Analysis of fluctuation in an international company
Jedličková, Jana ; Jarošová, Eva (advisor) ; Filipová, Alena (referee)
The goal of my diploma thesis is to find out the reasons of real and latent fluctuation of a specific team in an unknown international company. To reach the target I am linking up theoretical conclusions about employee's fluctuation and about other areas connected with that theme (i.e. company culture or selected personal processes) together with empirical research in the specific team. The reasons of real fluctuation are examined on former and leaving employees. Reasons of the latent fluctuation -- connected with gradual alienation leading to dissatisfaction and possible leave of the employee -- are examined thanks to five partial goals (selection of employees and psychological agreement; motivation and leadership; education and development of employees; reward system and career options). The real reasons of selected employees leaving the company are insufficient career options. Summary of findings about real and latent fluctuation and recommendations for team management are explained at the end of the study using SWOT analysis.

9. SUMMARY Delictual liability of natural persons in protection of the environment The purpose of my thesis is to analyse actual legal regulations of delictual liability of natural persons in protection of the environment. Delictual liability in protection of the environment includes a criminal liability and an administrative liability. The liability is one of legal instruments which the state uses for the protection of the environment and means that person who committed a breach of an obligation is obliged to endure appropriate consequences. The reason for my research is the fact that people quite frequently breach their duties, thus consequently endanger or harm the environment. I wanted to know more about the legal regulation concerning this theme. The thesis is composed of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of delictual liability of natural persons in protection of the environment. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis. Chapter Two addresses the issue of legal liability in general. Construction tasks in space
MALÍŘSKÁ, Eva
My bachelor thesis focuses on Construction tasks in space. Its aim is a full explanation and a summary of knowledge of stereometry. This knowledge could be used by pupils at primary schools and students at secondary schools in the topic construction tasks. The theme is very neglected in general which leads to very low level of spatial imagination. I have created construction tasks in space in a free parallel projection with using interactive geometric software GeoGebra. The bachelor thesis contains solved examples with a detailed commentary of solution but it also includes unsolved examples for practising.

Tribute to Toyen. Artist´s book
SKOPCOVÁ, Petra
This thesis consists of two parts, written and practical. The subject of the written part is life and work of the surrealist artist Toyen. Despite the fact that Toyen is primarily known as a painter, I look at Toyen primarily as a first class illustrator and graphic designer in my thesis. The practical part is then the making of author's books inspired by graphic creation of Toyen. The main sources of inspiration for me were mainly the drawing cycles from the war period, such as The shooting range, and her artistically adapted erotic themes that she pursued throughout the whole course of her work. The result is the making of author's book containing fifteen sheets including book jacket and flyleaf. The aim of my work was not only a summary and processing of the creation of this artist, but especially to give a tribute to Toyen in this way.

A cultural studies perspective on the evolution of visual and audiovisual representations of indigeneous cultures.
Porybná, Tereza ; Matějů, Martin (advisor) ; Soukup, Václav (referee) ; Štoll, Martin (referee)
English Summary This dissertation primarily aims to synoptically place the theme of audiovisual representations of indigenous cultures within the context of cultural studies. With its interdisciplinary overlapping, the cultural studies approach is well suited to understanding the complex significance of visual representations of culture, which are both cultural artefacts and cultural interpretations and have an impact that is as artistic as it is scientific and political. The first part of the work describes the manner in which native cultures are audio-visually represented, especially in ethnographic photographs and films which emerged in the North American and European context. The mapping of "exotic others" intensified with the first modern overseas discoveries, first by means of exhibitions of living natives, illustrations and figurines, later through photographs, films and videos. These representations were significantly influenced by the socio-cultural conditions in which they arose. As late as the turn of the 20th century, there was a dominating conviction about the capability of photographs to present an objective record of reality. This technology was therefore used as an instrument for recording and classifying physical and cultural differences. The widespread acceptance of the doctrine of...
