Construction and production of the floorball stick blade using Fused Deposition Modeling
Jelínek, Vít ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This work combines 3D printing technology (Rapid Prototyping) with the sports industry. Using mentioned modern technology was made functional model blade floorball stick, which originated in the engineering design 3D parametric software Autodesk Inventor. Work will explain the history of floorball and individual methods increasingly popular and more affordable 3D printing, through which could be modeled blade floorball stick. Conclusion contains techno-economic evaluation, where will be disclosed the pros and cons of the use of Rapid Prototyping technology in this sports industry.
The 3D Printer Prusa Mendel launching
Stanko, Michal ; Merenus, Ondřej (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
The essence of this thesis is to summarize current knowledge of 3D printing. The theoretical part describes the development and options of printing using differnet technologies and methods. The practical part is focused on a specific problem, launching 3D printer Prusa Mendel.
Real-Time Image Processing Algorithm Implementation
Rypák, Andrej ; Zemčík, Pavel (referee) ; Černocký, Jan (advisor)
This Bachelor's Thesis was performed during a study stay at the École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Électronique et Électrotechnique Paris, France. In this project, I deal with designing program components for a rapid prototyping software called SynDEx that is used for automatic code generation, real-time application development and optimization for multicomponent mixed architectures. I briefly introduce this software. I present techniques I used to implement two different specific image processing chains and a displaying component. The chains perform image segmentation and labelling. In this project I deal with designing program components for a rapid prototyping software called SynDEx that is used for automatic code generation, real-time application development and optimization for multicomponent mixed architectures. Machining of a part from a automatic production equipment, which a sunblind assembles
Chovanec, Radek ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find solution to the problem of small batch production of threading arm of blinds made by ZEBR s. r. o., furthermore to describe usage of this part, to design better product regarding company's resources and to evaluate technical and economical aspects of described solution.
The new concept of maintenance and operation of manufacturing technologies
Klus, Jakub ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a new concept of maintenance and operation of production technologies, where spare parts are manufactured using rapid prototyping methods. The options are compared with currently used methods. Furthermore, methodological recommendations are written on how to proceed with the application. The aim of the work is to evaluate the concept and confirm the theoretical assumptions on a case study.
Possibilities of using modern methods in manufacturing of prototype castings
Novák, Luboš ; Cupák, Petr (referee) ; Horáček, Milan (advisor)
Rapid prototyping is a set of technologies applicable to the production and development of prototype castings. It is a means for accelerating and cheaper prototyping, or for the preparation of small series production of castings. The thesis is focused on some of these production processes and technologies.
Production of interior car handle prototype on 3D FDM printer
Kaššák, Marek ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor this processes the issue of manufacturing of a prototype of handle for the car interior using method fused deposition modeling method. First part of this is dedicated to a brief overwiev of prototype manufacturing using rapid prototyping technology , with FDM 3D printing and materials used by FDM method. Second part is dedicated to design of 3D model using AutoDesk Inventor 2014 software, prototype manufacturing itself, evaluating of construction technologicality and technological-economic evaluation of manufacturing costs.
Actual trends in manufacturing of permanent patterns
Procházka, Michal ; Bouška, Ondřej (referee) ; Horáček, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the more detailed description of various methods employed for the manufacturing of permanent patterns which are used for making of nonpermanent moulds. According to the type of materials the models are divided into the wooden, the metallic, the plastic and the models made from the resin. The work covers the description of handmade manufacturing which is performed either manually (generally in case of wooden models) or by conventional methods of machining. It also includes the CNC machining mostly used for the manufacture of larger models. Further, certain methods Rapid prototyping are described here but these methods are restricted in sizes of future model, as they are used for the models of smaller measurements. Finally, the newer methods including the methods of Additive manufacturing are also described in the work.
Design of Technology and Process of Manufacturing of a Component with The Help of Modern Technologies.
Holík, David ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
The Bachelor´s thesis is a dissertation fousing on the desing and manufacturing of single machanical parts with the help of modern technologies. In particular, the study involves brake callipers and different variants of manufacturing methods of these parts are presended. Aim of this work is to make a desing of these components and, if there is the possibility their production.
Application of Fused Deposition Modelling Method to Production of Planetary Mechanism Model
Kudláčová, Barbora ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis aims to deal with designing and construction of the planetary mechanisms mod-el with using the technology of Rapid Prototyping. Virtual model was designed by para-metric program SolidWorks 2013 and produced by 3D printer called Dimension uPrint, which uses Fused Deposition Modeling for the production. The thesis also includes the description of the planetary mechanism especially from theoretical, practical and also construction knowledge. The thesis contains the description of Fused Deposition Modeling too. The model of planetary mechanism is using as an educational tool especially for students of BUT Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the subject Kinematics.
