Vývoj českého kapitálového trhu a jeho regulace

Bakalářská práce pojednává o vývoji českého kapitálového, legislativy a dozorčích orgánů v České republice. Je zaměřena na období od sametové revoluce po současnost, kdy ekonomika prochází procesem transformace. Začátek první kapitoly je věnován krátkému nahlédnutí do historie a následně vývoji od počátku 90. let až do dnešní doby. Závěr kapitoly se zabývá fungováním organizovaných trhů v ČR v současnosti. Druhá kapitola shrnuje poznatky z oblasti regulace a dohledu nad kapitálovým trhem. Je zde popsán vývoj legislativy a hlavní dozorčí orgány. Poslední kapitola se věnuje pohledu na středoevropský region a srovnání s podobnými trhy v postkomunistických zemích. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na události, které provázely oživení kapitálového trhu v České republice, vysvětlení systému obchodování a vytvoření přehledu o situaci v podobných ekonomikách v rámci střední Evropy.

The role of animation in user interface of mobile devices

This diploma thesis deals with the use of animations in the user interface (UI) of mobile devices. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part presents the theoretical basics of designing user interfaces for mobile devices, the second part is dedicated to the definition of animation, its usage, functions and the perception of animation in user interface. The third part summarizes existing research dedicated to the related field and research methods used in this thesis. The fourth part is focused on the research which was conducted as comparative study based on prototype user testing examining the different types of animation and their impact on the users. The last, fifth section, presents main research findings and answers the research questions. The results reflect the impact of animation on the UI and shows what are the advantages and limits of the use of animation.

The Chronicle of Town Cheb of Pancras Engelhard of Haselbach. Contribution to the historiography of towns in the early Modern Period.

The present thesis deals with city chronicles from the early Modern period with particular focus on the 1560 chronicle of the city of Cheb by Pancras Engelhard of Haselbach which is an important piece of work for the historiographical tradition of the city. The thesis first focuses on literature and other resources related to the topic. Scientific literature is used to define chronicles as genre with emphasis on city chronicles. There is a brief description of the development of chronicles of the Kingdom of Bohemia from the period before the battle of White Mountain and an overview of the history of chronicles of the town of Zhořelec. Another chapter presents the history of the city of Cheb, its economic background and political position within the Kingdom of Bohemia and the Holy Roman Empire. Furthermore, the development of literature of the city of Cheb in the early Modern period is described. A section on the chronicles of the city of Cheb from the period before the battle of White Mountain follows. Particular attention is paid to the manuscript of the chronicle by Pancras Engelhard of Haselbach and to other manuscripts of this chronicle still in existence. Psychosocial Issues of Prostitution

Presented master' s thesis "Psychosocial problems of the prostitution" inquires into specific aspects of this socialy pathological phenomenon. Whole study includes theoretical and practical part. Opening chapters of the theoretical part present the definition of prostitution and the summary of its specifics, moreover they concern the theory of causes of prostitution and its transformation during the history. Following chapters present different forms of prostitution, including the characteristic of some of them, and above all they talk about the psychological and social aspects of causes, which bring a woman to practise the prostitution, about the selfperception of women-prostitute and about her relationship with her partner or family. The work covers also some negative social factors of prostitution such as the spread of venereal deseases or the connection with the organised crime. In addition in includes the possibilities of the government to solve the problem of prostitution and it summarizes the evolution of juridical situation in Czech Republic during the 20th century. Financování církví a náboženských společností: diskuse modelu financování pro Českou republiku

Diplomová práce se na pozadí vztahu mezi státem a církvemi věnuje problematice financování církví a náboženských společností v České republice. Teoretická část pojednává o historii vztahu státu a církve i typologii jejich soužití a představuje silné a slabé stránky šesti základních modelů financování. V analytické části jsou osvětleny majetkoprávní vztahy státu a církví v běhu českých dějin a v souvislosti s tím jsou uvedeny současné zdroje financování církví a náboženských společností v ČR a pro srovnání také ve čtyřech evropských zemích. Závěrečná část shrnuje dosažené výstupy a nabízí možná východiska pro optimální formování budoucího způsobu financování českých církví a náboženských společností.

The Bachelor Thesis presents a unified view of outsourcing, focusing on the outsourcing of the payroll department. The work begins by defining the terminology linked to outsourcing and continues by comparing its advantages, disadvantages and associated risks. The thesis then presents justifications for the decision to outsource. It describes the field of payroll accounting, defines its processes and explains the role of a payroll accountant in a company. The practical section of the thesis analyses an outsourcing relationship, focusing on procedures and processes. It elucidates the difference between partial, total outsourcing and internal payroll, as well as other uses of outsourcing a company may use.

Acting in theater and in front of camera

This thesis is about acting in theater or in front of camera. At the beginning it is focused to these directions individually and later summarizes their differences, which include: what function the audience has; what options of movement the performer has; what style direction the actor uses; what the difference of collaborations between actors on the stage or in front of the camera have.It talks about the different approach of directors and self-expressions of actors and analyzes the different effects that each actor during their performance. It doesn’t only talk about the differences, but also includes the inter-connections of both styles. The next part is focused on creating a character and comparison of current and passed actors that were acting in theater as well as in movies. The conclusion is about my personal acting experience in film and in theater. It evaluates my work at the school theater DISK and also asses the transition to my advanced work.

The analysis of the convergence criteria

This thesis deals with changing over to a new currency (euro) in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the information about European integration and the establishment of the economic and monetary union. Further it explains Maastricht convergence criteria and finally summarizes the key milestones of integration of the Czech Republic into the EU. The practical part is devoted to the realization of the objectives of this thesis. The main objective deals with analysis of the convergence criteria in the Czech Republic. Secondary objects of this thesis solves the effect of adoption the euro for one thing on economic entities (consumers, companies and government) and for another the main changes in the activities of the Czech National Bank.

The Guidelines deal with issues pertaining to the working hours and rest periods, summing up all relevant data and applying them to the topic at hand. The guidelines are aimed at increasing the efficiency of education and training of Labour Inspection State Office (SUIP) inspectors and regional inspection offices (OIP), and at providing assistance in the execution of their control-related activities.

Children's group as a tool for achieving work-life balance

The thesis discusses the problems of reconciling work and family life, focusing on the provision of services in a children's group under Act no. 247/2014 Coll. The theoretical part defines basic concepts relevant to work-life balance and briefly summarizes the options of preschool children care in the Czech Republic. The first part also elaborates the legal formalities of so called children's group. The practical part aims to assess the current situation of a specific children's group, reveals its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and on their basis formulates recommendations for its future successful operation. When processing this paper, literature review, description, questionnaire, depth interview and a final analysis and synthesis of knowledge utilized for formulating future proposals are used.
