Railway bridge with steel load-carrying structure
Šarmanová, Iveta ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
The subject of master’s thesis is a structural analysis of a bearing structure of an existing historical single-track railway bridge over the Vltava river in a direction from Prague Modřany to Vrané nad Vltavou. The riveted steel bridge carries rail traffic across five fields. A part of the master’s thesis is focused on a disposal of a variant of the longest field by using a modern arch construction.
Stress and deformation analysis of railway bridge over the Svratka River
Kovář, Jaroslav ; Žák, Stanislav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with stress and strain analysis of real truss bridge structure. This structure is modelled as plane bar system. The opening part dedicates to theory, which is further used for calculations. The calculation part dedicates to compare statically determinate and indeterminate variation of structure for load by own weight and passage of the train. Analytic calculations are numerically verified with program ANSYS. In thesis is assessed concentration of stress, when the rivet drops out of the structure. The next part of thesis dedicates the spatial model of bridge, which is compared witch plane model.
Railway Bridge across Local Road
Olbert, Jan ; Štrba, Michal (referee) ; Brosch, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the variant design of the steel structure of single-track railway bridge on the line Tišnov – Nové Město na Moravě. The task is bridging the local road by a bridge structure with one field. Length of the bridge is 40 m.
Stress and deformation analysis of railway bridge over the Odra River
Svoboda, Josef ; Profant, Tomáš (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with strain, stress and deformation analysis of the planar truss bridge construction. The aim is to determined the size of axial forces for statically determinate system and then making construction changes to reduce axial stresses in the individual beams in the structure. This structural modification becomes statically indeterminate structure. To solve this problem we consider different positions of the train at the bridge. The obtained values we can use to assess stress and deformation of the structure and the analytical results will be compared with the results obtained using the finite element method.
Railway bridge across the river Svitava
Findura, David ; Panáček, Josef (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design of an one-track railway bridge over the river Svitava. Out of three proposed variants was chosen as the most economical and feasible the variant number 2 - two-beam prestressed bridge with one span. According to actual EN standards the construction was designed and assessed to the serviceability limit state and the ultimate limit state.
Design of a one-span railway bridge
Tomisová, Gabriela ; Panáček, Josef (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is a design of an one-span bridge over a river, a bicycle path and a route for pedestrians. The construction of prestressed beam bridge with one field with lower bridge deck is preferred out of all developed options. The construction is designed and assessed to the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state according to actual EN standards.
Railway bridge over a local brook
Libiger, Martin ; Trenz, Jan (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The purpose of this work was to design a bridge local stream to convert single-track railway line. The possible variation deals with the construction of prestressed girder bridge on one field with the lower deck. The aim of this work was to design and evaluate the structure on the basis of ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states according to applicable EN standards.
