Premedical Skills Level of Selected Primary School Pupils

The main emphasis of this thesis is to determine premedical skills level of selected primary school pupils. It compares 8th and 9th graders knowledge gained during the curricular subjects for primary schools and post-project ones. The project itself is focused on human health and first aid in emergency situations and it combines all didactic techniques including practical training at local medical high school. The thesis consists of two main parts, where theoretical part briefly introduces the history of first aid within the Red Cross, gives an insight into first aid legislation and shows fundamental first aid techniques. The practical part contains of the questionnaire survey which has been used as a background for creating and testing the educational project. KEYWORDS: health, life rescue, literacy, injured person

Financial Supervision in Federal Republic of Germany

This thesis deals with the organizational structure of financial supervision in Germany with a view to asses the recently completed institutional integration. First, the overview of theoretical models of financial supervisory agencies is submitted including advantages and disadvantages of such concepts. Being aware of the absence of a sole universal applicable solution of the institutional organization of financial supervision, the fundamental requirements are introduced, generally imposed on every financial regulation system in order to perform its tasks effectively. The emphasis of this paper rests upon presenting the German financial supervision in several terms. The main section surveys the evolution of supervision until the formation of BaFin -- Federal Financial Supervision Agency, the ample scope is devoted to legal issues, the inner organization of BaFin is described in detail and the particular attention is paid to funding. The reality of day-to-day supervisory activities is explored in the passage related to problems of financial supervision, where especially the complex question of mutual cooperation between BaFin and Bundesbank In the field of bank supervision comes to light. The supervision-costs analysis focused on the situation prior to integration and mistakenly assumed course after its implementation supplements the general view. Considering all proposed facts the conclusion offers a review of assumptions ensuring a proper supervisory structure.

Formy podpory českého exportu

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám podporou exportu v České republice. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři, jak funguje proexportní politika, jaký je její význam a účel. Zde se blíže věnuji i podpoře exportu malých a středních podniků, které v současnosti tvoří významný segment české ekonomiky. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřil na hlavní instituce zabývající se podporou exportu v České republice. Jedná se o Českou exportní banku, Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnost a agenturu Czechtrade. U každé z těchto institucí jsem popsal jejich význam, historii, zaměření a služby, které nabízejí českým exportérům, aby měli možnost se prosadit na zahraničních trzích.

Teamwork and team production

The aim of this work is the analysis of team work and team production in human resources management in a selected organization, design changes and recommendations to improve the management of this area. Because of the thesis company, named DREVYS PRO s.r.o. was analyzed, company is engaged in wood processing industry, production of furniture parts and contract manufacturing of wood. The theoretical part describes the issue of work group, team, production teams and conflicts in the team as well. One part of it is also rewarding workers in the team. Well motivated worker is happy at work and doing his job well. In the practical part of the thesis is the analysis of the company, company's history, organizational structure, production in the company and rewarding employees. Among the proposals for amendments and recommendations for the company include a new composition of work teams, their name, determinate leader, correct description of the objectives of the work.

Czech-Israeli trade relations

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the business relations between the Czech Republic and Israel, and to suggest other possible perspectives of mutual cooperation. This thesis is devoted to both basic characteristics of Israel in terms of geographic, demographic and political, and to the current state of the Israeli economy. It provides information on history of mutual relations, their legal framework and development of the Czech-Israeli trade. The great emphasis is placed on tourism. One part of this thesis is processed as a questionnaire survey among Czech companies generally and the performance of the Czech company Ammann Czech Republic, a.s., which is one of the successful exporters to the Israeli market. The final part describes Czech institutions that support development of the Czech-Israeli relations, and the bilateral programme GESHER/MOST. The activities of these institutions are evaluated and then further opportunities of deeper cooperation are suggested.

My master thesis deals with the position of members of the board of directors in a joint-stock company. The focus of this thesis is to deliver a complete overview of information on members of the board of directors of a joint-stock company and other aspects related to the performance of this function. The entire thesis is divided into six chapters, where the first chapter deals with the board of directors and its role in a company. Followed by a chapter on a sole fuctioning of a member of the board of directors. Subsequently the thesis deals with the agreement on performance, which steadily continues in the definition of rights and duties of members of the board of directors. Significant part of this work is dedicated to the sphere of action of the board of directors and the responsibility of its members.

Insolvency Crimes

This thesis deals with the special category of crimes related to the bankruptcy of the debtor and to the insolvency proceedings. The first and second parts of the thesis are devoted to the general introduction into the both law branches, i. e. into the insolvency law and criminal law. The third part of the thesis focuses on interconnection of the mentioned law branches reflected in the category designed as insolvency crimes. The thesis analyses particular crimes utilizing the legal acts, technical literature and judicature. The fourth part handles the available statistical data regarding the insolvency criminality provided by the Czech Police. At last the thesis evaluates the social harmfulness of the insolvency crimes, its legal regulation and the protection against it.

Possibilities of development of private farms in the microregion Nechanicko

Diploma thesis possibilities of development of private farms in the micro Nechanická is focused on designing a business plan for small farmers, which since 2002 operates in the cultivation of small fruits. The farm is located in Labe, near Hradec Kralove and was "greenfield". Since its creation, developed and expanded, it currently manages a set on 20 hectares of land. Traditional methods are grown and harvested cherries, red currant and black currant.
The theoretical part deals with the processing of evidence from the available literature concerning the history of horticulture and fruit growing contemporary, state support for farmers and private enterprise. Furthermore, I describe the region in which the farm operates, including the assessment of competition.
The practical part is focused on assessing the current state farms and to assess the proposed changes. This is a business plan, which aims to propose such changes in the structure of grown fruits, which should contribute to the diversification of farms and mitigating business risks. The result should be a financial benefit for the farm, respectively. propose such procedures, which would allow to employ another member of the family and the farm was sustainable for the next generation.
The business plan is aimed at changing tracks grown fruits, to changes in its practices of cultivation and harvesting, taking full advantage of current opportunities farm so that the economic benefit was achieved as soon as possible, with due lowest cost. The project economically assessing the project from two perspectives - without the use of subsidies and their utilization. The proposed amendments seek to achieve the highest quality production, which is then preferably be sold.
In the end, the project is evaluated and assessed the return on investment provided grants and without their support. It is also evaluated the possibility of further employment of a family member and the emergence of family farms.

The Importance of a Coaching for a Leadership

The thesis on The Importance of Coaching for Leadership consists of the theoretical and the practical parts. The first part contains the explanation of basic concepts of management, leadership and specifies leadership styles and the personality of a manager.
Furthermore, this part deals with the motivation and its influence on the action of people. The important part of the thesis is the chapter about coaching, which is focused on the history of coaching. The part deals with the concept and key elements of coaching, the relationship between a coach and a person who is coached and it also mentiones what is not coaching.
The practical part consists of the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, whose goal was to discover if the managers of the monitored organisation are aware of coaching and if they are able to use it while managing their subordinates.
Suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the use of coaching for the leaderships the monitored organization are based on these surveys conclusions.

Polish-Hungarian Friendship in the Contemporary Polish Press

The bachelor thesis Polish-Hungarian Friendship in the Contemporary Polish Press deals with the Polish-Hungarian friendship, the phenomenon of traditionally good mutual relations between the two nations, in selected Polish press periodicals (Gazeta Wyborcza, Polityka, Rzeczpospolita and Wprost). Firstly, the phenomenon of the Polish-Hungarian friendship and the relevant situation concerning the contemporary Polish press (especially the ideological and ownership factors) are introduced. Consequently, word frequency analyses and qualitative content analyses of the corpora comprising of articles concerning the Hungarian and Polish- Hungarian history and the peak of financial crisis in Hungary in 2008 are conducted; the individual periodicals are analysed, as well as the groups of titles (liberal and conservative) and all the periodicals as a whole. Lastly, a synthesis of the analyses' results is conducted and the research question, whether any signs of the Polish-Hungarian friendship can really be found in the Polish press and whether they are more significant in the conservative group of periodicals, is answered.
