Diplomová práce je věnována využití a implementaci příslušných nástrojů projektového řízení v rámci projektu založeného na návrhu a výrobě zobrazovací jednotky pro vnitřní systém inteligentní domácnosti. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část představuje ucelený popis nástrojů projektového řízení a metod použitých při jejich implementaci. Analytická část je zaměřena na zpracování primárních (rozhovor) a sekundárních dat (interní dokumenty a finanční výkazy) poskytnutých firmou, které usnadňují vyhodnocení současného stavu firmy. Návrhová část má za cíl vypracovat plán projektového řízení na základě zjištění analytické části.

The first chapter describes the theoretical background required for the analysis, the implementation of the change and the development of the web application. In the second chapter, the company's analysis and the current state of bond management. The last part of the thesis is the design of the change, the creation of the application and its deployment. The result is the successful deployment of the web application.

This thesis focuses on the assessment of the information system of Company X, which is engaged in the production of air conditioning units. The main objective is to improve the security of the information system. The thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part clarifies the basic theoretical concepts, the second part is devoted to the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company, including an audit of the information system. The third part is based on the results of the ZEFIS portal and contains proposals for solutions to improve the current state of the information system security.

The thesis deals with the assessment of the ClickUp information system in the selected company and the subsequent proposal of changes. The thesis contains three main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background. In the analytical part, both the current situation in the company and the current state of the information system are evaluated using analytical methods. The last part is devoted to the actual solution proposal, which is based on the identified shortcomings in the analytical part. The proposal subsequently leads to the improvement of the information system and the entire operation of the company.

This master’s thesis deals with the selection and implementation of a new information system at Odry Secondary School. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of the school and its information system and based on these analyses and requirements to select and implement a new information system. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background, in the second part of the thesis the mentioned analyses are performed followed by the actual design of the solution. The design solution is concluded with a financial analysis and the benefits of the solution are described.

The last part of the thesis contains proposed changes together with an economic evaluation that will lead to an improvement of the current situation.

Based on the results of these analyses, the final part of the thesis will propose changes that will lead to the simplification of business processes and increase the productivity of the company.

The last part builds on the previous one and presents options for the development of the information system, including the selection of a new one. The chapter concludes by assessing the benefits of the changes.
