Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si vybrala téma vnitřního monologu v díle Miguela Delibese, neboť již na samém počátku mého seznámení se s díly a osobností spisovatele mě zaujala mistrná variabilita jeho technik, které mu byly vždy odpovídajícím prostředkem pro jeho ideové sebevyjádření. V té době jsem ještě netušila, jak složitá práce mě čeká v podobě rozplétání klubka nejednotných pojmů, termínů a subjektivních názorů literárních kritiků na věci, které mi připadaly zpočátku "tak jasné". Najednou jsem se ocida v centru tohoto klubka a začínala tušit, že než přistoupím k samotnému vnitřnímu monologu v díle M. Delibese, budu muset toto klubko rozmotat, ptát se nejdříve, čím se liší technika vnitřního monologu od ostatních technik, když má tolik podob a variant; položit si základní otázku, do jaké míry je vnitřní monolog opravdu monologem, když sama podstata myšlení je dialogická a vnitřní monolog z této podstaty vychází; ptát se po adekvátnosti této techniky jako prostředku ztvárnění "jiné" reality, která se někdy prezentuje jako objektivní, někdy naopak deklaruje svoji subjektivnost; klást si postupně otázky, které mě povedou až k samotnému cíli, k vnitřnímu monologu v díle Miguela Delibese. The electrostimulation the spermiation in the crayfish

The crayfish are important and indispensable animals in aquaculture. In the aquatic environment, they have a role as predators, food for other fish, detrivors and they are an important element in the circulation of the energy and the nutrient in the aquatic ecosystem. Today, number of the european crayfish species populations is decreasing. It is caused by unfavourable regulation of streams, water pollution and the occurence of crayfish plague. The main purpose of present study was examining the impact of electrostimulation on the males of the crayfish and obtaining sex products (the sperm). The principle of this research was determining whether the male of crayfish are able to extrude spermatophore with sperm by an electric stimulus. The transformer was used as resource alternating current in experiments. All experiments conducted in a laboratory of experimental device for fish farming in Vodňany. Experiments were conducted in 2011 on a male of the spiny-cheek crayfish (Orconectes limosus), the signal crayfish (Pacifastacus leniusculus) and the red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii). The results of this work and success of the experiments suggest, that electrostimulation could be used for obtaining sex products (the sperm) from crayfish males. Results from a laboratory of electron microscopy confirm the harmlessness of electrostimulation on the shape and structure of sperm. The sperm can be used to artifical insemination of the crayfish eggs in future. However, sperm capacitation is problematic.

The relation of conversion as a system relation

The relation of conversion is a semantic relation between lexemes ( or between other typ es of language expressions) that is assessed- as far as its appurtenance to the system oflanguage is concemed - in various theories of language in a different way. Informally, these expressions are usually considered to be in the relation of conversion which "denote the same situation always from a different perspective", such as e.g. the verbs dát - dostat, prodat - koupit, půjčit- půjčit si, vyhrát- prohrát or the nouns vítězství- porážka. In this thesis, the relation of conversion is regarded as a type of a semantic relation that is inherent in the language system and therefore it should be included in the whole theoretical description of language. The author tries to support this standpoint that issues from a more or less intuitive observation of the properties of lexemes in the conversion relation and from their comparison with other lexemes by a consequent description of the nature of the semantic relation of conversion within the formally constructed theory of the Functional Generative Description of Language (FGD). Contruction of the Nuclear Power Plant Temelin and its Impact on the Surrounding Countryside

This thesis is concerned with changes of countryside caused by the construction of the nuclear power plant Temelín mainly represented by the lost villages not only in the closest surroundings, but in the area of the Hněvkovice dam as well. In total, eight villages had to be cleared and great areas of farmland were transformed. The individual lost villages are briefly characterised in terms of history and then there is a description of what particularly was demolished and what has remained. The theses is based on comparison of photographs from the past with the contemporary state.

Detergents in the Living Environment

Detergenty jsou čistící nebo mycí prostředky. Jsou to mýdla nebo syntetické detergenty. Jejich účinnou složkou jsou tenzidy. Detergenty jsou chemické látky, jejichž produkce výrazně ovlivňuje kvalitu povrchových vod a tak i životního prostředí. Poměrně dlouho dobu byla otázka detergentů a jejich vlivu na všechny sféry a oblasti životního prostředí v podstatě neřešena. Až v posledních dvaceti letech si lidé uvědomili důležitost této otázky a dostala se do popředí mnoha ekologických jednání na mezinárodní sféře. V zájmu členských států Evropské unie i samotných průmyslových podniků je postupně produkci specifických složek detergentů (zejména fosfátů) omezovat tak, aby se zamezilo jejímu negativnímu působení na životní prostředí. Tyto snahy u nás velice podporuje také společnost CSDPA-České sdružení výrobců mýdla, pracích a čistících prostředků. Výsledkem těchto snah je mimo jiné formulace Zákona č. 258/2000 Sb. O ochraně veřejného zdraví a také Zákona č. 356/2003 Sb. O chemických látkách a chemických přípravcích. Tyto zákony platí od 1. 5. 2004, tedy od data přijetí ČR do EU. The Sexual Activity in Adolescence as a Passage Ritual to the Social Adulthood

ENGLISH ABSTRACT This thesis deals with sexual behavior of young people from fifteen till twenty-five years in the Czech Republic. Their activities are evaluated and interpreted from anthropological perspective of passage rituals. The official passage rituals of adulthood were eliminated in the western society and one universal passage ritual was crumbled in inexhaustible assemblage of particular unofficial hazy and often unclear ritual actions. This transformation begins because the man is according to Mary Douglas a ritual animal and the ritual suppressed in one form appears in another on even stronger. In this large assemblage of passage rituals of adulthood we can include for example dancing courses, school- leaving examination, gaining of the driving licence, smoking, drinking alcohol or just sexual activity. In the period of adolescence we can mark this activity as ritual because it has not the clear utilitarian procreative aim. This work presents original field research which bears on two main pillars: 1. on the quantitative questionnaire investigation and 2. on qualitative questionnaire investigation. Transforming of Executive Coalitions in Prague in the Electoral Period 2010-2014

The aim of this diploma thesis Transforming of Executive Coalitions in Prague in the Electoral Period 2010 - 2014 is to analyze influences, which have an important role in a process of establishing executive coalitions and also in their stability. The analysis is based on a classical theory of coalitions, discursive analysis, interviews with direct participants and on official documents. One of the aims is to describe the level of possibility in application of theoretical concepts of coalition theory in the area of Prague's political system. There are many points of view, from which we look at stability and forming of coalitions. For example, very important point of view is an influence of making and implementing politics or an influence of politicians from national level. A big importance is focused on negotiating between participants, their statements in media and their real steps and decisions. The intention of this thesis is not an invention of general model which should be applied on similar local system, but to explain and describe the uniqueness of Prague local system and the election period of 2010 - 2014.
