Preparation of realization of multifunctional building of Technology Park in Brno

The theme of my diploma thesis is a preparation of realization of administrative building, The Czech Technological park Brno. Thesis contains a technical report of the technological project, a mechanical assembly, a technological specification of monolithic structure contains a included inspection and test plan and a calculation of the formwork time. It also includes the project of construction zone solution, a time schedule, a time and financial plan, an itemized budget and bill of quantities, a calculation of buildings according to THU, a transport routes. Part of the thesis are also selected a LEED certification credits and safety and a health protection during work plan.
Apartment building

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new building of an apartment house in Mělník. The apartment building has five floors and a basement. The basement is used as an underground parking with technical facilities and there are three flats on each floor, thus the apartment building contains fifteen flats. Structurally, the whole building is designed as a monolithic wall system with monolithic ceilings, the lower structure is formed by a foundation slab and the roof is formed by a single-skin flat roof.
One span cable-supported bridge

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the design of a footbridge across the river. The design is processed by two options. The chosen option is designed as a cable-stayed construction supported by cables. Bridge is designed as perpendicular with total length 66,225m. Superstructure is made by prestressed monolithic deck suspended by cables from sloping pylon. Considerable part of the thesis is devoted to creating a so-called initial state. The calculation of internal forces was done by calculation software Scia Engineer 2018. The design of prestressing force, assessment of ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state were done by hand according to the valid standards and regulations. Bearing capacity assessment of pylon was solved by IDEA StatiCa 9 software and some results were verified by hand. The thesis disregards rheological effects and stages of construction.
Warehouse in Červený Kostelec - Execution of Substructure

The subject of my bachelor thesis are selected chapters of the construction-technological project of the substructure of a storage hall together with the retaining walls including the main landscaping. The construction is a newly built storage hall with administratively technical and social built-in structure. The built-in has two aboveground floors. It is situated in Lhota za Červeným Kostelcem in Královéhradecký region. The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the ground works, partially of the foundations and the retaining walls and their technology, realization, costly justify and time consuming. The part of the project is the Concomitant and Summary technical report focusing for selected stages and follow up to technological regulations, solutions of the construction site equipment, a draft of a mechanical assembly, a timetable, an itemized budget including bill of quantities, the inspection and test plan and a safety and a health protection at work.
Realization of the upper rough construction of apartment building in Prague

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the stage of the upper rough construction of apartment building in Prague. The house made up of a monolithic structure. This monolithic structure consists of walls and ceiling slab. Stairs designed as prefabricated mounted on monolithic landing and half landing. The landings are part of the ceiling slab, the half landings will be carried out additionally by means of the reinforcement frames in the staircases. The object’s construction system is bi-directional. The building is basement and has ten aboveground floors and two underground.
Cable-supported bridge

The theme of the thesis is to design a pedestrian bridge over a river. Out of two possible designs, the cable-stayed construction was chosen. The deck of the bridge is designed as a monolithic construction supported by cables from two inclined pylons. Two models were developed for the calculation of internal forces: a strut model for the longitudinal direction and a plate model for the perpendicular direction. These calculations were checked up by Finite Element Method (FEM) in SCIA Engineer 2017 software. Considerable part of the thesis was dedicated to the creation of so-called initial state. The design of the prestressing force and the evaluation of ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state was made in accordance with the codes currently in force. Small part of the theses is dedicated to the verification of the load bearing capacity of the pylon on the combination of normal force and bending moment with a subsequent verification in the software IDEA StatiCa9. The pedestrian bridge of 64,150 m length is considered as a perpendicular.
