Postauditing in the EIA process
Kohoutová, Michaela ; Braniš, Martin (advisor) ; Lipský, Zdeněk (referee)
Environmental impact assessment (EIA), its key principles and aspects, these are themes discussed worldwide. EIA is useful as an environmental prevention tool but its effectiveness is seen in many cases in a bad light. The causes of the inconsistency between an opinion and the subsequent actual state are manifold and as we can see in the academic literature, it is becoming increasingly necessary to examine the need for monitoring and post-project analysis. Measures for reducing environment risks through monitoring and post-analysis, together with EIA opinions and assessments of its accuracy, are becoming important themes mentioned in the scientific journals. This work comprises a consideration of the choice of adequate methods and initial questions whose correctness is crucial for a successful prediction. Effectiveness of the EIA process depends on an appropriate methodology, existence of data in EIA documentation and other aspects, which are often discussed in the scientific literature. The object of this work is to define the environmental impact assessment (project analysis) in relation to the actual state of the territory (post-project analysis), to describe the advent and the historical aspects of environmental impact assessment in the Czech Republic and abroad, and to compare the correctness and...

Learning of analysis by reduction
Čejka, Josef ; Hoffmann, Petr (referee) ; Mráz, František (advisor)
In the present work is discussed the problem of learning of analysis by reduction. Analysis by reduction is a method for checking syntactic correctness of sentences. This method consists in stepwise simpli cation of the extended sentence until it can be easily accepted or an error is found. It can be modelled by so called restarting automata. In this work is studied methods for learning restarting automata from a given set of positive and negative examples of words and positive and negative examples of reductions. In frame of this work is suggested and implemented a system for learning of analysis by reduction for formal languages using genetic algorithms. The assumption is that the reductions can be described by a subclass of regular languages called strictly locally testable languages. This work includes experiments with suggested system and some selected formal languages too.

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. The main objective of my work was to design a correct disposition suitable for given purpose, i. e. the proposal of a suitable system design, carrier system and the drawings, including text parts. Thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for instance in t

THE LEVEL OF STATUS INFORMATION AND POSITION OF TRAVEL AGENCIES ABOUT HEALTH HAZARDS OF TRAVELERS
AUERBACHOVÁ, Eva
The objective of this work is to find out potential diseases and protection of health within travelling by using of services Czech republic travel bureaus. The target is to map the level and attitude of travel bureaus in relation to customers health hazards. The research question was: What is the position of travel bureaus to possible customers health hazards. The used method was a qualitative research with application of individual interviews and question-form, where the target themes was the destination, way of transportation, accommodations, customer interest about health hazards, gravid customer interest of travelling and interest to travelling of customer with children under three years. It was also investigate the level of travel bureaus employees{\crq} knowledge about possible customers health hazards in foreign countries, mainly in subtropical and tropical countries. In this context was the focus at identification if the travel bureaus are able to give advice about customer health hazards, preventive vaccination and necessity to take necessary personal medicine, whether are exists some areas not suitable for cardiac patients and other chronic disordered patients, where can customers get information about travel health hazards and at last but not at least if the tours are offered health insurance inclusive. From the research results and content analysis were deduced these hypothesis: {$\cdot$} Travel bureaus customer are interested in potential health hazards combined with travelling practically only at ways to destinations out of Europe {$\cdot$} Travel bureaus employee are acquainted with potential health hazards and they are able to give advice about specific addresses or national (private ) institutions, where customer can get more information about possible customers health hazards in foreign countries {$\cdot$} Travel bureaus have cognisance of customer health hazards in foreign countries The hypothesis validity should be repeatedly verified in additional research. This work brings to traveller an overview about fundamentals life style in foreign countries and includes also an overview about health hazards sequent upon diverse climatic effects or lower hygienic level and there are also included precautionary arrangements to health protection in foreign countries. Likewise are interpreted views of travel bureaus to customer{\crq}s health hazards and level of own information related to this problem. Travel bureaus customer can mostly get information about health protection or he can get recommendations to trustfulness sources, where customer can take out the needed and correct information. Customer base should have been get the think on the brain and more be actively interested in regular vaccinations, hazards of sea bathing, overexposure to sunlight, hazardous sexual activities, observance of correct meal plan, insect prevention and medicine chest equipment. We would not have forget on possible damage as a result of clime incidence, psychic stress, form of transport or animal attack. The travellers are using very often the travel bureaus services and they suppose, that will become complex services. It means, that together with transport service, boarding and lodging and entertainment program they get advices and basic instructions about possible customers health hazards in foreign countries and information about precautionary arrangements to health protection.

Distribution of trace elements in tectites with using LA ICP-MS
Svatá, Adéla ; Strnad, Ladislav (advisor) ; Houzar, Stanislav (referee)
The following example deals with methods of determining major and trace elements in a particular special kind of natural glasses - tektites. Measurements were performed on seventeen samples. Two of them belonged to a group of Libyan desert glass and the remaining fifteen were originally from the Australasian tektite field. For these purposes, optical microscopy was used in the preparatory phase of study of the samples. The studied samples were prepared in the form of cross-sections. Microscopy was employed to ensure the correctness of the procedure for selecting appropriate samples and precise areas of cross-sections that are suitable for analysis. The main elements were determined by electron microanalysis. The values obtained in these measurements confirmed existing knowledge about the composition of tektites. The chemistry of Libyan desert glass corresponded to 98 weight percent of SiO2. In the Australian-Asian samples, this value was equal to 73 wt.%. The other major oxides include Al2O3, FeO, MgO, etc. The contents of these elements in the Libyan desert glass were determined in the range of 0.154 to 0.727 percent by weight. The Australasian tektites contained 0.598 to 0.875 wt.% of these elements. The most important data were obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric (ICP-MS)...

Opacity quantification in cardiac angiogram sequence
Kazmar, Tomáš ; Zitová, Barbara (referee) ; Kybic, Jan (advisor)
Angiography is an important method to diagnose patients with myocardial thrombosis. It is usualy used to detect a stenosis in one of arteries but the data can be further processed to discover problematic capilary areas. This is strongly suggested because the catheterization is invasive, it involves a certain risk for pacient and especially it would be invaluable for further decisions about proper pharmaceutical treatment. Problem of opacity quantification on a MBG scale has not been satisfactorily solved yet.1. The student shall discuss the following in his diploma thesis: recapitulation and comparisons of various methods applicable to the problem of opacity quantification, especially image registration and movement correction, develop a method to automatically quantify the opacity and further implement it as well.
