The purpose of my bachelors thesis is to help gain an understanding of specific principals, methods, and approaches in setting up construction contracts and applying these components into actual projects. The thesis is divided into two separate parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical segment discusses the general issues which then proceed to be applied to a specific contract.

The subject of this diploma thesis is construction-technological project of the integrated rescue system station. The building is situated in the village of Týn nad Vltavou and will be used to perform the service of fire protection of the population. The thesis is focused on the design of the construction site equipment, the time and financial plan, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the technological specification, the control and test plan, and also the occupational safety and health protection.

This thesis deals with reconstruction of the home for the elderly Plaveč main building. These reconstruction is primarily interior renovation, the rooms of clients and staff facilities, but also the surrounding of the building. All work will be in full operation. Consideration of this factor in the organization of construction is the main subject of this thesis, which shall include traffic contexts, costing, budget, time schedule, equipment of construction site, construction machinery, technology procedure, occupational safety and resources.

The theme of my diploma thesis is a preparation of realization of administrative building, The Czech Technological park Brno. Thesis contains a technical report of the technological project, a mechanical assembly, a technological specification of monolithic structure contains a included inspection and test plan and a calculation of the formwork time. It also includes the project of construction zone solution, a time schedule, a time and financial plan, an itemized budget and bill of quantities, a calculation of buildings according to THU, a transport routes. Part of the thesis are also selected a LEED certification credits and safety and a health protection during work plan.

Next content of thesis are study of main technological phases, time and finanical plans, items budget, selected details, construction site equipment and design and verification of tower crain.

Construction Order Management

This thesis deals with preparation and management of construction order. In the theoretical part there is described the definition of the term project, then management of project and leadership. In the practical part the investor and the contractor of the construction order will be introduced. This construction order is evaluated, then an organization structure, costs plan, time schedule and site accommodation are made. In the final part the thesis deals with evaluation of results and its comparison with the building company.

The work includes accompanying and summary technical reports, construction situation with wider transport route relationships, technical report of the closer transport relations and the coordination of the oversized transport, bill of quantities for the tackled technological phase, technological regulation for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton, design of the mechanical assembly, control and testing plan for the tackled technological phase, work safety of the tackled technological phase, prefabricated skeleton assembly budget, and building schematics of the details, assembly and storage of prefabricated elements.
