Prouza, Marek ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Basl, Josef (referee)
This thesis deal with ATP implementation issue in small to medium enterprise. The first part includes chapter about functional mechanisms of ATP and identification of key aspects that are necessary for making decision about the right variant for specific business. Real cases are described. There i salso a chapter dealing with implementation methodics of ERP systems, which are essential for using advanced fuctionality of ATP. Another chapter is dedicated to technical solution of the problém and proposes several means of realization supported by existing standardization. The second part of thesis is engaged in development of methodics, which is supposed to help specific business decide, which option of ATP implementation is the most suitable one, based on answers to defined questions. This methodics is verified on existing business already running ATP functionality, by comparing results from methodics and real situation. The results are analysed and commented.
Methodic integration of marketing and develpoment in a start-up project environemnt using standard sorfware tools
Dressler, Adam ; Střížová, Vlasta (advisor) ; Krkoška, Pavel (referee)
New software products, especially those based on innovation, typically originate in startup environment. The reasons are well -- known: small start-ups are quick to market (as marketing and development are close, sometimes one person), able to take decisions quickly, not risk-averse, unburdened by corporate bureaucracy etc. If successful (as they all hope to be), they grow quickly. Here comes the catch -- the same attributes that contributed to success early on can become reasons to fail later. The methods used by few, highly motivated stakeholders (owners/managers, key employees) at the beginning do not support the project organization as more people and complex issues are involved. This transition is the subject of this thesis -- how to make sure that suitable methods to support the alignment of marketing and development are phased in not too early (when they would constitute a drag and straitjacket, robbing the start-up of its advantages) but not too late (when their absence would lead to inconsistencies and mistakes, preventing the start-up to become a mature operation). As each project is unique, it requires different method at different times. Rather than proposing a fixed methodology, the thesis suggests criteria for recognizing when to look for a suitable method, how to choose it and how to apply it with minimum effort and optimum result. The theoretical part of the thesis explains how the methods work, the practical part demonstrates how they contribute to making correct decisions with higher probability.
Financial Management for Business in the Management of Business Informatics (MBI) model
Klouček, Ondřej ; Pour, Jan (advisor) ; Štefaňák, Vladislav (referee)
This diploma thesis focuses on two individual tasks in the MBI model (Management Business of Informatics). Analyzed tasks come under the section of Business Information System, specifically under the Business Financial Management group of tasks. The tasks deal with financial analysis, financial planning and budgets. The aim of the thesis is to create these tasks sufficiently detailed for the MBI model including detailed elaboration of the key activities and linkages to the existing MBI environment. The theoretical part consists of analysis of information sources. The practical part is based on these theoretical findings, which are grouped into logical units and, based on the assessment of the current state, remodeled into the form compliant with the MBI rules. The author of the thesis contributed to this research subject with creating the above mentioned tasks, including detailed key activities and with analysis and the blueprint of the linkages of the newly created tasks to the existing content of MBI in order to ensure effective work with the model for the users. Model documents and templates for calculations have been created for some of the tasks. The first part of the thesis theoretically describes the research subject with a focus on the systems of source information for the analyzed tasks. Based on this theoretical part, the practical part contains the commented version of tasks for the MBI model including the linkages for other methodical objects and contingent model materials.
Methodology for performing tandem skydive with disabled person
BRÁCHA, Jan
The goal of my bachelor thesis was verification of the possibility to perform tandem jumps with handicapped persons, especially with regards to the health conditions and social impact of this form of integration of the handicapped persons. The particular output of the thesis is creating of the methodics for tandem jumps with the handicapped persons. Based on the information from the literature, consultation with the medicine doctors and skydiving experts I have got basis for the practical realisation of the tandem jumps and for the following qualitative research. In the practical part of the thesis I performed tandem jumps with various types of disabilities in order to verify the theoretical assumptions. I also realised the research with the tandem passengers from the group of handicapped people to get the insight into the social impact of this sport activity on their lives. Outputs of this thesis are going to be used for the further training of tandempilots, so they ger ready to perform tandem jumps with the handicapped passengers.

Search Engine Marketing of Nonprofit Organizations
Slavík, Michal ; Kliegr, Tomáš (advisor) ; Nemrava, Jan (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to design methodics for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) in nonprofit organizations (NPOs) which takes advantage of their specifics. Other goals include practical evaluation of the methodics and analysis of the current state of NPOs websites. Determined goals are reached by merging theoretical background from relevant literature with the knowledge gained during field research and with author's experience. Designed methodics is built on the following hypotheses: NPOs are able to negotiate better trade terms than trading companies, NPOs can delegate their volunteers to do some SEM activities. Field research confirmed both hypotheses. Hypothesis that NPOs websites are static because NPOs see no profit in regular publishing was disproved. The methodics consists of four phases and also includes recommended tools, metrics, topics for publishing and a list of linkbaiting activities. The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter summarizes the necessary theoretical background, while the second chapter defines terms and premises. The main methodics can be found in chapter three. The fourth chapter contains current state analysis based on examination of 31 websites. A comparison of the methodics' hypotheses and activities against the experience of 21 NPOs representatives and 3 experts in the field of SEO is given in the last chapter. Opinions of the both groups of respondents are compared too. Based on the respondents' judgments on costs and utility of the methodics' activities a rank of these activities is finally created. The main contribution of this thesis is a conversion of the universal SEM theory into the specific conditions and language of NPOs practitioners and an analysis of the current state in this field.
Growth and individual variability of the water scorpion Nepa cinerea (Heteroptera: Nepomorpha: Nepidae)
VILIMOVSKÁ, Lenka
It this study morphometric characteristics and the growth of univoltine predatory water scorpion - Nepa cinerea were studied on the basis of data measured on freshly killed individuals, the same ethanol - fixed individuals and dried individuals. The growth of this species has an exponential character. By comparing the morphometric characteristics of freshly killed and fixed individuals was found that the ethanol fixation influenced mainly weight of all developmental stages and total abdominal ventral length of adults. The same was found for the comparison of morphometric characteristics of freshly killed individuals and dried individuals. Other studied dimensions were not significantly deformed even by fixation or drying. Reducing of individula demensions by the influence of fixation and drying was uneven at different developmental stages. Reliable dimension for differentiating of individual developmental stages fixed material and the collected dried material is especially the media length of the body. Dimensions of fixed individuals and dried individuals is not significantly different from dimensions of freshly killed individuals. This project was supported by grant GA CR P505/10/0096.
