The work deals with ethic porblems of audit profession and their violations. It focus on the definition of the ethical rules in the normative sources. It analyzes accounting scandals in the U.S. at the turn of the 20th and 21 century and their impact. Finally, it discusses the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, as an main effect of these scandals.

of the Thesis "A comparison of current account and deposit account contracts" The thesis is dedicated to a comparison of current account contracts and deposit account contracts. Since both contracts have became very common, it is interesting to investigate mutual characteristics and differences properly. The thesis is divided into several parts, each of them dealing with individual legal institutes of the legal regulation of these contracts. First chapter deals with the legal regulation of compared contracts in relation to split of the regulation between Act. No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code and Act. No. 284/2009 Coll., on the system of payment. Chapter Two describes the legal definition of both contracts as it stands in Commercial Code. It also examines the legal form of the contracts and some informational obligation arising from Act on payment services. Chapter Three deals with the disposal of the accounts while chapter four deals with the disposal of financial assets on the accounts together with providing information associated with payment transactions and terms for their execution. The bachelors work is all about ethics like science, death and dieing with view to psychiatrics probléms. Ethics and moral acts seem to be necessary part of verbal and nonverbal communication in medical work. There are some pacients in psychiatric profession,for example with advanced demencion , which are certainly in hands of ethics and moral principles of medical staff . The theoretic part describes the pacient with mental illnes, behind the gates of psychiatric clinic. It describes the moments concern him and his illnes. The live ends of some pacients are situated to this clinic, the very end of my work is about that. The empiric part investigates perceiving the close of death between middle-medical personnel and their approach to diing, mental ill pacient. The target of my bachelors work is to outline the difficult moments of mental ill lives, when their psychic become wrong and the lives ended in psychiatric clinic. There we can find the large space for ethics like science, because the ill and menthal ill people have rights to be nursed with moral overlook. The nurse would heave allways on mind, that the mental ill pacient is still one of us,is still the human being.

Tutorship (as type of guardianship). The thesis deals with a guardianship, with the most important historical milestones in a guardianship evolution and with the guardianship legislation in the Czech Republic taking into account guardianship legislation in the Federal Republic of Germany. Through the guardianship is provided alternative legal protection of legally incompetent minor lacking necessary legal protection. The aim of the guardianship is ensuring an appropriate alternative legal protection of ward's legal matters. The thesis is dividend into two parts and eight chapters. The first part is devoted to the most important codifications which in my opinion influenced the development of the guardianship on our territory the most. The first part deal with guardianship legislation in the Roman law, provincial and municipal law, in the General Civil Code and marginally about guardianship legislation contained in the Act of family law and in the Family Code. The second part of the thesis deal with guardianship legislation in the Czech Republic taking into account guardianship legislation in the Federal Republic of Germany. ACTING IN THE LIFE AND THE LIFE IN ACTING

This thesis deals, in general, with the topic of theatrical experience of a young person, and examines everyday life influences on his artistic life and on the development of art within the person self. It poses questions and looks for answers to some of those questions in the specialist literature, or by deducing from personal experience.First, numerous influences that affect a person during his studies are presented, the importance of a person’s psychological profile, as well as his understanding of himself, and of the world around him. Later on, personal experience from professional carrier is described. I am disclosing character work in the DISK theatre and I am trying to find reasons for my feelings, both, good and bad, during the rehearsing processes, and the cause of my successes and failures. Acting, on stage as well as in front of the camera, is described from an unusual point of view, focusing greatly on details that are oftentimes overlooked.The new perspective from which I am trying to present acting and the life of an artist consists not only of the professional tools for mastering the craft - such as learning new parts, adopting the technical skills, etc. - but emphasizes humanity, underlines its importance, and searches for a threshold between professional and personal life of an actor.

Acting in theater and in front of camera

This thesis is about acting in theater or in front of camera. At the beginning it is focused to these directions individually and later summarizes their differences, which include: what function the audience has; what options of movement the performer has; what style direction the actor uses; what the difference of collaborations between actors on the stage or in front of the camera have.It talks about the different approach of directors and self-expressions of actors and analyzes the different effects that each actor during their performance. It doesn’t only talk about the differences, but also includes the inter-connections of both styles. The next part is focused on creating a character and comparison of current and passed actors that were acting in theater as well as in movies. The conclusion is about my personal acting experience in film and in theater. It evaluates my work at the school theater DISK and also asses the transition to my advanced work.

The diploma thesis The Civil Registration under the Act 133/2000 Coll., focusing on the place of residence and the issue of official addresses in the exercise of state administration and civil proceedings is dealing with the population register since the origin of the right of domicile till the current legislative framework. In the first part the terms are defined in theoretical level relating to the administrative procedure, records of citizens and legal framework of examined issues. In the practical part there is the analysis of undertaken questionnaire surveys. Respondents were people with an official address and a questionnaire survey examined the experiences of citizens with address of permanent residence at the headquarters of the registration office. Another method of exploring the issue were structured interviews. Interviewees were persons with an official address, clerks of municipal office and clerks of the court mailroom. Through evaluating the data obtained various aspects of the institute of official address have been explained. Their effect has been assessed not only to people who are registered on an official address, but also to other citizens and public administration.

Children's group as a tool for achieving work-life balance

The thesis discusses the problems of reconciling work and family life, focusing on the provision of services in a children's group under Act no. 247/2014 Coll. The theoretical part defines basic concepts relevant to work-life balance and briefly summarizes the options of preschool children care in the Czech Republic. The first part also elaborates the legal formalities of so called children's group. The practical part aims to assess the current situation of a specific children's group, reveals its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and on their basis formulates recommendations for its future successful operation. When processing this paper, literature review, description, questionnaire, depth interview and a final analysis and synthesis of knowledge utilized for formulating future proposals are used.
