Theatre of Slovácko I.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the location and design of a theater building in the body of a regional center - the town of Uherské Hradiště. The existing theater building is housed in a rented Sokolovna (sport-cultural building) on Tyršovo Square. There is also a small stage in a house on Mariánské náměstí. The capacity of the auditorium of the large scene is 370 spectators, corresponding to the needs of the city and the region. However the size of the stage is completely inadequate, the height of the flytower, the absence of back and side stages, Also, the workshops and warehouses are currently located away from the theater. The project addresses the current unfavorable situation of the theater, which is, in the long-term, interest to the city of Uherské Hradiště itself.

Theatre of Slovácko I.

The main urban concept is the establishment and completion of a pair of self-standing buildings - the Moravian Museum and the Hvězda Cultural Center. The design of a theater building arises in the vicinity of the cultural area, where the functions complement and support them. Using a height rope, a height dominant is created, located in the city center view. Theater becomes a town-building element. The already adjoining entrance to Kina Hvězda is located in the plot, and its design creates a dialogue and common space between the constructions in front of a space that is adequate to the meaning of the building, but does not limit the function of the park. From the communication on the northern side of the parcel is designed a new object, which deflects and creates peace around the building.

Analysis of building development and other impacts on the price of residential properties in a specific locality

Gradual construction in individual parts of the city has its own characteristics. Each period brings different general requirements for construction based on the lifestyle and needs of the population at certain time. This difference in construction, whether the real estate itself, or the overall layout of buildings in the landscape, including different architectural elements, affects the determination of their value. However it is often not possible to provide a sufficiently large database of comparable objects in medium-sized municipalities when applying the comparison method. Analysing of individual types of construction and, in particular, quantifying their impact on the usual cost is a new contribution and a view of building assessment. The dissertation thesis deals with the analysis of the problematic locality, the mapping of the individual construction stages, including defining individual characteristics of buildings and their surroundings. The construction influence was quantified based on the created database of realized housing units and selected methods. The realised facts in this dissertation thesis can be used as a basis for experts and valuers in the securing of database elements but also as a basic information for state administration authorities and for the public when buying and selling commodities, choosing a place for housing or information about their age.

Physical Education and Sport in Uherské Hradiště from its beginning till present

The thesis is focused on mapping of sport activities and physical education in Uherské Hradiště from its beginnings till present. The theoretical part deals with individual sport lines from historical perspective. Moreover, we concentrated on popular personalities of sport in Uherské Hradiště. Each personality is analyzed on the basis of his or her sporting development and achivements. The reasearch part of the thesis is focused on variety of sports that people do on regular and seasonal basis. Finally, the discussion emphasizes the benefits of this thesis in terms of its unique historical complete overview of sports in Uherské Hradiště. Jesuit-Order in Uherské Hradišti

This thesis focuses on activity of the Society of Jesus in the town of Uherské Hradiště. It describes their missionary and pastoral work, construction of Jesuit buildings and homestead. The thesis also provides principles of the Jesuit educational system. The last chapter focuses on dissolution of the Order, resulting in new employment of the former Jesuits, types of which are also described in the last chapter. Possiblilities of the recognize of the influences from the Great Moravia on the beginnings of the state of Premyslides (On the ground of the archeological excavations on the Prague Castle and Uherské Hradiště)

Possibilities of the recognize of the influences from the Great Moravia on the beginnings of the state of Přemyslides (On the ground of the archeological excavations on the Prague Castle and Uherské Hradiště) Abstract I have processed the epoch of the 9th century and the beginnings of the 10th century from four excavations in Prague Castle and four excavations in Uherské Hradiště. Prague Castle: 1) three layers of the wooden construction in the clayey rampart with small rocky walls indoor and the frontal wall were discovered in the Institute of the noblewoman; 2) the earlier moat and later vallum with frontal moat, rocky frontal wall and clayey rampart with wooden constructions were investigated in the Middle wing; 3) five periods of the settlement were investigated in the Informations Center: first line of the postholes, second the earlier moat, third big postholes, forth wallum with frontal moat, and clayey rampart with wooden constructions, finaly extension of the frontal rocky wall with the rock with the engraving; 4) the foundation of the log cabin was investigate in the Imperial Stables. Bicycle path between Kunovice and Uherske Hradiste

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a bike path between Kunovice and Uherské Hradiště. Bicycle path will serve to cyclists and pedestrians. The design is based on the results of a traffic survey and takes into account the placement of bike paths already present in the area and the local conditions. This project is not concerned solely with the route itself, but also addresses other issues, such as ecology (minimalising the impact on landscape, water infiltration), cost-effectiveness or comfort and safety (illumination of the path, traffic sign placement).

Editing road II / 497 Uherské Hradiště - Bílovice

The topic of the master’s thesis is an alteration of horizontal and vertical alignment of the road II/497. Designed section of the road is situated between municipality of Uherské Hradiště and municipality of Bílovice. The reasons for this alteration are insufficient parameters of current condition of the road. The proposed alteration includes adjustments of related crossroads and bus stops, which are located in the selected area.
