Ekologie a početnost populace volavky popelavé (Ardea cinerea) v Moravskoslezském kraji. Hnízdní kolonie volavky popelavé v Karviné-Dolech

Volavka popelavá Ardea cinerea Linnaeus, 1758 z řádu brodiví (Ciconiiformes) a čeledi volavkovití (Ardeidae) je nejen v České republice pronásledovaným ptačím druhem. Trvalé a pravidelné hnízdění se u nás datuje až od 30. let minulého století. V současné době je volavka pravidelně hnízdícím druhem s rostoucím trendem početnosti. Právě tento fakt spolu se spektrem potravy (jedná se o převážně ichtyofágní druh) jsou příčinou stížností jak ze strany rybochovných organizací a firem, tak i Českého rybářského svazu. Nakolik jsou stížnosti oprávněné, lze vyhodnotit pouze porovnáním předmětu stížnosti s výsledky konkrétního průzkumu na dané lokalitě. Úkolem předkládané studie bylo podat komplexnější obraz o situaci s výskytem druhu v Moravskoslezském kraji a pokusit se podat základní obraz o rybách, tvořících složku potravy v konkrétní hnízdní kolonii. Součástí studie je vyhodnocení distribuce a početnosti výskytu a jejich změn na hnízdištích v kraji, pravidelné sledování výskytu druhu na vybraných rybničních lokalitách a porovnání distribuce a početnosti výskytu v hnízdním a mimohnízdním období na území Moravskoslezského kraje. Cílem práce bylo také vyhodnotit vyvrženou potravu a vývržky nalezené na hnízdních koloniích a předložit návrhy možností ochrany ryb před tímto druhem. Studie je navíc doplněna o nesystematicky získaná data o výskytu volavek z jiných, než pravidelně sledovaných lokalit v kraji.

Dynamic changes of arousal as component of motor docility

Title: The dynamic of changes of the arousal level like the component of motory docility. Objectives: The aim of this disertation work is to detect if there has been the relationship between the dynamic of changes of the arousal and the effectiveness of sensomotory learning (motory docility). Along with the next complementary examinations we would like to formulate proposals how to diagnose the motory docility. Thete is derivate from the subject"s ability to control its psychophysiology processes during the executing of unknown coordination task. Methods: The arousal of subject was objectificate throuth test of bimanual coordination, test of "mirror drawing" and expert testimony of motory docility. Results: It was detect, that the changes of arousal influence the running and quality of the sensomotory learning. Obtained data are corresponding with the expert testimory of motory docility. System for Imaging of the Monochromatic Pictures in the Pseudo Color

This diploma thesis treats the possibilities of the black-white picture depiction in pseudo colors (Pseudocolor). The individual methods, software or hardware are described there and the detailed block scheme of the system Pseudocolor is suggested. The block scheme is created on the basis of gained theoretical knowledge. In the thesis, individual functional blocks of the scheme are described and their circuit designs are realized. Some of the functional blocks are simulated by the PSpice program and accompanied by corresponding signal process data. The suitable choice of the active and passive components is performed, from which the general integration of the system Pseudocolor is made. All the source materials for the realization of the device are given there – double-sided drawing of the printed circuit, layout and specification of the components.

V teoretické rovině se práce zaměřuje na identifikaci ukotvení BOZP v legislativě a detailní rozbor základních pramenů právních norem týkajících se daného tématu. Praktická část je rozdělena do několika na sebe navazujících fází ? sestavení registru legislativy, vymezení oblasti registru s nejvyšší mírou úrazovosti v rámci podniku a návrhy na její následné snížení.

Marketing fashion brands with a focus on ZARA

The diploma thesis concerns with the specifics of fashion industry and marketing of fashion brands, with a closer focus and attention on a Spanish clothing brand Zara.The purpose of this work is to offer the reader an overview of marketing methods and tools used by fashion brands to reach, get and keep customers and to specify the actual forms of marketing communication used by the renowned Zara. The goal of the thesis is to find out the awareness of these marketing tools among Czech customers, what they think of the brand itself and then provide suggestions to improve its existing image. The first part gives an overview of available theory on fashion industry and marketing, and it describes and characterises the marketing communication of Zara. The second part is based on own marketing research with the purpose of defining the activity of the brand in Czech environment and unveiling the marketing goals of Zara in the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out the impact of the brand on Czech consumers and whether its idea of own positioning corresponds with the outcome of the consumer reasearch.

Valuation of employee stock options in accordance with IFRS 2 at fair value basis

This master's thesis is dealing with the topic of employee stock options (ESOs), primarily with the valuation of ESOs in accordance with the accounting standard IFRS 2 at corresponding fair value basis. The goal of this thesis is a critical analysis of the standard mentioned, with respect to the conditions of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part comes with the basic characteristics of employee stock options and explains how the traditional option-valuation models can be modified for the purpose of ESOs valuation. It is also concerned with discussion about fundamental features of the fair value basis necessary for the valuation process. The essential part of this thesis is the critical analysis focusing on the rationality of accounting methods, disclosure requirements and also on a theoretically correct determination of model inputs. Critical analysis is followed by case study aimed on evaluation of an authentic option plan. The practical part also demonstrates advanced methods of valuation using the Black-Scholes and the binominal models as well as the Monte Carlo simulation. In the conclusion, I present proposals for changes of the IFRS 2. According to the results of the critical analysis, supported by case study, greatest shortcomings were identified in the disclosure requirements. Proposals for changes are aimed mainly on this problem.

Rationing in Czechoslovakia in the years 1948-1953

This thesis is focused on the rationing in Czechoslovakia in the years 1948-1953. The thesis is divided into four main parts which correspond to the basic topics of the thesis. The first part is focused on the previous development. This part concludes that rationing systems in Czechoslovakia were quite similar to each other. The existence of captive market and "free" market at the same time was specific for rationing in the years 1949-53. The second section describes the positive public reception of this specific situation. The reduction of the black market is also mentioned. However this situation was not sustainable for a long time. Significant change of the system was made in 1952. Various proposals were made to unify the two markets. Dolanský's proposal is described as an example. However this proposal wasn't implemented due to the monetary reform in 1953. The existence of a captive market demonstrated problems in distribution. Christmas extra packages and shopping spree in 1950 are the examples of these problems. The last section describes abuse of rationing by the Communist Party for general persecution of specific social groups.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on issues of monitoring and controlling of costs in a manufacturing corporation. Furthermore, it deals with calculations of products and compares theoretical knowledge with reality. After a valuation of current situation and a description of the problem, corresponding analysis are made, based on which proposals are suggested in order to find a way how to realize them.
