Sulitková, Ludmila
The "case study" focused on two main problem categories, i.e. on distinguishing between burgers of lower and higher legal categories in everyday life of a town in the Early Modern Period and on content of the term municipal community (in a larger sense as community of all burgers, in a narrower sense as grouping of burgers of lower legal category in the opposition towards councillors, or even in the narrowest sense as a specific leading force of the town community usurping the right to represent interests of the whole municipal community).

Mass Health Damage - the Emergency Medical Service Operating Procedure when in Terrain
SHÝBALOVÁ, Ivana
Abstract Mass Health Damage ? the Emergency Medical Service Operating Procedure when in Terrain The bachelor work topic is the procedure of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) during the mass health damage. Though it concerns the EMS procedures only, we should not forget the work of the other integrated rescue forces, e.g. the Police, and the Firemen squad. The cooperation of these is quite usual during the mass health damage intervention, and good-working emergency system guarantees the effective dealing with the emergency states. For the best dealing though, the emergency medical rescuers are very important to orienteer in the concrete event issues. The theory concerns the complex issues of the mass health damage. At the very beginning, the main terms such as emergency state are defined. A short excursion to the history of the Disaster Medicine proceeds. There we can trace the very first procedures of the pre-hospital care during the war conflicts, and the first aid steps which are still up-to-date in today?s practice. Because of the out-standing significance of the good-working cooperation within the emergency system, the part of the work concerns the emergency system itself. Next chapters deal with the real operating procedures of the EMS at the field of the mass health damage and with the injuries sorting methods. The practice was focused on the mapping of the practical knowledge of the rescuers, concerning the mass health damage. The survey was realized quantitatively, using anonymous questionnaires. The data was collected from February till April 2013. The basic research aggregate for the data-collecting were the members of EMS working at the position of medical rescuer, branch Southern-Bohemian. The research questionnaires were spread electronically, and in pencil-paper form, too. There were 150 questionnaires sent in total, 76, 6% came back, it means 115 were filled in the proceeding research evaluation. The respondents were informed about the research aim and the rule of anonymity before inquiring. The questionnaires consisted of 20 closed one-choice questions. Questions 1 to 6 were only formal, serving the closer knowledge of the respondent. Questions 7 to 20 were to find about the respondent?s knowledge concerning the issues of the mass health damage. Those we used for the next verifying of the hypothesis. It says that the members of EMS have sufficient knowledge of the mass health damage procedures. The data we gained were subsequently assessed, each question was evaluated separately and the data was put into the graphs and tables. These show bot, the relative and the absolute frequency of gained answers. The defined hypothesis was statistically evaluated using the Chi test. The resulting level of significance rejected the null hypothesis and thus confirmed the hypothesis H1, which says that awareness of emergency medical services crews on the procedures for collective impairment of health is sufficient. The aim of the bachelor?s work was to map the procedures and knowledge concerning the mass health damage. The respondents were the medical rescuers. This aim was fulfilled. The statistic evaluation of the questioning and the confirmed hypothesis show on the fact, that the medical rescuers have the basic knowledge concerning the mass health damage procedures.

Junas, Milan ; Rozehnal,, Dalibor (referee) ; Petrásek, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis deals the preliminary draft of the small two-seat helicopter with a piston engine. The aim of the thesis is not to propose a helicopter across the extent of the problems. Therefore we have chosen only selected issues which can be managed in the range of work. The introduction is focused on defining the general requirements imposed on proposed helicopter, formulating the basic conceptual and structural design according to the building regulation the relevant category. These ranges create a based assumption for right evaluation of the statistical analysis of the helicopters of the same or very near parameters category. Subsequently, there were defined the basic parameters of the proposed helicopter which make possible to solve the performance characteristics in the vertical and backward flight. The work is also focused on design of the rotor head of main rotor for the proposed helicopter, the definition of load acting on the rotor head, waving analysis and calculation of centrifugal forces acting on the main rotor blades. The design of the rotor head and also the helicopter as a whole will be graphically processed in the program Dassault Systemes Catia.

Changes in the British Conservative Party in the 20th Century
Valešová, Lýdie ; Kubišová, Zuzana (referee) ; Stracený, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals predominantly with the ideological development of the Conservative Party in the 20th century and it also anticipates the possibilities of the party's future development. The changes in the conservative policy are analysed on the background of the historical events and electoral gains and losses that were always a sign of significant ideological shifts. Although the Conservative party has been considered a right-wing party, during its history of more than one hundred years we can easily notice numerous fundamental changes in its position between the political left and right. The shift towards leftist values mainly reflects the process of changes within the electorate, whose needs have always been of primary importance for the Conservative Party. This thesis focuses on the period from 1945 up to the present. During this period, the party managed to maintain its position in the British government under the leadership of strong political figures, even though at the end of the period the party was forced to be the opposition party for several election cycles. This diploma thesis is primarily based on British political science literature and authentic party manifestos.

Initiative D.O.S.T. as a radically conservative challenge of present
Kříhová, Dominika ; Rataj, Jan (advisor) ; Dlouhý, Miloš (referee)
This thesis focuses on the analysis of initiative D.O.S.T., currently one of the most important Czech extreme-right groups. D.O.S.T. comes with a radically conservative critique of current concepts and direction of democracy, yet she managed to reach support among political parties accepted as legitimate and also influential public figures. The work is based on the assumption, that the main reason for this is that the initiative despite being extremely right-wing organization, highlights also real deficits of democracy. Therefore it can be seen as a challenge of present. The aim of this paper is to analyze critically this challenge by mentionning the initiative in all relevant contexts. The paper therefore deals firstly with the intellectual and political roots of its founders in the extreme right-organization called Právo a Spravedlnost. After it analyzes the initiative itself, its manifesto, activities, the main problematised issues and linkages with other political forces. In conclusion, the papers considers the perspective of eventual genesis of a new political party established by the initiative D.O.S.T.

Integration of migrants. Case of French in Czech Republic
Klusák, Miroslav ; Suša, Oleg (advisor) ; Duffková, Jana (referee)
This master thesis focuses on integration of highly skilled professionals from Western Europe to East Central Europe. The analysis develops on case study of French managers and their families as temporary labour migrants settled in Prague. The phenomenon of migration of highly qualified work force from the West to the East of Europe becomes more frequent, and thus attracts more and more the interest of researchers. These West European managers, "nomadic elite", come often with their families for five years in average, after which they return to the country of their origin, or move to another destination. The qualitative analysis of interviews discloses that, during their stay in Czech Republic, they do integrate in to the life of society by a specific manner. On one hand, they do enter in contact with local majority society, establish some relationships, but at the same time they do create French community with strong links to France. They do accept very few cultural habits of majority population. Only in the sphere of language and alimentary culture it means that they do not identify with local cultural customs. Such form of integration is facilitated by simple proximity of French and Czech cultures in the context of integrating European Union.

Civa, Sezer ; Hnízdo, Bořivoj (advisor) ; Jirsová, Pavlína (referee)
I am going to argue that was there a cause an effect relation between collapse of Ottomans and reformation processes in Ottoman public administrative bodies whose actually resulted the redrawing of Balkan political map as the main product? Definition of the key factors of Ottoman's public and social structures are essential to understand its nature. Moreover steps which have taken towards the reformation those have all their characteristics. Modernity as a concept derived from superiority of European powers which made reformation process necessary in Ottoman Empire from military to all modern needs of society through the 19th century. Therefore timing of introduction of new rights could be helpful to evaluate my subject correctly, if they were voluntary or forced to implement. The connection between recent political, economic events on Western Europe and modernization attempts within the Ottoman Empire would illuminate the connection the appearance of Balkan nation states on Balkan political map. I am going to support my argument with following the time line and giving overall informations. The phenomenon I am going to deal with is mainly modernization and reformation process of Ottomans whereby the Ottoman's institutional, bureaucratic and military structures became the main concerns. The central focus and...
