurements. The goal of this analysis is to compare results of thermal losses from storage tanks heated with thermal oil, and storage tanks heated with an electrical thermocouple.
Emisivity and its Impact on the Heat Conductivity
Gančev, Jan ; Hejátková, Edita (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with the issue of emissivity and its impact on the heat dissipation. The first part describes the basics of thermal management, the issue of emissivity and its measurement. In the second, experimental part, are dedicated the emissivity values of examined specimens. These values are then used as initial conditions for the thermal simulation. In the last part are compared the measured results and the simulated results and is evaluated the impact of emissivity for the heat dissipation.
Human recognition on thermal images
Jančuš, Rastislav ; Babinec, Tomáš (referee) ; Petyovský, Petr (advisor)
This half-yearly project includes basic briefing about thermovision technics and color models. Analyses functions and concepts for correct settings thermal camera on create images, which are included people. This work contains acquaintance with thermal camera EasIR-4, which was created database testing images, and with software Guide IrAnalyser shipped with this camera. The third part this project includes process about creating color models of skin and algorithm for identification people in thermal images, which emanate from human temperature and color skin. This algorithm is realized in program Matlab.
Detection and Classification of Military Targets in a Videosignal
Košík, Michal ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement algorithms for detection and classification of distant targets. The reader will become familiar with algorithms for detection of a movement, namely image difeerentiation and an algorithm based on a Bayes classifier. In the following two possible ways of classification, one using support vector machines and the second one utilizing a set of linear classifiers, will be introduced. At the end of this thesis results of the algorithms will be described and evaluated.
Recognition of Face Thermoscans
Váňa, Jan ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
Images of human face are one of the most used biometric features in automatic identification. This article presents an approach which uses face images in thermal (infrared) spectrum for purpose of important face features (eyes position, head rotation) detection and identification.
QFN Packages Soldering and Technology Procedures
Jakub, Miroslav ; Brno, Petr Martinec, HONEYWELL (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with QFN packages soldering and technology procedures optimization. The aim of theoretical part is description of QFN packages, their assembly and reflow soldering on PCB in HONEYWELL. The aim of the practical part is to propose a method of measuring temperature and optimizing the thermal profiles of selected PCB with QFN packages by using convection (HONEYWELL) and infrared (BUT) reflow ovens. Comparison and evaluation of thermal profiles for 3 production PCBś with QFN packages using solder paste AIM NC257-2 were realised. The main part of master´s thesis are appearance evaluation of solder joints, preparing microsection and measuring intermetallic layers thickness by using the optical and the scanning electron microscopes, analysation and study of QFN defects created during soldering proces. These tests were performed with 2 production PCB´s. Optimization of SPI and soldering technology procedures where were analyzed QFN packages were processed on one type of PCB. Interesting part of this diplomma thesis is creating of the 3D heat transfer model of QFN package during the reflow soldering in SolidWorks.
IR camera data processing
Malík, Dalibor ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to give information about the thermo camera measurement with error minimization. The basic concepts of thermography are explained with an implementation of postprocesing technique which uses graphically modified thermogram back projected to the scene. This is closely related to the scene design, calibration of thermal camera with projector, image rectification, thermogram processing with highlighting of interesting information and implementation of control elements as the user interface. The results obtained are analyzed and re-evaluated.
