This thesis with title "Children's Group - Benefit for both, Parents & Child in the age of two up to three years" deals with nowadays actual social topic, which is placement of children of early age to outside-family institutions. The thesis is divided into two parts. The main task of the first, theoretic part, is to gather and work with all information, which might be used for the topic of work and which might be found in all available literature. The attention is focused onto family with a small child, on current form of such a family and factors, which influence education of the child and its involvement into the society. This part deals also in a detailed way with all family members. With a child, with its needs and possibilities of meeting those needs. It deals also with roles of mother and father, who together and responsibly approach to the education of the child and who, at a same time, try to combine family and career life in the most appropriate way. In the theorecical part,the notions adolescence, gender, single life, planned parenthood and sexual education were explained together with a brief overview of contraceptive methods. Also, the motherhood, the father's role,the mother's role, the family and the parenthood were clarified. In the empirical part, I surveyed the knowledge of the contrateption and the planned parenthood with the students of a grammar school and of a secondary school. I searched for their knowledge of Postcoital contraception as well as of the termination of pregnancy. I also surveyed who is more informed, whether boys or girls.
Mothers and fathers in communication with school

The bachelor thesis deals with the involvement of fathers and mothers in communication with the school. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the relationship between family and school. In the introduction, we try to bring the concepts of communication and interaction, socialization. We also discusse the legislative definition of the relationship. We introduce a model, which seeks a relationships between families and schools. The last part is devoted to the knowledge in the field of gender. The second major part consists of empirical research. There are four case studies involved, the data in these studies was were obtained from interviews with teachers, pupils and their parents. Based on the analysis of these data, we find out who usually communicates with school and what factors are involved in the selection of the person representing the family involved. In the end, we made a comparison of the findings. These findings are then confronted with the current knowledge about the relationship between family and school.
Conflict of two roles. The issue of a dual role - parent as a teacher

RESUMÉ The topic of this thesis is the issue of two roles - a role of a teacher and a parent. The goal of the thesis is to research the main key features arising from the issue of the conflict of dual role of a parent and a teacher at the same time. The empirical part of the thesis tries to outline problems which the parents, or let me say, teachers experience in the home and school environment based on the fact that their child or children attend the same school where they themselves work as teachers. Furthermore, the thesis deals with their experience regarding the representation of these two roles in relation to their own family. The data analysis also tries to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the teacher job and also the advantages and disadvantages of the intermingled role of a teacher and a parent. The thesis presented here is written on the basis of the qualitative method of data obtaining and processing. The method of interview analysis is used as well. Statements of four women and four men, woman teachers and man teachers in the secondary school whose children also attended this particular school have been analyzed.

The theme of my thesis is to look at the role of the father in the expectant mothers during pregnancy and in childbirth. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical section discusses briefly the history of this issue, the preparations during pregnancy on a totally different life, what is the importance of psychoprofylaktické courses, the positives and negatives of the father's presence at birth and what are the roles of the partner for the birth. The main aim of the practical part was to determine whether active or passive help partner during pregnancy affect the mental state of women, whether partners visit antenatal courses, how to evaluate the presence of partner expectant mothers at delivery, what roles meet partner at birth and that the joint participation at birth should affect their relationship. To achieve the aims of quantitative research method has been selected in the form of a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires were handed out to women who have had a partner at birth. Research has found that most of the surveyed women cannot complain about the lack of attention on the part of the partners, whether it's about pregnancy is wanted or unwanted. The importance of the partner's presence at childbirth

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the importance of a partner's presence at childbirth. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on three main areas. The first section describes the period of pregnancy and the male role in this period. The second section deals with the birth itself and with the issue of the future father's participation in the birth. The third area of the theoretical part of this work describes the period after childbirth and possible psychological consequences for the father. It deals with factors which influence the father's emotional attachment to the child. The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to find out how significant is for men their own presence at the birth of their child in the environment of czech maternity hospitals. How do they prepare for this event and to what extent. How do they perceive the environment of the maternity hospital and its staff. It also researches the role and help of the partner during the birth and the impact of the experience on the partner's psyche and the couple's relationship. Issue of Abortion

This diploma thesis is aimed at an induced abortion issue and it considers it a bioethical issue. The author refers to a difference between views of theological and biological sciences that deal with the given issue. Simultaneously it provides a reader with an essential outline of basic embryological and medical processes which enable understanding of the given issue. On the one hand, the thesis presents a reader legal essentials related to the given topic in a historical legal context, on the other hand it does not ignore a contemporary development. It regards the given issue from a point of view of various Christian churches, although it does not work in a field of theology. It refers to negative health consequences of a miscarriage and induced abortion and simultaneously it presents basic information about contraception and about contraceptive and abortive means. The thesis also presents a reader with opinions and moral norms of selected Christian churches that express their opinions on abortion, contraception and interception. The author reflects upon the given moral norms. Fatherhood and the perception of the roleplay of the father in a Prague parish

The thesis describes fatherhood from the antic age until now. It defines the role play of the father in each historical periods of time and describes sources of influence which formed this role. The study is also focused on the influence in the catholic church and analysis from the church point of view. Subject of the thesis practical part is views of men on their role as fathers in a Prague suburb parish. It attempts to capture their fatherhood experience and to analyse it in relation to the fathers' attitude to the education of their children and material security. It focuses on ways of spending leisure time with their children, their education and comprehension and passing faith on them. It also analyses ways of the fathers' involvement in their households and child care.

This diploma thesis is aimed at problems of abortion and simultaneously of a different view of theological and biological sciences that deal with these problems. Concurrently, it is necessary to offer an essential outline of basic embryological and medical processes which enable understanding the given problem in view of importance of this situation. On the one hand the thesis presents legal essentials related to the topic in a historical legal context, on the other hand it does not exclude contemporary trends. It regards the given problems through a point of view of various Christian churches as well as world religious streams. It refers to negative health consequences of miscarriage and induced abortion but in the same time it presents basic information about contraception and differentiation of contraceptive and interceptive means. The thesis also presents opinions of individual churches that express their view of contraception or interception. The author of this thesis thinks critically over these thoughts and invites readers to create their own reflection of given problems. He tries to outline a wide range of these problems in the new, wider and often ignored point of view, that is of father's view.
