Sedláček, Jakub ; Štikar, Jaroslav (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
Topic of the Bachelor Thesis is a design of the new car centre for VW group. The new building is located at the vacant plot in the city district Brno-Zábrdovice. The main area of the plot is registered as a brownfield number 3402 with former industrial production. The plot is defined by the streets Cejl and Jana Svobody on its north and south boundary, where the connection between those two streets is a typical element of the area. The east boundary is defined by the river Svitava. The plot is slightly sloping to the river. The building is divided into three separate volumes. Each of them is equal to the specific function – showroom, storage and car repair shop for VW, Škoda, Audi and Seat. The designed car centre is a single-storey steel industrial building without cellar. The part of the showroom includes offices on the first floor. The main structural system is defined by the steel frame structure – steel columns and truss girders. Vertical structural elements consist of two U280 steel profiles (showroom) and HEA 260 steel profiles (storage, car repair shop). Horizontal structural elements consist of steel truss girders and steel IPE profiles. Bracing system is designed as a combination of reinforced concrete walls and steel rods. The steel structure is based on reinforced concrete foundation pads with drilled piles. Foundation pads are connected by reinforced concrete strip foundations. The glazed curtain walling of the building’s envelope is formed by Schüco facade system, which is complemented with the significant aluminium shading system of vertical lamellaes Alaris. The rest of the external facades is demonstrated through the Kingspan’s insulated metal wall panels with vertical grooves. Floor and roof structures are defined by trapezoidal sheet with composite concrete slab. Roofing is designed as a warm flat roof with internal roof drains for the whole building. The waterproofing layer is made of SBS modified bitumen membranes.

The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW group. Earlier study in the subject AG33 gave form to the following bachelor´s thesis which further develops the study into level of Building permission design and Documentation for execution of the project. The designed building is situated in district Brno-Zábrdovice. The plot is situated on mostly flat land between the streets Cejl, Jana Svobody, Husovická and on the eastern side plot defines the river Svitava. The object of car centre consists of four buildings volumes which are mutually dilatated and meet the requirements of the operations of car centre. It includes presentation, sales, servicing cars Škoda, Volkswagen, Seat, Audi. The buildings are designed as a single storey steel assembled hall. An exception is only the offices of administration in the showroom located on the second floor, which divides the space. The construction system is the same for all objects. It consist of a prefabricated steel frame structure with longitudinal trusses. The bracing is achieved by a rigid ceiling slab in conjunction with steel rods and reinforced concrete shear walls. The structures is based on simple foundation pads combined with drilling piles and interconnection with strips all from reinforced concrete. Vertical structures consist of steel columns, shear concrete walls, Kingspan panelings and the Schüco glass facade system. Horizontal structures consist of steel straight trusses, bearing trapezoidal sheets coupled with a concrete layer and rolled IPE beams. The roofing of the buildings are designed as warm, non-walkable flat roofs, drained by internal rainwater drainages. In the showroom pipes are hidden inside steel colums that are covered with stainless steel sheets with polished surfaces. The integrity of four objects in one unit is achieved by repeating the same visual elements and on the contrary the readability of individual buildings is evident by gradation of individual volumes and their clear

Doula, Sufjan ; Pfeiffer, Magdalena (advisor) ; Pauknerová, Monika (referee)
In today's world, where globalisation and internationalization becomes part of our daily life, international entrepreneurship turns into a more actual and important issue. The role of law in this system is to set borders and give directions, which reflect the current state of global society. The aim of the diploma thesis Personal status of legal entities in private international law is both to clarify the actual legal situation of determining the personal status of legal entities and to find out the current grade of global legal integration in these aspects, that either encourages or prevents legal entities from international activities. In order to achieve that, firstly, a theoretical definition of the historically evolved theories for determination of personal status of legal entities is given. Subsequently, their main be- nefits and drawbacks are analysed. The first part is concluded with a definition of the scope of the conflict between the two main theories - incorporation theory and real seat theory. Additionally possible ways, how to solve this conflict together with their potential impact, are sought. Further parts of the thesis deal with such terms as recognition of foreign legal entities and cross-border transfer of seat. These all are essential terms that are bound with the per- sonal status of...

The arbitration seat is deemed to represent legal domicile of the arbitration. The system of law of the seat determines the legal regime of arbitration procedure. The thesis further describes two main theories dealing with the relation between the place of arbitration and the national system of law - seat theory and delocalization theory. Identification of urban axes in settlement system of the Czech republic
NERAD, Jiří
This bachelor thesis deals with urban axes of the settlement system of the Czech Republic. Before the analysis of urban axes the evolution of spatial and relational organization within settlement systems is described. Periodization of the development of the settlement systesms is made by three-stage model, wich generalizes their evolution into three stages: pre-industrial, industrial and post-industrial stage. A part of this chapter is also and outline of the some specifics and controlled deformations in the development of the Czech settlement structure. Another chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the spatial inter-urban interactions with an emphasis on commuting to work and transport interactions. The methodology part presents the methods of the spatial urban axes definition and also describes the data base including its shortcomings. The first analytical part deals briefly with nodal interactions of the settlement system and defines basic attributes of the Czech settlement structure. The main empirical part of the bachelor thesis then analyzes "overnodal" relations in the Czech settlement system. These relations are followed up in the form of daily transport and commuting interactions between settlements. Based on its reciprocal inter-urban intensity are in the final phase of work defined main urban axes with the complex interdependence.
