Comparison of Selected Physiotherapeutic Terms

Title of dissertation Comparison of selected physiotherapeutic terms Objectives of the dissertation The objective of this dissertation is to emphasize the disunity of terminology in the field of physiotherapy used in clinic practice. This has been done by comparing the already known definitions of selected terms by different authors. The questionnaire method is used in order to show the absence of a monolingual physiotherapeutic dictionary as well as other possible issues conceming terminology in this field. Methods ln order to deal with the issues associated with physiotherapeutic terminology I have used information found in professional literature, observations of authors and my own, which has led to a synthesized comparative study of different terms. Moreover, questionnaires (see appendix) have been distributed to different specialised departments in the Czech Republic. Questionnaires have been given to both physiotherapists as well as to first year students of physiotherapy in order to be able to compare opinions regarding this issue. Evaluation of the questionnaires has been performed by means ofa graphic method and a written commentary. The competitiveness of the EU: Lisbon Strategy and the comparative profile of the member states

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the EU countries. First chapter is about the competitiveness, first theoretically, then in numbers based on the the competitiveness index of WEF and IMD and Doing Business of the Worl Bank. The second chapter describes the Lisbon Stategy and analyses the Lisbon score. The last chapter compares the European and the US economy. The conclusion contains recommendations to the next development of the competitiveness of the European union.

The string quartets of Iša Krejčí

Práce se snažila zachytit rozmanitost Krejčího hudebního vyjadřování a jeho původní přínos pro českou tvorbu předválečné i poválečné doby. Při zkoumání kompoziční práce se dospělo zejména k zajímavým motivickým souvislostem nejen mezi smyčcovými kvartety navzájem, ale i symfoniemi, na které dostupná literatura nepoukazuje; vidíme tedy, že Iša Krejčí dokázal vedle všeobecně zdůrazňovaného klasicizujícího nádechu, hravosti i humoru ve svých kompozicích přemýšlet a hudební materiál zkoncentrovat do pevné formové struktury. Některé otázky, na které zde už nezbyl prostor a čas, však stále zůstávají otevřeny. Jednak by bylo určitě (z důvodů některých zjištěných motivických souvislostí) zajímavé hlubší porovnání s dalšími jeho díly (zejména se symfoniemi), případně i podrobnější srovnání neoklasických impulsů u většího množství smyčcových kvartetů vzniklých v českých zemích; jednak podrobnější pohled na styčné body kompoziční práce Iši Krejčího s některými francouzskými autory (kromě některých autorů pařížské Šestky by si zasluhovalo porovnání třeba s některými díly méně známého autora Jeana Francaixe), zejména pokud jde o motivickou práci a harmonickou složku.

Within last twenty years is has been changed significantly several times. The changes have been intended to contribute mainly to the reduction in the number of exploited sickness leaves, to the strengthening of responsibility of employees, employers and physicians. After 1989 the system faced many legal modifications. This thesis is focused on analysis of the health insurance system in the Czech Republic after year 1989. The theoretical resources of the thesis are human and social rights, social security and its principles. The main segment of the theoretical part of the thesis is a function of the right for social security and a description of health insurance. The exploratory part of the thesis analyses the chosen occurrences relating to the health insurance system problems and thereby it responds to questions asked in the introduction of the thesis. Music and Movedent Education on the Background of Orff-Schulwerk, Libuše Kurková and Her Contribution to Music and Movement Education

The diploma thesis "Music-Movement Education on the Background of Orff Schulwerk. Libuše Kůrková and Her Contribution to Music-Movement Education." describes in detail the circumstances of Orff Schulwerk's origins and its spreading in pedagogical practice of music-movement education for preschool and young school children. It also speaks about the development of Orff's ideas in the Czech educational milieu. Its main focus, however, is upon the professional evolution and work of Libuše Kůrková. The work discovers her sources of inspiration (Duncan, Jeřábková, Orff) and thus gives an account of the development of music-movement education from the perspective of one of the pioneers of modern approach to music-movement education. The thesis gives a detailed portrait of Libuše Kurková's life, praises her as a creator of an original approach to elementary music and dance education for preschool children. It also presents her as one of the most distinctive figures of musicmotion education in this country. The thesis is meant to be especially useful for students and teachers of music-movement classes who can understand the irreplaceable function of aesthetic education for a healthy and harmonious child's development.

Návrh rámce pro monitoring sociálních médií a klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti pro společnost působící na trhu vlasové kosmetiky

This work reviews the current literature and application methods of strategic KPI frameworks, KPI definition and measurement, target setting and benchmarking for social networks based on journals, books and whitepapers while including an interview with a social media agency. In a second step, the acquired knowledge is applied on a case study for a salon haircare company. The conclusions are based on in-company experts in the field, external social media agencies and an internal survey. Based on a behavioral survey, the requirements and gaps in the organization are identified. This leads to the application of a theoretical framework on the case company and a suitable definition of KPIs. The final delivery includes an analytical tool measuring all KPIs. Finally, all KPIs are related to targets and benchmarks from industry, social network sites, competitors and historical data. The final results are easily transferrable to other players in the industry.

The content of preschool education in the SEP PV

My final work deals with the development of content of the pre school education in the connection of education of pre school children in the Czech lands from the period of J. A. Komenský until today. The theoretical part is aimed to the development of content of pre school education from the period of J. A. Komenský until the current Framework Education Programme for Pre school education. The practical part focuses on the content of School Educational programme for pre school education. Some different activites will be described in this part, e.g: sport and active games, poems, rhymes, songs, stories and fairy-tales, which are divided into nine integrated units. I tried these activities with children during my practise at the university in České Budějovice and also in Sepekov, in a place, where I live.

Studie popisuje proceduru zbavení imunity člena parlamentu ve vybraných evropských zemích. Autorky konstatují, že ve většině parlamentů světa (asi v 60 parlamentech) rozhoduje o vydání poslance k trestnímu stíhání (pokud je upravena trestněprávní imunita) plenární schůze příslušné komory. Rozhodnutí ve většině případů připravuje imunitní výbor komory, výjimkou jsou státy, kde se věcí zabývá předsednictvo komory. Specificky se studie věnuje otázce existence „jednacích řádů“ výborů zabývajících se touto agendou. Ve studii jsou obsažena i pravidla jednání výborů pro neslučitelnost funkcí a střet zájmů. Nejzajímavější je německá úprava, která obsahuje zákaz hodnocení důkazů ve výboru a určuje i zákazy pro obsah doporučení výboru. Tím se vyjadřuje to, že výbor ani komora se nesmí vměšovat do soudních pravomocí.

Ekonomická podstata pořádání Mistrovství Evropy v kopané v ČR

Tato diplomová práce se snaží předpovědět velikost ekonomického dopadu v případě pořádání Mistrovství Evropy v kopané na území České republiky. Vytváří přitom čtyři varianty ? optimistickou a pesimistickou variantu pod vlivem cestovního ruchu a to v případě pořádání akce samostatně či ve spolupráci s jinou zemí. V první části zkoumá přímé dopady konání ? růst HDP. V druhé části, za využití meziodvětvové analýzy, se pokouší zjistit, jak velký by byl dopad nepřímý ? obrat HDP. K výpočtu přímých dopadů sumarizuje poznatky z analýz o výstavbě nových stadionů a očekávaný přínos z cestovního ruchu. V závěrečné části nastiňuje, zda by byly jednotlivé municipality schopné vynaložit prostředky na výstavbu stadionů a potřebné infrastruktury. Vzhledem k tomu, že do současné doby jsem nedohledal žádnou studii, která by se týkala přímo tohoto tématu, považuji právě tento fakt za největší přínos této analýzy.
